Prelude I

Why you will not understand this story

The following is a short summary of this International Court of Justice trial which has defined my life from late 2007 until today, and in the context of which my mindcontrol torture has taken place. This summary is written to serve as an introduction to, and a most needed guideline for, the several thousands of pages of chapters and outlines from my Secret History of the International Court of Justice. It is meant to replace all the introductions and summaries which I have written before, all of which are defective by containing gross inaccuracies. Now, an introduction and a guide is necessary because this International Court of Justice trial is such an incredibly complex matter and yet my presentation of it, other than the initial chapters, is haphazard and fragmentary. On top of this, people's mind has nowadays so degenerated and so simplified that it's simply unrealistic to expect them to understand any story not too short, not too simple, and not too out of the ordinary. However, because it is merely a summary and a guide, I am tremendously simplifying the story below. It is merely a “format” which serves to delineate the places which all the chapters and outlines of the Secret History have within an overall “system”. One of my principal objectives in writing, i.e. to communicate the extraordinary suffering I have endured, is simply not served in this summary, since I cannot get into thedetails of the torture and slander which I have undergone. This summary is designed to be read merely so that one may have a vague idea of the basic outline of the course of events before proceeding to the main chapters to understand the details. Otherwise one is very likely to find the chapters and outlines on my website – especially those pages documenting the latter course of this important International Court trial – completely incomprehensible.

At the outset I would like to do two things first. First is to present an outline for a theory I have been

developing to describe this “crisis about the human mind” which will have prevented almost anybody from understanding my story. This is absolutely fitting because, as I have hinted, it's simply unrealistic to expect people to understand (let alone believe) my story or anything I say. Before I summarize to you my extraordinary experience, I must help you become cognizant of the barriers to my communication to you. My thesis is that the various factors which have composed our postmodern world – democracy, globalization, consumerism, and digital communication – are so antithetical to the development of human intelligence that, adapting their mind to this environment, the majority of people increasingly exhibit signs of braindamages while without any awareness that this is going on. Because I am a philosopher by training, I have the good fortune of being especially equipped to be ableto notice, and hopefully to describe, this phenomenon.

The human brain grows by adapting to its environment. The environment could be so that it grows contrary to its nature and to its very potential. The Marxists have described how the human mind (or consciousness), because capitalism is one such harmful environment for it, has grown within its confines into a structure antithetical to its true nature, and therefore become a discomfort to itself. Theycall this discomfort “alienation” (Entfremdung) or its various characterizations like “objectification” (Verdinglichung). Correcting the inadequacy of the Marxist description, the American sociologist PeterBerger and his clique have developed a tradition called “sociology of knowledge”, which offers a betterdescription of the same phenomenon – how the human mind has grown antithetical to its own nature under the “modern condition”. See especially Peter Berger, Brigitte Berger, and Hansfried Kellner, TheHomeless Mind. Here the description of the harmful environment is refined as “technological production”, “bureaucratization”, and “pluralization of social lifeworlds”, and the discomfort which the mind experiences as it has grown antithetical to its own nature is recast as “homelessness” (not feeling at home). The great German philosopher Jürgen Habermas has further refined the description ofthis phenomenon in his seminal Theorie des kommunikativen Handelns. There the harmful environmentis characterized as “rationalization of the lifeworld” (Rationalisierung der Lebenswelt) and his description of the morbid state of the mind synthesizes all the previous descriptions. Many other great thinkers can be cited for having similarly attempted analyses of the distortions which the modern condition has caused in human nature, from Max Weber through Emile Durkheim to Hannah Arendt. The harmful effect of the environment is among these classic thinkers generally considered to be the price paid for the progress for which the environment is marked: alienation or homelessness of the mind is the price paid for the greater individuation made possible by the new environment called “modernity”.

As I find it increasingly impossible to communicate my experiences to my fellow human beings – just like explaining quantum mechanics to a cat, it's simply unrealistic to expect anyone to understand what

I am talking about – I have taken up this same topic and investigated it in my own ways. It is disconcerting, because I am only giving a narrative rather than technical information. I'm particularly concerned with the fact that, adapting their mind to the postmodern conditions of democracy, consumerism, and globalization, but especially to our digital environment comprised by computers, smart phones, and Internet, contemporary human beings are becoming dumber and dumber. The mind is here growing antithetical to its own nature – it is in your mind's nature to receive and understand information transmitted by your fellow human beings – although, unlike in the previous descriptions, it isn't necessarily discomforted by its dumbness. I'm speaking of a peculiarly contemporary phenomenon: although, throughout history, the majority of human beings have always been quite dumb, they are in contemporary times quite dumb in a very particular way, i.e. it is as if they are suffering from braindamage.

What characterizes our postmodern democratic and globalized environment is increasing rationalization, increasing work load, increasing consumption, increasing multitasking, increasing pluralization, and increasing digital communication. The information environment is the constant flow of small pieces or fragments of information, and the environment itself is marked by continuous interruption and distraction. It's easy to see how the human mind, adapting to this sort of environment, is increasingly losing the capacity to reason critically, to think about complex matters, and even to concentrate. The super availability of all sorts of information on your smart phone is also causing your mind to lose the ability to retain information and memorize things. Some psychiatrists use the term “digital dementia” to emphasize how such a mind, spoiled by the conveniences of digital electronics, increasingly resembles that of a patient suffering braindamage. Here I am placing particular emphasis on digital communication. Recall how, in the nineteenth century, when the British introduced opium into China, it had devastated millions upon millions of Chinese lives. It is the same today: Internet and smart phones are today causing massive braindamage among billions of people throughout the world.

In the writings belonging to my Secret History you will see me striving to describe this morbid postmodern mind here and there. You will see me bemoaning the “simplification of the human mind”. It is hard enough for a demented mind capable of only the simplest understanding to comprehend a complex story involving governments and intelligence agencies which lasts almost a decade. On top of this deterioration of brain capacity is the even more deadly fact that contemporary people are becomingincreasingly arrogant. The contemporary social and political environment is one where enterprises, politicians, and teachers try to cater to your every whim, respect your every opinion, and never dare point out how stupid you are. The result is that a contemporary human being is “spoiled”, has no awareness of the extent of his or her dementia, consistently overestimates his or her own intelligence, and doesn't feel the need to learn anything from others who might know better. Everyone takes himself

or herself for the measure of the universe. In my writings in the Secret History, you will also see me frequently bemoaning this by citing Ortega y Gasset (La Rebellion de las Masas), who describes the mind of modern, spoiled, citizens as “closed”.

Consider the effect of this deadly combination between arrogance, uneducation, and braindamage. Nowadays, when you say something which people don't understand, they will simply dismiss you as “crazy” rather than telling themselves it's because they are stupid or ignorant that they can't understand you. (The result of their arrogance.) And yet, the range of things which people can actually understand diminishes daily – in proportion as their brain capacity diminishes. In this way, the possibility of communication diminishes daily.

What I have not sufficiently explored in my writings in the Secret History is the fact that people's mind is also becoming increasingly fixed and inflexible. People in the past were dumb because they were uneducated, whereas people are dumb today because, while remaining uneducated, they are also suffering from braindamage. You might object: when you tell your story to people and they can't understand you, it's because they aren't educated. What you need to do is turn to the experts: professors in international laws and international relations, researchers in braincomputer interface, etc. They will understand you. But no. The dementia and closedmindedness which I have just named above apply equally to educated people. Most educated people suffer from this strange mental defect in that they areonly capable of understanding what they have already understood but completely incapable of understanding anything new, even if it is only a new version of what they have already understood (such as phrasing what they have already understood in new terms). In other words, their mind is defective to such an extent that it is only capable of interacting with its own contents, even if these contents are highly complex intellectual constructs by which they have distinguished themselves as “educated”. This seems more the result of specialization in their particular fields than the result of using digital devices too often. The mind of a specialized technician or bureaucrat, after s/he has robotically performed the same set of tasks for too long, has become completely fixed upon it and lost the ability to comprehend anything other than it. The best way to describe this phenomenon is to say that, parallel with the rationalization and “objectification” (Verdinglichung) of society's processes (of Lebenswelt), there has occurred an “objectification” (Verdinglichung) of the mind. I am not here referring to the verdinglichte Bewußtsein which has been one of Marxism's central concerns (e.g. Lukacs). I am referring to the fact, under the condition of McDonaldization, the innersubjectivity has indeed been “literalized” (mechanized) just like the outerworld and has congealed into a permanently fixed set of propositions rather than a thinking mind that is capable of changing its contents in responseto changing stimuli from the external world. In the following, when I talk about mindcontrol through braincomputer interface, I will provide a concrete example of this.

My whole concern can be summed up by saying that the postmodern environment for the human mind – with its increasing rationalization (McDonaldization) and pervasive digital communication – has produced a human mind that is increasingly simple, increasingly thoughtless, increasingly closed, and increasingly inflexible and unable to transcend the domain for which it is specialized, so much so that the human potential, and the human need, for communication with fellow human beings is becoming increasingly restricted. Here I am merely providing an outline for my explanatory framework and do not bother to explain the details. This short prelude is also a guide when you read the many pages in theSecret History where I bemoan, and analyze, the “simplification of human experience” and the “atrophy of the human mind”. On top of this, it is a warning that, when you read the following pages, you will most likely dismiss the whole story as “crazy” without even understanding what I am talking about.

A factor – another barrier to my communication to you – which I have not so far mentioned – and which I have also not sufficiently explored in my Secret History – is what Peter Berger (ibid.) has called “plausibility structures”, namely that a certain discourse only makes sense and sounds “valid” in a domain or context to which it is proper. Talking about 911 attacks as orchestrated by the US government itself is perceived as “valid” only in the domain of conspiracy theories and will be perceived as signs of paranoia insanity in the context of mainstream chatter about politics. This factor is intimately related to the pluralization of Lebenswelt which characterizes our modern, and postmodern, conditions:

As long as religious symbols truly overarched all relevant sectors of the individual's social experience, that experience in its totality served to confirm the plausibility of the religious symbols. Put simply, almost everyone encountered by the individual in everyday life acknowledged the same overarching symbols and thus validated the credibility of these symbols. In the context of pluralization, this is no longer the case. Increasingly, as pluralization develops, the individual is forced to take cognizance of others who do not believe what he believes and whose life is dominated by different, sometimes by contradictory, meanings, values, and beliefs. As a result, quite apart from other factors tending in the same direction, pluralization has a secularizing effect. That is, pluralization weakens the hold of religion on society and on the individual. (The Homeless Mind, p. 80.)

While Peter Berger is talking here about the inevitable secularization of society following upon modernization, implicit here is a theory to explain why people can communicate, understand, and agreewith one another at all: e.g. Peter Berger's “sociology of knowledge” or Jürgen Habermas' theory of

communicative actions. Under the condition of pluralization, everyone's “lifeworld” is but incomplete.An ordinary citizen's lifeworld does not overlap with a politician's over a major portion, hence, when the politician explains to the ordinary citizen what the United States does in the international domain tomaintain its position of dominance in the world, the ordinary citizen will not understand it. This pluralization of the lifeworld – where everyone has his or her own specialization for which other people have no experience – makes communication increasingly difficult between human beings. In mystory you will read about an episode where I tried to communicate my experience with the ICJ trial to acertain psychologist Dr P, who couldn't understand anything I said because she had spent her whole career diagnosing simple problems of ordinary people (eating disorder, marriage problems, interpersonal relationships) and had had no knowledge of anything pertaining to international relations. But the two examples differ in this. Inscribed within the citizen's lifeworld is a set of criteria to judge whether the new information being communicated to him or her is legitimate and worth learning or whether it is “insane”. If the ordinary citizen couldn't understand the politician's explanation, the context of communication (the politician's status, the town hall meeting arranged for between citizens and government officials) bestows upon the politician's incomprehensible description a certain legitimacy. In my case, Dr P immediately dismissed my communication as sign of mental disorder because the context of our communication (i.e. psychotherapy) predisposed her to label anything she found incomprehensible as insanity speech. In the following, or when you get to read my Secret History, you will read about something that completely contradicts your notion of how the world worksbecause my story is about an International Court of Justice trial to which only politicians have had access and which will certainly escape your lifeworld: the problem of “pluralization”. Most likely, youwill not understand it because you are too dumb, too arrogant, too inflexible in mental capacity, and will probably dismiss everything I say as “crazy” absent a context in which you might be predisposed to regard my incomprehensible speech as legitimate description of reality. Given the barrier posed by the pluralization of our lifeworld, you can understand my story only if you have escaped the fate of braindamage, have an openmind and are humble, have retained the original flexibility of the human mind, and are conscious of how your judgment is determined by the communicational context rather than by the truthfulness and plausibility of what is communicated.

Prelude II

The corruption of the “targeted individual” phenomenon

The second thing I need to do before presenting to you my summary is to explain why I have chosen to describe myself as a “true targeted individual”. (Namely, not a “fake” one, but a “real” one.) I am a “targeted individual” (“TI”, in short). If you don't know what a “TI” is, you may Google for it. By now,

“targeted individual” is a wellestablished category in linguistic usage after the Internet has exploded inthe past decade with testimonies of victims of mindcontrol and gangstalking or other sorts of nefarious operations by the government. Thirty years ago, if you claim you have been a victim of “yourgovernment's invasion into your mind”, you would be so particular, so unique, so alone. Today, if you claim so, you can find tens of thousands of people online who claim to have similar experiences. Today, there exists a large community of such “targeted individuals” in virtually every country. However – this is why I call myself a “true targeted individual” around 90 percent of those who claim themselves to be “targeted individuals” are in fact “fake”. I am a “true targeted individual” in the sense that I have really been “chipped in the brain” and “gangstalked”.

What is presumably going on is that, while the forerunners of the phenomenon are genuine and credible, when the forerunners begin sharing their experience on the Internet, many will read it. And many who have had strange experiences will begin to identify with the experience of these forerunners and to think that they have also been implanted or gangstalked, even though their experience is actually caused by something else. (Most of the time, they are just being paranoid.) This will especiallybe so with the least educated segment of society. There will then soon be 20,000 people who claim to be implanted “targeted individual” or gangstalked, while in reality only a tiny portion of them have actually been implanted or gangstalked. Therefore, the longer the TI phenomenon lasts, the more muddied it will get. The devastating effect of all this is that this will make it harder and harder for genuine victims to be noticed and to connect with each other, on top of the fact that the whole mindcontrol and targeted individuals phenomenon is acquiring a bad name. If you are a “true” targeted individual, you should be quite concerned about this. The explosion of talks about mindcontrol or gangstalking on the Internet, without a corresponding confirmation of the phenomenon as “real”, has only hurt the activist’s chance of getting anywhere in terms of confirming its legitimacy so as to get compensation for the harm suffered.

Thus the problem is that anyone can claim to be a TI and is allowed to join the TI community, without any examination of where s/he comes from”. There is no quality control. The result: about 90 percent of “Targeted Individuals” who join the community are fake, either crazy, delusional, lying, or incorrectly interpreting their irrelevant experiences as “targeting” because they read too much TI testimonies online. Another 3 percent are government misinformation agents. Now that leaves only 7 percent of the TI community to be real TI. This is just an approximate estimates, of course.

This sort of thing of course happens in every domain of our society. There has been plenty of talks about how the increasing participation of the masses in university education has significantly dragged

down the quality of university education. I have written about the same thing happening in the mental health industry. I have also witnessed the same thing happening in the 911 truth movement: originally, a few geniuses have noticed that the official 911 story cannot be correct. They poke holes, and it all makes a lot of sense. Today, after more and more stupid people have joined the movement, they have completely discredited the movement itself by filling it up with bizarre theories and nefarious personalities. Michael Ruppert, one of the founders of 911 truth movement, even had to distance himself from the movement he himself had helped create, in view of what it had become. And now I am writing about it happening in the targeted individuals community. This is simply a fact about population statistics which affects any institutional organization or any sort of movement, whether mainstream or fringe. This is because the majority of the human population are of average intelligence and their participation in any sort of domain originally set up by experts will inevitably destroy it.

In the following you will read about a group of women gangstalking me over a four year period. One of the women, M, claims herself to be a “targeted individual”, specifically a victim of “gangstalking”. She in fact has never been gangstalked at all – she has imagined up the whole thing out of her paranoiaand then justified it by reading similar testimonies online: in exactly the manner I have just described. She and others who have mistaken their own paranoia for real “gangstalking” have now dominated thetargeted individual discursive field. She then gathers up all her fake TI friends to gangstalk me and, when I then tell others about it, tells everyone that I have imagined up their gangstalking me out of myown paranoia. In the process I, the real victim of gangstalking, have been pushed out of the TI community while she and her fake TI friends have taken over the whole community. It has become an “opposite reality”: the fake victims of gangstalking gangstalk the real victim while discrediting this real victim as a fake victim and accusing him of stalking them. This has become so typical of the targeted individuals community nowadays: most of them are not only fake, but quite often actually the “perps”. The vast number of fake targeted individuals have thoroughly destroyed the “targeted individuals phenomenon”.

The Summary

I, “Lawrence”, was born in Taiwan in late 1969, and immigrated to the United States in 1982. A few simple facts about me: I have one sibling, an older brother named “David” this fact about me is of paramount importance, as you shall see. I am a gifted intellectual and artist. I am a philosopher by training. I have a website since 1998 where I showcase my philosophical insights and my drawings andpaintings.

Now, my story. In 2005, when I was studying in Montreal, Canada, the FBI mistook me for someone

else, and called on the Canadian RCMP to investigate me as a terrorist suspect. When the FBI discovered they had mistaken me for someone else, strange things began happening. That was the summer of 2006, when I had already returned to Los Angeles, California. Apparently, the United StatesCentral Intelligence Agency (its clandestine service), after getting involved in the FBI investigation andnoticing me, discovered that a theory I wrote about the origins of Chinese civilization might prove useful for their upcoming operation in China, and therefore came to recruit me. For this they used manystrange techniques, mainly recruiting the people around me and using them to stage a fake reality for me as a way to test me, and sent many agents to make friends with me. (Within the socalled “targeted individuals” community, there is a word for this technique, “street theater”.) These agents were beautiful, smart, and charming, so that they quickly caught my heart, and I became very willing to join their organization. The operation for which the CIA wanted to use me at the time consisted in inciting ethnic hatred of minority groups in southern China as part of an overall plan to destabilize China. Until 2008, the US policy toward China was to cause China to disintegrate like what had happened to the Soviet Union, and then to use advancement of democracy as a pretext under which to establish a puppetregime in China that would be friendly to the United States. It is for the sake of this policy that the United States had continually supported the rebel elements in Xinjiang and Tibet. Few people know that the United States was planning to do the same thing in southern China.

But beginning in August 2006, the Department of Homeland Security came to intervene, trying to prevent the CIA from recruiting me. The result is that the two agencies began fighting each other. I became angry with the Department's personnel for driving away my “Agency friends”, and talked on the phone about there being moles from foreign countries burrowing inside the Department. ApparentlyI had guessed right, and it caused the Department to jump into a total mobilization; they evacuated the neighborhood where I lived, using tens of thousands of people to stage my environment in order to sealme up in a bubble. (“Total street theater”.) I then insulted their agents, and gravely angered the big official in the Department. The big official in question (to be named “MC” here) just happened to be the most violently tempered of all officials inside the US government. When he got angry, he beat the Agency, learned the Agency's strange techniques, took away its power, forcing it to cooperate with his Department in sealing me up in a bubble and finally to not recruit me. That was the beginning of 2007. After this, the Department never ceased tormenting me. MC adopted from the Agency, and used on me,this very effective technique of discrediting anyone who might leak national security secrets by entrapping him in the mental health system (recruiting psychologists and psychiatrists to label him “crazy”) and then artificially creating reasons to investigate him as a “dangerous schizophrenic” (along the line of “John Hinckley”, for example) and put him on “watchlists”. The Department then followed “normal procedures” and distributed to all diplomatic services around the world the warning about me as a “politically obsessed and dangerous schizophrenic” (believing in my delusion that I had been

investigated as a terrorist suspect and sought after by the CIA). The warning was also broadcast in all the neighborhoods where I was “active”. The real purpose of the alert was of course to discredit me rather than keeping anyone safe from me. The most pernicious aspect of all this is the fact that my new status was to be kept a secret from me (like many others who have found themselves on “watchlists”) so that it might become impossible for me to respond. I gradually noticed that there was such a warningabout me only because everybody I ran into shunned me like pestilence. This “Homeland Security warning” had not only discredited me, but also made me a social outcast. Wherever I went, this Homeland Security warning would follow me there. Whether I went to Taiwan, Canada, or Europe, it’sall like this. They caused no one to ever want to befriend me with a genuine heart, and no government to not take me for an insane and dangerous character. Meanwhile, Homeland Security continued to “investigate” me on the ground of the very bad story they had themselves made up about me. Everyonewho was close to me would be recruited as an informant against me. I was now trapped in a “bubble of deception” where everyone either was secretly informing on me behind my back or believed HomelandSecurity's lies about me and yet was required to hide from me the existence of these lies. I had now fallen to the sad state that “even though the world is large, there is no place for me.”1

And so, by October 2007, I decided to escape to China. The Department of Homeland Security, under MC's direction, then passed the same lie (“warning”) about me onto the Chinese government, saying I suffered from schizophrenia and consequently had imagined up once having had relationship with the CIA and been investigated as a terrorist suspect. But China's spy chief, director of MSS (China's foreign intelligence service), caught the Americans lying. Apparently, back in March 2006, when I wasstill being investigated as a terrorist suspect, the FBI had shared information about my investigation with the Chinese authority because I was at the time communicating with somebody in China over the Internet. It was due to negligence that MC didn't know about this, and now the Chinese used that FBI information as proof that Homeland Security was lying and that I was telling the truth rather than suffering schizophrenia. Because of my special status (having once been investigated as a terrorist suspect by the FBI), the United States' act of lying was a violation of important international laws (specifically UNSC Resolution 1373). China's spy chief decided to sue the United States in the International Court of Justice (for attempting to send a terrorist suspect into China while deceiving the Chinese authority about it). That was the middle of November, 2007. Since it was now proven that I was telling the truth and therefore did have some relationship with the CIA, the MSS director was then able to utilize international agreement (the requirement for all governments to share information on known terrorists) to obtain rights to research within the Agency's secret database to see what else the Americans were hiding about me. There he obtained proofs demonstrating that 911 attacks were committed by the US government itself (a “falseflag” operation), that 911 hijackers were (partly) CIA

operatives (“GLADIO Plan B”), and that the CIA had been using Islamic terrorists to attack Chinese and Russian interests in Central Asia. He presented these evidences to the United Nations Security Council, requiring nations around the world to recognize United States as a “terrorismsponsoring state”. In this way, he hoped to dismantle US leadership in international relations.

Everybody in the US government was shocked beyond belief. But it turned out that the CIA had a moleinside the Chinese MSS. When I flew to China on 29 December, 2007, the mole provided the US with proofs that China's spy chief didn't at all believe that I was really a terrorist, that he was purposely creating troubles for the US wanting to use me as an opportunity to dismantle United States' leadership position in the world. Then, through operations on me, the United States was also able to prove in courtthat I had flown to China knowing that China's spy chief would catch the United States lying about me.This was a conspiracy! In this way, according to UN Resolution 1373, it was the MSS chief himself who was “sponsoring a terrorist” (“conspiring with a terrorist”, or using a terrorist suspect to harm the United States) rather than the other way round. Now China was ordered by the International Court of Justice to make reparation to the United States. Since China (or rather the MSS director) had used a terrorist suspect to harm the US in the sense of exposing to governments around the world US support of terrorists around the world – including orchestrating 911 attacks on itself – China could only make reparation to the United States by helping the United States cover up US mastermind of terrorism around the world, including 911 attacks. The Chinese government thus forged evidences to blame 911 attacks and other terrorist events onto itself. All governments around the world were thus shocked: 911 attacks turned out to be orchestrated by the Chinese intelligence service! Furthermore, since the MSS director had conspired with a terrorist suspect to catch the United States lying about him and violating UN Resolution 1373, China must also make reparations to the United States by helping the United States cover up its violation. China thus forged evidences to convince nations of the world that I was really a twin brother of myself, “David”, and that the MSS chief had recruited my twin brother (“David”) to pretend to be myself (“Lawrence”) in order to deceive the world and fraudulently sue the United States. In this way, nations around the world could see that, when the United States told everyone I suffered schizophrenia, the FBI information in China's hands didn't prove United States lying because that information was about “Lawrence” and this person flying to China was really “David”, who was here pretending to be “Lawrence” and who really did suffer from schizophrenia, etc.Now all this had happened by March 2008. In the following, this story concocted to cover up US violation of UN Resolution 1373 – that I was my twin brother and was recruited by Chinese intelligence service to pretend to be myself – shall be called the “conspiracy scenario”. Now, before China had lost this case, Russia had joined in on China's side, providing evidences proving that I did not have a twin brother. (In 2006, the FBI team investigating me

had also shared information with Russia.) But when China lost, Russia withdrew, and, in order to protect itself, agreed to help the United States cover up its crimes. Russia thus also forged evidences to solidify the lie that it was the MSS chief who had helped AlQuaeda carry out 911 attacks.

Something which would be quite important in deciding my fate for the coming decade is the profile of this imaginary “twin brother” of myself, “David”, of whose existence the United States had obliged China to forge evidences to convince the world. “MC”, now in command of the operation over me, didn't simply want the world to believe that I was a twin brother of myself and suffered from schizophrenia. He wanted the world to believe that I was a villain unprecedented in the history of humankind – in whom all the negative qualities that can ever be found in human beings were concentrated. And so MC devised a “script” for my life and composed a profile of me, which he would then have to fabricate evidences to prove to the world as correct:

a paranoid schizophrenic always falsely accusing others of malicious intent; a misogynist habitually assaulting and harassing women sexually; a pedophile constantly snooping on teenagers and other people's children; a white supremacist antiSemite professing admiration of Hitler but harboring a sick obsession with all things Jewish; a stalker with a strange obsession with public figures; a violent criminal delighting in bloodspilling violence; a perpetual fraud and habitual impersonator who is merely pretending to be himself and constantly steals other people's identities; a master plagiarizer and a thief of other people's artworks (in order to pretend to be intellectual and artistic: a charlatan); a genius computer hacker; a sadistic antisocial who delights in harming and deceiving others and is incapable of remorse; a vexatious litigator who constantly harasses other people withfrivolous lawsuits; a bizarre multilingual who speaks fluently a dozen languages but who issomehow unable to write grammatically correct English; an antiAmerican leftwing radical what hates the United States out of jealousy for United States' superpower status; and a master spy for a dozen nations in Russia's and China's antiUS alliance.

This profile constituted the core of United States' “conspiracy scenario”. This is only a cursory review of the negative characteristics which the United States (represented by MC) had attributed to me in international discourse throughout the first round of this International Court trial, from November 2007until late 2009. The actual profile actually contained even more negative characteristics. Try to imaginethat what the governments around the world believed about me at the time was even worse than this summary given here.

It would of course take a lot more than a few pieces of forged evidences – like birth certificates and so

on – to convince the world of United States' “conspiracy scenario”. Now that my plan to find refuge in China was completely foiled, I flew back to California in February, 2008. MC and the CIA – MC now had complete control of the Agency – would have to spend the next six months ingeniously fabricating evidences to prove completely the “conspiracy scenario” to the judges of the International Court in order to obtain a full conviction of the director of MSS and convince the world of this “conspiracy” between me and the Chinese intelligence service. The United States wanted to “prove”, through surveillance on me, that, after the FBI mistakenly investigated Lawrence as a terrorist suspect and shared information from this investigation with the Chinese government, the MSS director devised this operation to defraud the International Court of Justice hoping to dethrone the United States in international relations, and sent agents to the United States to recruit me, the twin brother of Lawrence, to pretend to be Lawrence and fly to China. The United States also wanted to prove that I was such embodiment of all the negative characteristics mentioned above in order to lend realism to the “conspiracy scenario”, i.e. to explain my enthusiasm in participating in this Chinese intelligence operation which required me to assume another person's identity to defraud the International Court of Justice. However, since I had no twin brother at all and had had no connection with Chinese intelligence service – and obviously wasn't anything like MC's profile of me – MC and the CIA were basically faced with the task of fabricating surveillance which would somehow show that I was my own twin brother and an agent of China running around meeting other Chinese spies and conducting clandestine activities in the United States – and that MC profile was an accurate description of me! For this purpose they would create a “faulty surveillance system”. It's kind of like: if the government wants to prove in court that you are a bank robber and yet you don't rob banks at all, what it has to do is to invent a mysterious and magical surveillance camera which can show you robbing a bank even though, when you walk into a bank, you are doing no more than withdrawing cash! The faulty surveillance system consisted of a “faulty surveillance Machine” which the CIA's lawyers had persuaded the judges of the International Court to install right inside the court house. Right from the International Court, then, this faulty surveillance Machine would receive from all the surveillance devices planted around me the intercepts (videos, audio recordings) of my activities and interactions and synthesize them into a textual report of my doings. The textbased surveillance which this Machineproduced would be so vague and confusing that nothing in it could be made out, but MC, assisted by the ingenious lawyers from the CIA, would be able to “interpret” out of the mumblejumble the scenarios that I was here meeting a Chinese spy and there meeting my twin brother and then over there exhibiting the negative characteristics which MC had attributed to me – all when I was simply meeting ordinary people or doing nothing special at all. CIA's lawyers were also able to make various ingeniousarguments to persuade the judges that I be blacked out in the surveillance intercepts thus submitted to the International Court as evidence – even though I was supposed to be the central character of the

surveillance. MC and the CIA would then instruct all the people I would interact with – from my family members through my social acquaintances to public personnel – to talk to me or about me as if Iwere the antisocial and schizophrenic Nazi fraudster described in the foregoing profile, for the purpose of being intercepted by surveillance. As long as people were instructed to either talk about me as if I were a different person that fit the foregoing profile, it would appear in the intercept as if I were really this other, preconstructed cartoon figure, since my side of the interaction could not be seen. The blackout in the surveillance presented as “evidence” also allowed for a second technique, namely, orchestrated confusion and mistake in the identity of the persons described in the intercepts. People in my vicinity would also be instructed to talk bad things just as an antisocial and schizophrenic Nazi fraudster would and, when the conversation should get intercepted, the Machine would purposely makemistakes and confuse me with the other persons actually talking so as to end up with “evidence” that it was I who had said the bad things. The confusion would not be visible to the judges, because they could never see anything in the intercepts anyway! The result for me is that I would have to be trapped in a strangest sort of “twilight zone”. It was just like the movie “The Truman Show” from many years ago, where the main character was living withoutbeing so told in a TV show and surrounded by actors and actresses acting out a show for a live audience, save that, in this show – in my show – the main character was frequently blacked out to prevent his true self from being seen and that the audience in this show, the judges at the International Court of Justice, were supposed to believe that they were not watching a TV show but reality. My life had thus become a live reality TV show for some international audience hidden in a secret court house. The problem is that, in order to produce a TV show about a badtothebone schizophrenic, pedophilic, and white supremacist Chinese spy who was assuming the identity of his twin brother, the people around me were constantly taught to accuse me of seeing things that were not there or harassing them or snooping on their children or to suspect me of spying on them when I was doing none of these things. As long as the judges didn't know these people were acting and couldn't see me in my own show, they would believe that these people were describing reality – and yet the people around me were really talking about a nonexistent reality. It is as if everyone around me had suddenly and simultaneously suffered mental deficiency and could no longer perceive reality correctly. In other words, all the people around me were pretending to be mentally confused in order to make me appear insane and badtothebone – conforming to MC's false profile of me – to the judges!

With such magical system to conduct “surveillance” on a reality which had never existed and with my permanent entrapment among actors and actresses, the United States was able by August 2008 to “collect” all the evidences it needed to prove the aforementioned “conspiracy scenario”, verifiy MC's false profile of me, and thereby convict the MSS director of the vile crime of attempting to alter

international relations through defrauding the International Court system.

China lost a great deal in this International Court trial. Nations around the world all believed in the evidences which China and Russia had forged to protect the United States – proving that the MSS chiefhad directed 911 attacks – and the faulty evidences which had come out of the International Court – proving that he had recruited the badtothebone twin brother of myself to harm the United States. TheUN Security Council thus authorized heavy sanctions against China, and China's foreign intelligence service MSS would also from now on fall under secret US control. These events were kept in secrecy and every few people outside government circles knew about them. For my part, I'm telling you this story in order to convey to you what it is like to be a (true) “targeted individual”: a victim of Truman Show and perpetual “street theater”, where nobody can be your friend, where nobody even makes any sense. Imagine if everybody you meet is constantly accusing you of criminal conducts when you have never done anything out of the ordinary – imagine if everybody is suffering paranoid schizophrenia while you are the only person around who lives in reality. And yet my fate as “targeted individual” my “targeting”, that is – would get far worse in the coming years.

It should be noted that the United States had in fact obtained authorization from the International Court of Justice (from the president of the court at the time) in regard to my treatment with the argument: since I had knowingly enabled the Chinese to use me as a patsy to convict the United States – this is theterrorist harm which I, as a “terrorist”, had inflicted on the United States – the United States, to reverse this “terrorist conspiracy” under UN Resolution 1373, thus had the right to use me as a patsy to convict China. From now on began my life story also as the “Great American Patsy”. The problem is that the United States would not stop once China was convicted. By September 2008, because Russia had repelled Georgia's invasion into its protectorates, the United States decided to break the deal it had struck with Russia six months ago. MC led the CIA to refile the same charges against Russia in the International Court of Justice (that the Russian foreign intelligence SVR had also participated in the Chinese scheme to recruit my twin brother in an operation to falsely convict the United States in the ICJ) so that the United States could hope to obtain the same concessions from Russia as it had already obtained from China. But, this time, the United States wouldn't be so lucky. The Russians would fight like a dog. While the United States continued to employ the “faulty surveillance system” to produce evidences showing that I was, in addition to raping and stealing and impersonating, also a secret agent of Russia and its allies running around town carrying out clandestine operations for them, the Russians would send their own agents to conduct surveillance on me trying to disprove the United States' evidences. At issue is whether this profile you see above which MC had constructed of me really described me at all. By proving that it didn't, the Russians would be able to discount the United States' entire “conspiracy scenario”. Thus began my life story also as “fitting the profile”: nationstates would

come together to debate whether or not I fit a certain bad profile, one side arguing that I did and the other that I didn't. Such is the burden of being the “evidence” in some International Court of Justice trial – whether I raped women or didn't rape women, whether I espoused Nazism or didn't espouse Nazism, whether I was myself or my nonexistent twin brother, etc. By June, 2009, Russia had achieved several breakthroughs, and was able to poke holes in United States'madeup story about this “David going around town pretending to be his twin brother Lawrence (as part of some SinoRussian clandestine operation)”. Remember that the trial was open to the view of governments around the world. Now officials around the world began to wonder whether all the stories which had been fabricated about the devilish Chinese intelligence service were actually true. At this juncture, I discovered that, if I helped Russia, Russia would lose, but that if I helped the United States, Russia would win. Therefore, I pretended to help the CIA in their case against Russia, causing Russia to eventually win the trial. When the United States began losing, many more of its European and Asian allies began joining in and got dragged into defeat. Under the laws derived from Resolution 1373, the losers had to fall under secret command by the winners. As a result, much of the governmental apparatus of the United States had temporarily fallen under Russia's secret control. Russia thereby discovered the bizarre, criminal plans which the United States had been secrectly preparing in this ICJ trial. That was the end of 2009.

It turned out that, by 2008, the United States had developed a strange secret weapon, a nano brain chip system. These nanosize brain chips, when implanted into your brain, could pick up the patterns of the activities of your whole brain and transmit the information back to the computers inside the military control center. The computers there would translate, or decode, the information, so that US military personnel can “read your thoughts”. When the system worked in the reverse direction, the computers inthe control center could direct the chips in your brain to stimulate whichever portions of your brain, allowing the US personnel to direct and control your thoughts. In this fashion, they can remotely control you to do this or do that, to kill this person or that person, and you won't even know that it is someone else who is controlling you; you would believe that it is you yourself who have fallen mentally sick, suddenly wanting to kill people when you have never wanted to do such things before. Please do not think – hearkening back to the discussion at the beginning of this summary – that this is farfetched science fiction. If you do, you are merely ignorant. Look up “brain computer interface” (BCI). That is, this technology has been in use in medicine for more than 15 years. In my research, I have noticed that this military BCI system I have experienced is most similar to Brown University's BrainGate II system. The difference is that, in BrainGate, a single electronic chip is inserted into the motor cortex of the patient's brain to enable the computer to communicate with a local region of his or her brain, whereas in the military system multiple chips are implanted in different regions of the brain

to enable the computer to communicate with the brain in a global fashion; and that, in BrainGate, it is purely “mindreading” whereas, here, it is “mindcontrolling” as well as “mindreading”.

BrainGate is not the only example of the use of brain implants in medicine. The practice of planting electronic devices into patients' brain is becoming increasingly widespread. In medicine, while the principle of “mindreading” is employed in BCI, the principle of “mindcontrol” is employed in “Deep Brain Stimulation”. Namely, doctors nowadays could implant devices into the brain of a patient suffering Parkinson disease, for example. The devices would send electrical impluses to relevant regions of the brain to deactivate them in order to suppress symptoms like tremors.2 There is even talk about implanting such devices into the brain of violent criminals in order to suppress their aggression. Thus you see that “neurowissenschaftliche PreCrime Center” is becoming reality.3 My experience withimplantable nanochips is basically the inverse of this. Namely, electronic devices were implanted in mybrain in order to cause me symptoms and to increase my aggression, both as a way to induce me to commit crimes. During the course of my torture I have written to several of the scientists and experts working in this domain (i.e. the medicinal use of brain implants), and yet none of them can understand what I was talking about. In case you don't see what is so strange about this, let me clarify the situation with an analogy: when you tell an expert about how people have been using this thing “knife” to cut food stuff while cooking, s/he will understand what you are talking about because that's what s/he has been studying: the use of knife in cooking. But when you tell him or her about how some people have been using this cooking utensil to stab other people and commit murder, s/he will somehow not understand what you are talking about – even though it is the same “cutting with sharp edge” which hasmade possible both cooking and murder. This is another example of the “objectification of the mind” which I have described earlier: the mind, after it has become superadapted to a specialized version of atask, becomes so fixed upon it that it can no longer understand anything else – not even something that is merely a different version of the same thing.

Now let us return to my summary. It turned out that United States' ultimate goal in this “Operation International Court of Justice” is to implant these nanosize chips into the brains of Russian

government officials, in order to control them like their “Manchurian candidates”. I shall not explain the exact details of the mechanism, but shall only point out that, when Russia should be convicted in this ICJ trial, opportunities would arise for the United States to insert these chip devices into the brains of key Russian government officials. With a super computer in place, the US planners need only input a “script for international relations” into the computer, and the computer would automatically remotely control all these implanted government officials in Russia to play out the “script”. The rest of us would believe that the international developments we saw on the news were “natural”; nobody would know that it was in fact like a movie directed by some American officials from behind the scene.

In January 2010, when the United States was losing, the Russians struck a deal with the CIA. Under thenew deal, Russia and the United States would work together to secretly convict MC and his neocon buddies in the United States who were the originators of this bizarre plan. By this time, Russia had alsoexposed in the United Nations that the earlier evidences showing the MSS chief to be the orchestrator of 911 attacks, etc., were all forged and had reinstated the original evidences for US orchestration of 911. But, at this juncture, France suddenly came to defend these neocons in the International Court of Justice. Since I was still the “evidence”, I was able to help Russia defeat France (by, again, pretending to help France), allowing Russia to completely win this International Court trial by February 2010. How Russia had beat France deserves a particular comment, for it is crucial for understanding what happened later – for understanding the cause for my unfortunate fate in the next few years. Since late 2009, the Russians had also implanted me with the American nanochips, causing me to become interfaced with the computer system originally set up to secretly run international relations but which was now under Russian control. Again, this was authorized under UN Resolution 1373: if I had conspired with MC and the CIA in a plan to “chip” the Russian officials, the Russians had the right to “chip” us to control us to carry out their interests. When the Russians were reading my thoughts on the super computer, they could see that I was indeed pretending to help the United States, and later on France, in order to secretly help them – just as everyone had suspected. The Russians now wanted to submit the intercepts of my thoughts to the ICJ as evidences. For this end, they needed me to develop harmful intention toward them at least one time, so that they could definitively win the trial. During theheight of their battle with France, they succeeded in duping me into developing harmful intention toward them one time. And so they won the trial against France. That was 12 February, 2010. This – the intercept of my thought showing me wanting them to lose – is the single, and most important, piece of evidence on which the entire victory of Russia rested. Although Russia had won the trial, because the evidentiary record still contained evidences unfavorableto them (such that everyone knew that I was, before 12 February, 2010, only pretending to help the CIA), the Russians decided to “rerun” the entire evidentiary record, so that the record may be

“rewritten” to eliminate all those past evidences that were unfavorable to them. This is called the “replacement of evidences” authorized through the “reversal of a terrorist conspiracy” (under UN Resolution 1373). Again, I shall not explain, in this short summary, the complicated details concerning how this could have come about. To “reward” me in an indirect manner (since it was important for them to continue to pretend to believe that I was working against them), the Russian SVR tried to set me up with a girl G (so nicknamed in the other summary, “Being gangstalked by a group of women”), some beauty of Mexican descent, so that we could rerun the evidentiary record together. Unfortunately,G's father – whom I shall nickname Mr B here – objected to the pairup; he obtained access to the supercomputer and secretly reconfigured its operational procedures, causing it to malfunction in recording my thoughts. If I thought about how much I loved G, for example, the computer would show how much I wanted to harm her and rape her. In this way, Mr B hoped to alienate his daughter from me by showing her these false intercepts of my thoughts. Now that the computer was reading the opposites of my thoughts as my thoughts, Mr B could (since I was a clearheaded philosopher and a peaceful and loving person) recompose an extremely bad and slandering profile of me, namely as, principally, violent and delusional. In fact, he went so far as to assert MC's false profile of me as “David” as correct, but with some minor difference: he added “autism” to “paranoia schizophrenia” and then eliminated “multilingual ability” in order to accentuate my (supposed) uneducation and mental retardation. What he was doing was basically sneaking into the International Court of Justice (or its adhoc courtroom in Los Angeles) to not only change evidences but also to reconfigure the machines used to collect evidences, as a way to get the system to produce a different official story and a different judgment to defame me and condemn me to horrifying fate. Instead, his action of reconfiguring the “mindreading computer” had the side effect of invalidating that single most important piece of evidence back in February by which Russia was able to defeat France, i.e. the single intercept of my thought showing me intending to harm Russia. The 12 February ICJ judgment declaring Russia the winner could now suddenly be called into question. Again, the exact details of how this worked legally are very complicated and I shall not describe them here. Please refer to the main text. The French grabbed onto this opportunity and filed an objection to the ICJ February 2010 judgment. That was April 29, 2010.

Now it was Russia's turn to be shocked. Russia's only way to defend itself was to deny the fact that Mr B had reconfigured the mindreading computer at all; then, Russia would be able to revalidate the piece of evidence by which it had defeated France. The only way to deny this fact, however, was to collect evidences demonstrating that I actually did want to harm people and rape women and was autistic and retarded and suffered schizophrenic delusions all the time. In short, that I was violent and delusional and autistic. In other words, the Russians were now burdened with the pernicious task to drive me to violence and insanity – to make me conform to MC's, or rather Mr B's, false profile of me –

in order to affirm in the ICJ that the February ICJ judgment declaring them victorious was still valid. Therefore, since the SVR was in possession of the computer system which was interfaced with my brain and could control the movement of everything and everyone in my environment, they spent the next half year manipulating my environment (machines, etc.) and the people around me to provoke me every minute of my waking life, trying to drive me to violence and deceive me into looking delusional. Since I was born a peaceful nerd and didn't know how to be a physical danger to other people, the Russians almost tortured me to death and still could not transform me into a dangerous criminal to enable them to collect the evidences they needed. On the other hand, the Russians were quite successfulin making me look increasingly insane since, in this regard, all they had to do was staging fake operations or instructing my best friend to make up enigmas for me as a way to mislead me to believe in crazy scenarios about the current course of the International Court trial. You should appreciate the irony in all this. Mr B's false profile of me was almost identical to MC's false profile of me as “David”. The Russians had spent more than a year trying to disprove that I was anything like “David”, and now, in order to stay alive, they had to physically transform me into “David”. Not even MC had done this: he merely wanted people to believe that I was “David”; he didn't require me to become “David”. While the Russians could make half of “David” come true by deceivingme into looking crazy, this was not enough. Fortunately, there was an alternative way for Russia to defend itself. That was to cause me to understand how France had objected. Because of the way the trial was set up, if I understood it, I could be construed as secretly helping (“conspiring” with) France to harm Russia. Recall that, under UN Resolution 1373, whichever nation I helped would be the loser, and whichever nation I harmed would be the winner. This alternative, however, would entail an additional sacrifice from me, i.e., I would have to “conspire” with G's father in order to “conspire” withFrance. For this, I would have to accomplish something essential which G's father had wanted from me after the Russians had caught him changing evidences and reconfiguring machines, i.e. to get myself arrested in order to satiate him. By the end of September, 2010, I was coming close to understanding that I was being tortured because the “defendants of the trial” had objected, even though, at the time, I was thinking more that it was MC than that it was France. Faced with the possibility that they might lose the trial, the French, in October 2010, began replacing evidences in such a way as to destroy them; they had even replaced evidences to eliminate my status as a terrorist suspect, thus causing the whole ICJ trial to disappear. The Russians, angry over the fact that the French had, first objected, and then destroyed the entire evidentiary records, in order to deprive them of the victory they had worked so hard to obtain, were able to secretly keep the trial alive by borrowing evidences from the future (that I would find out what the French had done) and thus obtaining the ruling, in advance, that the French destruction of the evidentiary records was invalid because I had “conspired” with the French in this act.

I again cannot explain here the details of the complicated legal process by which the Russians were able to borrow evidences from the future and keep the evidentiary process of this International Court trial in secrecy. They were determined to win this trial against France. After the French destruction of evidences, every nation, and virtually every government official around the world, believed that this magnificent trial had been dismissed, eliminated by the French. Russians' task here was now to reconstitute the evidentiary record which the French had destroyed and then revive their victory. The process of reconstitution would take several years, from early 2011 until September 2015. Because the trial process was kept in secrecy and the plan to reconstitute the lost evidentiary record was known onlyto the direct participants, no other party could cut in and object and thus disrupt the process. In this way, it was guaranteed to be successful. Bizarre as it might sound, the Russians were able to enlist the CIA – their covictim thanks to France's objection – on their side in this project. (Or rather, because theICJ trial was in fact continuing in secret, there was still a part of CIA which was under Russian command, i.e. whichever part of CIA, and whenever this part, was working on me.) In the meantime, inofficial diplomatic channels, the Russians had to affirm that the profile which Mr B had forged about me – which differed from MC's false profile of me only in minor details – was correct in order to maintain their position that they had been victim of a terrorist harm. Thus, everything was just like back in 2007: for the next few years I would remain on international watchlists as a politically dangerous paranoid schizophrenic, this time affirmed even by the Russians who had once tried so hard to dispute it!

This project to “reactivate the lost ICJ trial” would be furthermore very bad news for me. To reactivate the lost ICJ trial, the Russians needed to (1) make sure that I conform to Mr B's April 2010 false profileof me and (2) reconstitute the evidentiary record which the French had destroyed. For (2) I would have to (a) write out a more or less correct account of this ICJ trial from the beginning until the time when the French had objected, and then (b) repeat in my current life many episodes from my previous time when I was the subject of debate in the International Court of Justice. As you can see, this is bad news for me because I would need to become violent and delusion in general, or to acquire all the worst qualities which have only been cursorily listed in the profile of “David” and the method by which this is possible can only be more torture – and because virtually all episodes in my past were tragedies and unpleasant experiences – so that the reconstitution of the evidentiary record for me was basically just torture. For this purpose, the Russians and the CIA purposely allowed Mr B to venture back into the “control center” (that underground facility in Los Angeles where the super computer was kept and which had once served as the adhoc courtroom for the ICJ). Mr B was still angry with the fact that he was caught trying to vandalize ICJ records and court machines and disowned by his family for trying todeceive his daughter. He naturally blamed me for his disasters. Nothing in the world could make him happier than getting his hands on the computer system that was still interfaced with my brain and using

it to program me to become a badtothebone crazy nuthead – what he had always wanted me to be – and thereby get disposed of by society. And so, from the middle of 2012 onward, he began inflicting onme the severest mindcontrol torture. He asked the computer to daily activate those regions in my brain responsible for feeling pain, anger, and sorrow, hoping that I would thereby become violent toward others while trying to release these negative emotions. At first, daily experiencing tremendous pain andsorrow, I found release by cutting myself. By the end of my ordeal, I would have made hundreds of cuts on my arms and legs until there were no more places on my body to make further cuts. When I toldothers about it, I was naturally dismissed as “crazy”. I made many new friends between 2011 and 2013,and I would lose them all in such fashion. When I told my psychiatrist about it, she would then send meto the mental hospital for compulsory confinement. The worst part about torture through braincomputer interface is certainly the fact that you can never obtain sympathy and understanding from others. Nobody will ever believe you. I have written about this in several of the letters which you can see on my website. After repeated hospitalization and gaining no understanding from others in regard to my daily pain and suffering, I naturally came to hate people in general. This is where Mr B had at last accomplished his purpose. As he continued to program me to daily suffer tremendous pain and anger and sorrow, I now sought release by committing minor vandalisms and deriving pleasure from damaging people's properties. That was the beginning of 2013. I was looking increasingly evil – for anyone who didn't know the cause for my behavior, of course. Then, since I kept talking about “chips inside my brain” and constantly speculated incorrectly who was doing this to me and why, I also looked increasingly crazy. I was being trained to become a badtothebone delusional antisocial, in other words. What Mr B didn't know was that, by training me to look delusional and develop evil intents toward others, he was secretly laying the foundation for reactivating the lost ICJ trial. I had succeeded in conforming to his April 2010 false profile of me.

Meanwhile, between 2011 and late 2013, I had also reconstructed and written out most of the importantdetails of the previous ICJ trial. This is “The Secret History of the International Court of Justice” whichyou see on my website. It would secretly become the evidences for which the Russians had been waiting in order to establish that, in 2010, I had indeed conspired with France (when these evidences were lent backward in time) and to reactivate the lost ICJ trial. Parallel to, but separate from, my mind control torture in the middle of 2012 was the formation of a gangstalking enterprise which would define my life for the next few years. For a slightly more detailed summary of the origin of this gangstalking enterprise targeting me, please refer to my November 2015 narrative “Being gangstalked by a group of women” (which I append at the end of this summary). As you can see from there, the core of this gangstalking enterprise was a group of women whom I have designated as “K”, “J”, “G”, “M”, and “Dr P” and a “Secret Facebook Group” which they had created for me, on which they gossiped about me and planned operations against me and my website, and which would draw, in the coming

years, thousands of members from around the world. What I have left unspecified there is that K was one of my former acquaintances recruited by MC and the CIA to work against me in the US government operation in 2008 – i.e. she was one of those actors and actresses in the “Truman Show” inwhich I was trapped – and that the story I wrote about her was precisely part of the story recounting this International Court trial which I was required to write. K was thus an “asset” of the Agency. Her work against me had ended by early 2009, when, after she threw me out of her social groups, there was no more contact between us. Then, as noted, “G” in that narrative was Mr B's daughter, and the “story” I wrote about her is precisely another chapter in this “Secret History” which recounts how her father had vandalized the evidentiary record and changed the setting on the mindreading computer. Please read that narrative (“Being gangstalked...”) first and then come back here to see how that gangstalking enterprise fits into the overall scheme of the reactivation of the ICJ trial.

You recall the story from there. The key figure of this whole affair was J, whom I first met in late 2011 and who was therefore not involved in the previous ICJ trial. She was upset that I ceased contact with her since April 2012 and, obsessing over me, began stalking me and finding my past adversaries G and K so as to team up with them in a plot against me behind my back. K had wanted to suppress my story about her mainly because she didn't want people to know that she had once worked as a CIA asset. G had joined J's effort to go after me because I threw some bottles into her sister's backyard and she failedher restraining order against me (February, 2013). For these simple affronts, these women wanted nothing less than my complete destruction and the disappearance of my website hosing my “Secret History”. You have read in that narrative that, between March and September 2013 when G, J, and K first began seriously working on me, they were unable to find any reasons to suppress my website or to enlist the help of law enforcement, and that G's family had hired a stateoftheart investigative company to investigate me. You have also read that the women were finally able to make progress by September 2013 when they found Dr P – the therapist I was seeing briefly between August and October2012 – to help them. When Dr P supplied them with the socalled “CH warning”, the gang of women were able at last to open a confidential stalking case against me at the city police department's premier stalking crime unit, “TMU”. From now on they began to pursue what would become their greatest goal in life: to become my “stalking victims” and have me arrested – and my website removed.I shall nickname this group of women who had teamed up to go after me and my website the “Secret Society women” since it is truly a “secret society” formed with the express purpose for my extermination. As I have hinted in that other narrative, this “CH warning” was originally incorporated into Homeland Security's 2007 warning about me. I have mentioned there that it was this “CH warning” which had enabled the women to make false reports to the TMU about what they had seen onmy website while forbidding the TMU detectives from ever verifying the veracity of these reports through visiting my website themselves. Thus the Secret Society women had established what would

become their modus operandi for exterminating me for the next few years: making up all sorts of demonic stories about me and my website and thus obliging law enforcement to lock me up and remove my website without worrying that law enforcement officers might discover that the stories wereall lies. I have also mentioned there that this operation of the Secret Society women to make false reports about my website under the cover of “victim confidentiality” eventually grew into a large enterprise, the largest “organized and coordinated campaign to falsely report somebody to law enforcement” ever in the history of humankind. It should be noted at this point that the leader of the Secret Society women, J, had this longstanding habit of feigning psychological expertise because she had always wanted people to admire her as an amazing psychic with penetrating insight into human psychology. Since the TMU detectives were not quite permitted to study my works on my website in order to understand me, J composed for them a psychological profile of me:

He feels ambiguous about women (loves and hates them at the same time), because he is impotent and feels inferior (couldn’t attain them). He is delusional (suffering schizophrenia) and physically violent. He suffers bizarre delusions about the woman he is obsessed with, always imagining them to be part of some government conspiracies or government informants, etc. He is perpetually suicidal, a danger to himself as well as to others. He lusts over me.

The profile was basically a mixture of J's projection of herself onto me (“loving and hating”, “inferiority complex”) this was another one of her longstanding bad habits: depositing her own negative qualities in another person she had decided to target – slanders which K and G had perpetuated to discredit my stories about them (“paranoia”, “delusion”, etc.), and their fearmongering about me in order to demonize me to others (always portraying me as violently dangerous to others even though I had no history of violence of any kind). As you shall see, herewith begins another episode that was becoming typical of my life: when others falsely accuse me and falsely portray me, they always have a way to force me to change myself for the worse in order to conform to these false accusations and false portrayals.

What should here be mentioned – but wasn't in “Being gangstalked...” is the fact that, because Mr B continued to program me to commit minor vandalism crimes when G, J, and K began seriously working on me, their investigators, by the time the TMU had opened a case on me in September 2013, had already accumulated quite a lot of evidences against me (videos of my vandalism, etc.). Because the Secret Society women loved to fearmonger about me – it would become the very “juice of their life” they jumped up and down showing these videos to law enforcement and everybody they knew, getting all excited and fired up as if what was discovered was a most dangerous serial killer, not just a

petty vandalizer. You should know their “type”: nothing in the world excited the Secret Society womenmore than stories of crimes and serial killers and violence against women; they aspired nothing more inthe world than being rectified as “victims of violence against women”. What I also didn't mention in the other narrative is the fact that, by October 2013, because the Secret Society women, ever intensifying their fearmongering about me, began reporting me as a “terrorist”, the Department of Homeland Security got involved. Or rather, one of its clandestine operation units: the same unit which had once gone after me, but which were now manned by new officers who didn't know anything about me. Along with the Secret Society women, these Homeland Security people would become my greatestnightmare for the next three years. What seems to have happened was that the Secret Society women didn't simply claim that I was a terrorist, but also that I was a terrorist planning terrorist acts with rebelsin Syria under CIA and Russian command. (There was a complicated detail here which involved the Boston Marathon bombing; I shall not go into this in this short summary.) The Homeland Security thugs who had teamed up with the Secret Society women were quite excited about my case because this might be the big case enabling them to get promoted at long last. They thought like this because, again, they were hired into the Department only after my previous ICJ trial had publicly ended and so didn't know anything about my past history. In consequence, they stupidly filed a case against Russia and the CIA in the International Court of Justice for supporting terrorists in violation of international agreements. Overconfident in the Secret Society women's expertise, they submitted the false profile which J had created of me to the ICJ as part of the evidences: “This is the profile of the terrorist in question...” While the Secret Society women continued to make demonic false reports about my website to the TMU, Homeland Security would take these false reports to the ICJ as evidences: “This isour demonic terrorist, he has this website with which he violates the privacy of his women victims and stalks them and harasses them online.” The result is that the Russians and the CIA became obliged to work together on this one case. Together with the FBI and the TMU, they sent informants to infiltrate the Secret Society women's organization to obtain evidences showing that the women's demonic stories about my website and my being a terrorist working under foreign and domestic intelligence agencies were all but concocted fantasies – and, furthermore, that I looked nothing like the “profile” which they had composed of me. These evidences were then fed into the ICJ to disprove Homeland Security's case. Then, when the right time came, the FBI simply arrested the Secret Society women's Homeland Security “friends” for manufacturing false terrorism claims. That was early November, 2013. Meanwhile, the Secret Society women were terribly disappointed with the fact that the TMU had never bothered to arrest me as they were convinced the TMU would, and that their stalking case against me simply dissipated. This I have mentioned in the other narrative, but I didn't describe there this entire background about an International Court trial (the second one in my life) and the involvement of a few Homeland Security

officers.

I have also mentioned in that narrative that the US government quickly cut in to cause the release of theSecret Society women's Homeland Security “friends” without charge. Because I had to omit in that narrative the details about Homeland Security's involvement, the opening of a second ICJ trial over me,and the role which this episode played in the secret plan to reactivate the previous ICJ trial, I couldn't say anything there more than that the release was for “political reasons”. What had happened seems to be that, at the same time that the federal agencies had arrested the Secret Society women's Homeland Security partners, they had also broken into the “control center” and arrested Mr B who had been hiding inside for more than two years – discovering that it was he who had been controlling me to commit minor vandalism crimes and throw bottles into G's sister's house to provoke her family. The USgovernment had also discovered that the purpose of all this was to reactivate the previous (or the “lost”)ICJ trial: everything had happened because Mr B was remotely controlling me and programming surrounding events not knowing that he was being “set up” to accomplish the Russians' secret project to reactivate the lost ICJ trial. (I will touch upon the exact mechanism of this “set up” at the end of this summary.) The previous ICJ trial had now become bundled with this second ICJ trial. While the Russians expressed desire to continue the second ICJ trial in order to reactivate the previous one, this was of course totally against the interests of the United States. The United States wanted the dismissal of this second ICJ trial, and, for this end, it had to affirm that the Secret Society women were not lying about me – at the very least that their profile of me was approximately correct, even if I turned out to have no connections with the rebels in Syria or any elements in any intelligence agencies. This is why the Secret Society women's Homeland Security partners were quickly released without charge.

It was certainly the Republicans who had most insisted on this course. Little did they know that they had fallen into Russians' trap. The dismissal of the second ICJ trial and all the events surrounding it (my actions and the Secret Society women's operations against me) had secretly become evidences to replace older evidences in the evidentiary record of the previous ICJ trial. The previous ICJ trial was being secretly reconstituted. Because I had come to resemble something like Mr B's April 2010 false profile of me, and because I had reconstructed all major episodes of the previous ICJ trial, the reactivation of the previous ICJ trial now entered a second phase: I was now to finish my “mission” which I had never finished back in 2010, i.e. getting myself arrested while looking increasingly delusional and criminal in order to confirm Mr B's fantasy about me.

After the Secret Society women were disappointed by TMU's inaction and their Homeland Security buddies were released from custody, they together vowed vengeance against me. For them, if they screwed up while trying to harm me, they had suffered injustice and I was to blame for it. I have

recounted this in the other narrative: how the women insisted that the TMU reopen their case against me, how the TMU began resisting, and how the TMU was forced to reopen the case in midJanuary simply because I had looked at J's Facebook. What I didn't mention there was my vandalism habit and the actions of the women's Homeland Security buddies. Because I noticed that the TMU had opened a second case on me, I had stopped my vandalism habit, which had thus removed much of the momentum from the Secret Society women's case. By January 31, 2014, desperate for me to resume my vandalism habit so as to oblige the TMU to act on the Secret Society women's request, these Homeland Security thugs tracked down the control center and broke inside there. From now on these Homeland Security thugs would be inside the control center to program me and coordinate my actions with the Secret Society women's case against me: they would be inside the control center programmingme to experience tremendous pain, anger, and sorrow – just as Mr B used to do – in order to provoke me to break things in the neighborhoods. They would also make sure to hurt me badly from the control center so that I would write about it on my blog. Then, when my blog was filled with talk about “being remotely controlled via the electronic chips inside my brain to experience pain and to break things”, I would then have supposedly crazy and violent contents on my website to enable the Secret Society women's complaints about my website to have substance. In other words, whatever the Secret Society women wanted to complain about me – being violent and delusional and having violent and delusional contents on my website – their Homeland Security buddies would be inside the control center programming me to conform to the women's complaints about me. They hoped that, in this way, their women friends could eventually persuade the TMU to lock me up in jail and remove my website. However, just like what had happened with Mr B, because I had been a peaceful nerd all my life, no matter how hard these Homeland Security thugs hurt me, I could never get myself to become such a danger to others that law enforcement would have no choice but to remove me from society. I simply didn't know how to hurt people. Instead, to kill pain, I continued to engage myself in small acts of vandalism which could only be misdemeanors even when I was caught. The Secret Society women of course hoped that I could commit far more serious crimes than these misdemeanor property damages, but their Homeland Security friends couldn't fulfill their wishes even when they had gotten hold of the super computer that was interfaced with my brain. At a loss, the women continued to point to my vandalisms and request the TMU detectives to remove me from society. Since the TMU detectives had developed resistance toward the Secret Society women, they simply refused, always responding that my vandalism wasn't serious enough for them to act. By November, 2014, the Secret Society women would again send their investigators to follow me around town filming me vandalizing properties. While the TMU detectives continued to refuse to take actions even when faced with these new evidences – this is how much they despised these fearmongering, “wannabe” “victims” the Secret Society women would post these new videos on their Secret Facebook Group devoted to me in order to recruit more members to their secret organization. I had mentioned in the other narrative how these

women recruited thousands of strangers all over the world to join their campaign of making false reports about my website by energizing everybody with madeup stories about how I had stalked them and posted their private information on my website while the police, so sexist, wouldn't care. What I didn't mention is how they had skillfully used videos of my vandalism as propaganda tool to recruit strangers to join their campaign against my website. In keeping with their modus operandi, they would make up more stories about how I was also doing robbery and voyeurism in order to energize their newrecruits against me. In other words, they were distorting my vandalism to kill pain – pain which their very friends in Homeland Security were inflicting on me – into the portrait of a professional criminal motivated by sexual perversion. That is to say, the Secret Society women had by the end of 2014 developed the ingenious technique of “grafting”: first asking Homeland Security to control me to breaka few things (minor crimes), and then falsely reporting me for committing much more serious crimes. Since their audiences had seen me committing minor crimes, they were more likely to believe the lies that I had also committed these other more serious crimes. Again, because most people nowadays do not have a functional brain, it is practically impossible for everybody to not be convinced. Hopefully you can now see that the situation at hand had evolved into a “false flag” stalking case. Namely, in such manner: Homeland Security was so desiring for a peaceful nerd to become a criminal, and the Secret Society women were so desiring to become his “stalking victims”, that they even inserted electronic chips into his brain, and, when it turned out that their “suspect” was physically too weak and too inexperienced to stalk women and hurt people, they would control him to break things in neighborhoods by causing him severe, chronic, physical pain, and yet the damages he had caused were still too minor to oblige the law enforcement detectives who were handling their case to do something about him. By now I had truly become a “targeted individual”: while a government agency had electronic chips inside my brain to hurt me and train me to commit crimes, I was also being gangstalked by a private citizen organization whose purpose was to use law enforcement officers to exterminate me and my website.

I am here quickly summarizing how the Secret Society women's modus operandi had developed over the course of 2014 (from January to November). In the process I have skipped over all the landmark events throughout this year. You can refer to “Being gangstalked...” to become acquainted with them: how, on the night of 6 February, Homeland Security was able to control me to break a window and then get caught by the security guards, but how the TMU instructed the police officers to simply let me go because they were so angered by the Secret Society women's dirty tricks and false reporting; how another key member, M, would join K's Secret Society in April, 2014; how the women were able to find an ever increasing number of people from around the world to falsely complain about my website; how they continued to skillfully use “victim confidentiality” as cover under which to make false

reports; how a prominent Russian daughter EKT also joined the campaign by filing a cyberstalking claim against me in August, 2014; how the Secret Society women filed their third stalking claim against me on 3 April, their fourth on 11 June, their fifth on 6 September, and their sixth on 8 November; and how the women's debate with TMU throughout the whole year increasingly revolved around the irrelevant question of whether I had plagiarized on my website.

You have also read from the other narrative that, from midDecember 2014 onward, because the TMU had permanently disqualified the Secret Society women from opening any more cases on me, the women began reporting me to a hate crime unit in LAPD using the same modus operandi: while Homeland Security would continue to hurt me in order to drive me to commit vandalism crimes, the Secret Society women would send their investigators to follow me and film me, and then go to the detectives to report on me – interpreting my vandalism as “hate crimes” hoping to persuade the detectives to put me away on much more serious charges than misdemeanor vandalism. They would then remember to request “confidentiality” so that, forbidding the detectives from verifying the veracityof their claims, they could then make up exaggerated demonic stories about me (how, as noted, I was not simply vandalizing but also stealing, robbing, voyeuring, etc.) and my website (how it was filled with pornography, hacking malware, plagiarized writings and stolen artworks, crazy conspiracy theories, private and slandering information about them, etc.). In other words, the Secret Society women were using their technique “grafting” on the detectives. The women then requested that the detectives suspend ordinary dueprocess under the pretext of “protecting the witnesses” so that, once I should get arrested, I wouldn't have the chance to confront them and their false reports and to prove my innocence. However, at this juncture, the TMU detectives, so fed up with the Secret Society women's fraudulent scheme to become “victims”, had linked up with the hate crime unit detectives and began teaching them how to see through the women's deception.

The result was that the hate crime unit detectives never made a move against me, leaving the Secret Society women bewildered and confused. Then, on 1 February, when I planned to attend a speech given by the French consul general, I naturally “flagged the system”, causing the French diplomatic protection service to link up with the Secret Society women and renew their hope with the thinking thatthey could successfully persuade the French with false reports to remove my website and take me out. After a month, however, the same thing happened: the French remained unconvinced by all their demonic stories. Then, as I have briefly noted in that other summary, the Secret Society women began appealing to an international human rights organization on the ground that American police was so sexist that they had chosen to ignore a particularly bad misogynist and insane serial criminal. (They of course wouldn't mention the real reason for law enforcement's inaction, which was their systematic lying and deception.) By midApril, 2015, it's the same thing: nothing happened. By now, not just the

Secret Society women, but also their Homeland Security buddies, were getting increasingly desperate and impatient. Since all the serious law enforcement investigations had come to naught, these Homeland Security thugs decided to be more aggressive with me. They had understood the problem: those little acts of vandalism on my part, breaking a window one day in this part of the town, and another the next day in another part, were simply too inconspicuous for the purpose of getting myself arrested and put away. At such rate, nothing would ever happen. And so those Homeland Security thugs decided that I must increase the frequency of my vandalism. They thus began hurting me so much more than before that I had to perform around town far more acts of vandalism than usual in order to kill the extra pain. This had tremendously increased for me the risk of getting caught. At the same time, the Homeland Security thugs instructed the computer in the control center to program me tomisinterpret the Secret Society women's activities on my website and to develop erroneous scenarios about their current operations against me. When I wrote down on my blog these misinterpretations and erroneous scenarios, I was unknowingly producing evidences for my supposed insanity which, as the Homeland Security thugs had planned, their women friends could then use against me. Those Homeland Security thugs also instructed the computer to program me to develop increasing hatred toward the ordinary American people around me and the American system in general (again, through inflicting tremendous amount of pain on me). In this way Homeland Security could invite themselves to launch an investigation of me as a terrorist. When I shared my experiences and thoughts with my best friend over the phone – my vandalism, my mindcontrol experience, my erroneous scenarios aboutthe Secret Society women's operations against me and government's plans for them – Homeland Security could then themselves intercept these confessions as “evidences” for their investigations. These Homeland Security thugs were now building up a case against me as an insane, antiAmerican terrorist. In other words, they were investigating a case of terrorism which they had themselves created:the case was entirely “false flag”. Meanwhile, they began instructing the Secret Society women to plan for my arrest on simple vandalism charges. (Since they had decided to keep their creation of me as a “terrorist” a secret from me, they were certainly not going to have me prosecuted for terrorism.) What nobody here knew however is the fact that, now, finally, I was going to finish the “mission” which I couldn't finish back in 2010: to become insane and criminal and get myself arrested. While these Homeland Security thugs believed they were carrying out their own purposes (to make me into an insane terrorist and cause me to get arrested as their vengeance against me), they were unawares carrying out Russians' purpose from five years ago.

And so, by the beginning of May, the female owner of a workout place which these Homeland Securitythugs had controlled me to repeatedly vandalize finally decided to go on local news asking anyone to identify the unknown figure seen spraying graffiti on her business in surveillance videos. (As always, I covered my face when vandalizing.) You have read about this episode in the other narrative: G and the

other Secret Society women, directed by their Homeland Security friends, came to the police claiming she could positively identify me in those surveillance videos. The detectives who were handling this vandalism case were from another division of LAPD and, because of “victim confidentiality”, were unaware of the six stalking claims and one hate crime claim which these women in front of them had already filed against me in the other two divisions of LAPD. They certainly could never have imagined that it was some officers in Homeland Security who had sent me around vandalizing people's businesses and who then sent G and her friends to the police to identify me. The Secret Society women claimed to be able to identify the perpetrator not only in this particular vandalism case but also in manyother cases around town. Although the vast majority of the owners of businesses which Homeland Security had sent me to vandalize were white males, the Secret Society women singled out the few white female owners and teamed up with them in an effort to make a case of “hate crime against women” out of all this. This time the detectives believed the Secret Society women's false testimonies but nevertheless judged the evidences insufficient for hate crime charges: after all, my politically incorrect theories on my website which the Secret Society women presented to the detectives as evidences for my “hate speech” could not constitute such. Instead, the detectives arrested me and booked me in for “felony vandalism”. (“Felony” because I was already on probation for a previous misdemeanor vandalism.) Although the Secret Society women could not in such simple vandalism casesuspend normal due process procedures under the pretext of protecting victims' “confidentiality” (and thereby forge evidences to frame me), they managed to persuade most of their female victims to not come forward and confront me. Of the Secret Society women, only G volunteered as “witness” and only the owner of the workout place, PD, came forward as my “victim”. Meanwhile, the detectives agreed to keep the rest of the victims and accusations in confidentiality, and the Secret Society women found additional satisfaction in the fact that their Homeland Security friends had built up a “domestic terrorism” case against me without my knowing. As always, the Secret Society women deemed the secrecy of their operations more important than my prosecution: for them, the real “juice” of the whole affair consisted in the fact that their suspect had no idea who had accused him and of what crime. As you have read from the other narrative, I stayed in jail for four months. To keep me in jail as long aspossible, G presented my blog postings on braincomputer interface as evidences for my insanity, for which I was judged incompetent to stand trial and must await psychiatrist's clearance. Then G persuaded her library personnel to persistently obstruct the restitution process. In the end, I gave up on the process, and simply bailed myself out. That was early September, 2015.

As I had by this time finally become, in official records, a “mentally insane felon” and “terrorist”, I hadat last accomplished my “mission” after five long years. Without anyone knowing, and with the knowledge of only a handful of privileged persons (among the Russians and the CIA), the International

Court of Justice issued a judgment declaring that France (or Sarkozy's elements therein) and I had conspired to harm Russia (to deprive Russia of its victory) in the previous ICJ trial. The whole evidentiary process could now enter into its third phase.

Now that Homeland Security had secretly built up a case against me as a “domestic terrorist”, although they had no plans to prosecute me, they continued their original plan of seeing me go down history as a“terrorist” of the first order. They screwed up back in October and November 2013, but now they couldfinally redeem themselves. By the time I was released from jail, those Homeland Security buddies of the Secret Society women had composed a complete profile of me and entered it into the various official databases for known terrorists for access by law enforcement agencies from around the world. They gathered together all the false testimonies which the Secret Society women had made about me, assumed them to be true (even though they knew all these were false), and entered them into the official records. Now the Secret Society women, in order to demonize me to the maximum extent, reinterpreted my vandalism as “targeting specifically white females” (like themselves) and “motivated by ideological misogyny”. When Homeland Security assumed this to be true, they were able to label me in official records as a “mentally insane misogynist terrorist cyberstalker of women”. A terrorist and a stalker! This is what the Secret Society women had tried to get me arrested for but failed back in October and November 2013. Thus both Homeland Security and the Secret Society women had at last avenged themselves on me. Actually, the profile which Homeland Security had entered into the variousterrorist databases about me said a lot more bad things than just that – insofar as it basically consisted in a collection of all the false testimonies and slanders which the Secret Society women had produced about me in the past three years. Since these terrorist databases were accessible by intelligence and law enforcement agencies of all nations around the world, Homeland Security was essentially telling the world that I am:

Misogynist; white supremacist; racist toward Hispanics; antiSemite; plagiarizer and thief of artworks (i.e. fond of pretending to be intellectual and educated and feigning artistic talent through persistent plagiarism and theft of other people's intellectual properties); computerhacker; stalker; cyberstalker; antiAmerican terrorist; vandalizer (i.e. a misogynist terrorist who is prone to become obsessed with women, stalk them, and then vandalize their properties in order to terrorize them); violent; delusional; paranoid schizophrenic believing in his delusion that the women he is obsessed with are always involved in some government conspiracy to go after him by gangstalking him and falsely reporting him to law enforcement, and that the government conspiracy extends to a bizarre plan to implant electronic devices inside his brain to render him a remotely controlled robot; fond of violating women's privacy by spilling out their private information; fond of

slandering the women he's obsessed with by advertising online the bizarre delusions he haddeveloped about them; extremely malicious and pathologically deceitful; habitually impersonating others on the Internet; constantly projecting his own negative characteristics onto the women he's obsessed with as if they were his scapegoats; proud sympathizer of all illiberal political causes (all the rightwing, fascist and racist political figures and all the dictators around the world); and, last but not least, hosting a website that is full of (1) slanders and private information about the women he's obsessed with and the delusions he had developed about them; (2) hacking malware; (3) hard core pornography, including obscene pictures of the women he's obsessed with; (4) writings he had plagiarized from others and artworks he had stolen from others and yet claimed to be his own; (5) racist and sexist rambling, often in support of illiberal political causes, parties, and figures; and (6) bizarre conspiracy theories indicative of the severe paranoia in which he lived.

This is basically the portrait of a bigot suffering paranoia schizophrenia (brainchips; imagining people going after him; bizarre government conspiracies), antisocial personality disorder (pathological lying, impersonating others, malice), and narcissistic personality disorder (projection, grandiosity thinking, a charlatan). Basically the projection onto me of J's sociopathic tendencies and charlatan manners and M's paranoia. This had always been part of the modus operandi of the Secret Society women: projecting their own negative qualities onto me – but then accusing me of projecting these qualities onto them! The Secret Society women had also qualified my bigotry as motivated by a certain powerlessness and jealousy toward the objects of my passions, e.g. that I was sexually perverted and yet impotent and thus loving and hating white females at the same time (my “misogyny”) and was fascinated by Jewish people but was jealous of them and thus hating them at the same time (my “Antisemitism”). (J had a sick love of everything Jewish.) You must remember this “profile”, for, later on, whenever I shall speak of “the Secret Society women feeding demonic stories about me and my website to their new law enforcement authority”, such are the “demonic stories”.

Certainly nobody else among the million people or so found in US government's databases for known terrorists was as disgusting as I. Again, like all these people who have been put on nofly list or terrorist watchlists, I would not be notified and would not even be allowed to know that I was now officially a “terrorist” again, all in order to make it impossible for me to contest it. This is certainly howthe Secret Society women had wanted it, since they were the originators of this bad profile of me. I would eventually realize all this only after a year of investigation on my own and reconstruction of Homeland Security's, and Secret Society women's, operations on me.

You can thus see a common thread running from the earliest false profile which former Homeland

Security chief MC had composed of me back in 2008, through the later false profile which Mr B had composed of me back in April 2010 and the false profile which J and Dr P had composed of me in September 2013, to the current Homeland Security false profile me: I was always supposed to be the point in the universe where all the negative qualities ever found in humanity were concentrated. Then, just as in the episode with Mr B, Homeland Security would make it into my “job” that I did everything I could to become this most disgusting bad profile of me – as you shall see presently. Again, while Homeland Security was having their vengeance on me in this way, they were unknowingly accomplishing the Russians' purpose of the replacement of evidences for the previous ICJ trial.

As has been mentioned in the other narrative, my act of bailing myself out of jail was a surprise for the Secret Society women. Emboldened by Homeland Security's classification of me as a “terrorist”, they sought vengeance from the TMU – which had dared dismiss their stalking claims six times – by obliging them to reopen a stalking case against me on the basis of Homeland Security's warning. As you have already read, because the TMU detectives had become so disgusted with the Secret Society women, they soon humiliated G while completely dismissing her, and her gang's, seventh stalking claim against me. While this would prompt the Secret Society women to seek further vengeance againstme, the TMU, guided by the CIA, also entered a warning about the Secret Society women into the same terrorist databases. In this warning, the TMU would specify that I was not a terrorist, that the Secret Society women's demonic stories about me and my website were all made up, that these women liked to fearmonger over nothing under the cover of “victim confidentiality” in order to pretend to be victims and thereby obtain benefits and recognition. From now on, whenever a law enforcement agencyaccessed these databases to see the Homeland Security warning about me as a “terrorist” – on which Homeland Security kindly listed the Secret Society women as “witnesses” and “experts” to be contacted for further information about the “terrorist” in question – they would also see TMU's warningabout the Secret Society women which contradicted the Homeland Security warning in every respect. As you can see, behind this interagency debate about whether I was a “terrorist” and whether the SecretSociety women were genuine witnesses of terrorism or a bunch of fraudsters, was the longstanding conflict between the CIA and Homeland Security. This time, the CIA had the full support of the TMU and the FBI.

It was now the beginning of November, 2015. By this time, it had become quite obvious to me that all that I had suffered in the past few years – my entrapment and “criminalization” in order to get myself arrested – was simply an extension of the previous ICJ trial. While these Homeland Security thugs were training me to become a criminal out of their own freewill and for the sake of their own project, it was somebody else who had “set them up” for the sake of obtaining the evidence needed to conclude the previous ICJ trial (i.e. that I had fulfilled Mr B's April 2010 “wish”). Even though the actors were

all different – i.e. even though it is a bunch of Homeland Security thugs rather than the Russians who were forcing me to conform to an approximate version of Mr B's false profile of me – the process was clearly orchestrated, without the knowledge of the participants, to finish the previous unfinished trial. I had finally been forced to “finish the mission” which I didn't finish back in 2010. Clearly, then, the Russians should have obtained an International Court judgment declaring them to be the victim of France's “terrorist conspiracy” with me – and specifying compensation for them. And yet, no matter how you consider it, the compensation can only be a “regimechange” in France to enable France to become Russia's ally against the United States. This can only mean a secret ICJ judgment requiring the National Front (FN) to come to power in 2017. I consequently developed tremendous interest in FN and the Le Pen family. I researched FN and Le Pen's website daily, and yet I simply didn't see any sign that such a judgment was in effect. Little did I know that this was precisely how an effective judgment would be produced. Because Homeland Security had entered a warning about me as a terrorist cyberstalker of women in official terrorist databases, my daily visits to these websites naturally “flagged the system”, and the French diplomatic protection service had had to respond and come to investigate me. (This was the second time, if you recall; except that, back in February 2015, I wasn't yet such “terrorist cyberstalker of women”.) When the French asked American law enforcement to provide them with access to my online accounts, however, the TMU, backed by the CIA, refused. The problem was that I had been writing an essay outlining how Ms “Marine” could further develop her party's platform as an hedge against US global domination and saving it in my online accounts. You recall from the other narrative that the TMU had always suspected that I had purposely invited the prominent Russian daughter EKT to file stalking claims against me back in October 2014. This time the TMU was suspecting that I was purposely inviting the French to come investigate me as a way to clandestinely share my ideas with Ms “Marine”. (This is not the case, of course.) When the French accessed Homeland Security's warning about me in terrorist databases, they had of course also seen TMU's warning about the Secret Society women which specified clearly that Homeland Security's warning was inaccurate and that their “star witnesses”, the Secret Society women, were a bunch of pathological liars. The TMU had been profiling me for more than a year, assisted by expert profilers from the CIA and the FBI, and so, when they exclaimed I couldn't possibly be a danger to “Marine” and couldn't even want to harm her, this was obviously more credible than the bullshit which Homeland Security had adopted from the mouths of a bunch of uneducated stupid women with ulterior motives. However, since, per US laws, Homeland Security had the ultimate authority to decide who was a terrorist and who not, the French couldn't just give up. Yet the TMU and the CIA continued to refuse to grant them access to my accounts. When Homeland Security noticed what the French would discover in my accounts, they also refused to grant access. The result is that everybody now had to go to the International Court of Justice to fight it out. At issue was United States agencies' refusal to comply with international agreements about sharing information about a known “terrorist”. This was

the third time that I was the subject of debate in the International Court of Justice! In this “third ICJ trial”, there were three sides: the TMU/ CIA team; the Homeland Security team; and FN with their Russian allies. Then, within a week, the Paris attacks happened. Now, per international agreement, the French, at a time of crisis like this, had to right to check into every possible “lead” (since I was officially a “terrorist”) and so obtained my writing in any case.

Everything which had happened in the previous ICJ trial would be sort of repeated in this “third ICJ trial” because this “third ICJ trial” was in fact secretly orchestrated to replace the previous ICJ trial (i..e. part of the “replacement of evidences”). You thus see that, like the original ICJ trial, it had also started because the United States had furnished contradictory information about a “terrorist”: whereas the original ICJ trial started because the FBI first told the Chinese that I was a terrorist suspect but then Homeland Security told them that I was never a terrorist suspect but had merely imagined that I was, inthis third ICJ trial the CIA told the French that I wasn't a terrorist while Homeland Security told them that I was. To defend against the French's and the Russians' charge that they had refused to turn over access to my materials in violation of international agreements over terrorist matters, Homeland Security and the TMU/ CIA team would employ different arguments. While the TMU/ CIA team would argue that there was no need to provide access because I wasn't really a terrorist at all – because Homeland Security's warning about me was fictional and should never have been respected in the first place – Homeland Security would make the outrageous claim that I was conspiring with the Russians and the French (so that international agreements on sharing information on terrorists shouldn't be observed in this case) and that the Russians were in fact behind the Paris attacks. The problem was that each party had to debate with two other parties, not just one: Homeland Security was debating not just with the Russians and the French, but also with the TMU and CIA because they had to prove that their profile of me – that I was a “terrorist” was correct. Meanwhile, the Russians and the French could only defend themselves by arguing the contrary, that they had no prior relationships with me and were merely following standard procedures upon accessing Homeland Security's warning about me in terrorist databases. You thus see how this “third ICJ trial” was repeating the original ICJ trial: all parties had to debate, just as Russia and the United States were doing back in 2009, whether I in fact looked anything like a very bad, demonic portrayal of me which one US agency had been distributing.

Meanwhile, the Secret Society women, upset that the TMU had rejected their seventh stalking claim against me, began looking for new avenues to ban my website and put me back in jail. When they failed to persuade the district attorney to factor my website into the vandalism charges against me, they began looking for other law enforcement agencies to accept my case. Now that the different parties were debating about me again in the International Court of Justice, Homeland Security encouraged the women to open another case against me at a different law enforcement agency – for evidences can only

be entered into the ICJ when intercepted from the Secret Society women's communications and police investigations. This time around, i.e. from midNovember to early December 2015, the Secret Society women would move onto law enforcement agencies in neighboring cities, and, while assuming that the new detectives would know nothing about their previous claims about me at other law enforcement divisions, they changed the basis of their charge now claiming that I constituted a danger to them because, when I became obsessed with women, I would imagine them (due to my paranoia schizophrenia) wanting to assassinate me by falsely reporting me to law enforcement behind my back. In other words, all the past history with the TMU had become part of my “schizophrenic delusions” (part of the women's profile of me as “always imagining the women with whom I was obsessed being part of a 'conspiracy' against me). The women then continued to mobilize hundreds of volunteers they had found online to falsely report to the new detectives about seeing the same devilish contents on my websites – hacking malware, obscene pornography, their naked pictures, plagiarized writings and stolen paintings and drawings, racist and sexist rambling, and, last but not least, delusional slander about how they had been going after me – while prohibiting the detectives from looking at my website themselves under the pretext of protecting their “victim confidentiality”.

This time around, the Secret Society women would get much more aggressive and manifest increasing malice toward me. They would now actively forge evidences to frame me. For example, part of their case against me consisted in “online harassment” (imagining them going after me and writing about it on my website and other online forums to embarrass them) but such case would have become entirely falseflag. Because nobody actually read my materials about them online, they would instruct their online friends to pretend to be strangers accidentally discovering these materials, showing interest in them, identifying who I was talking about, and then contacting them. These online friends would then pretend to be “witnesses” on their behalf for law enforcement detectives. The Secret Society women would also impersonate me on social networking sites posting sexually explicit messages about themselves so that they could lie to the detectives saying I posted these to harass them. With all these false testimonies and forged evidences they hoped to convince their new law enforcement authority thatI had been harassing them on online forums and on my own website, so that my website should be banned. Again, because they had requested that the detectives keep their case against me under the strictest confidentiality, I would not be notified about the ban, and thus would not be able to respond and point out that the evidences they had presented were false or forgeries. My website would simply be blocked without explanation.

While Homeland Security, burdened with the task to prove that their demonic profile of me was correct, would use the Secret Society women's false reports (false portrayals of me and my website) as confirmation in this respect, they would also employ the most pernicious technique to “gather”

evidences to support their claim that I was conspiring with the Russians and FN. It's the same old technique of instructing the computer inside the control center to program me to experience extraordinary pain, anger, and sorrow. I would then jump up and down the street shouting hate speech against them, against the United States, and against Americans in general, and even racist ramblings against Hispanics (since I knew that the Homeland Security team that was hurting me was composed mostly of Hispanics). This would not only help confirm their warning about me as correct; the antiAmerican hate speech was also circumstantial evidence for their claim that I wanted to help the Russians and FN out of hatred for the United States. The Secret Society women very much welcomed this technique because, when Homeland Security hurt me, I would not only shout like a bigot in conformity to their false portrayal of me, but also might act out and break things to cause myself to get arrested. You should know that my vandalism case was settled by 29 December 2015. I was encouraged by my public defender to plead “No Contest” to all charges in order to obtain favorable probation terms. But probation means that, if I should ever make a scene in public places, I would, instead of getting a ticket, be sent to jail. Meanwhile, the Secret Society women believed they had convinced their law enforcement detectives that, should I get arrested, because of the severity of my schizophrenia and the extraordinary danger I posed to them, the detectives should immediately send meto state hospital for mental evaluation, while, in order to protect the privacy of the “tipsters”, not revealing to me that it was they who were pulling the strings from behind the scene to get me sent away. In this way, they could eliminate me without my knowing. In other words, just like in 2014 and early 2015, while the Secret Society women were making false reports about my website and my onlinepostings to their new detectives portraying me as utterly demonic and dangerous, their Homeland Security buddies inside the control center would be remotely controlling me to conform to these false accusations and false portrayals of me so that, when the detectives should come to investigate me, they would find me conforming to the women's false portrayals and false accusations and believe that these were true. “False flag” all the way!

The good news for me this time around was that, to support their case in the ICJ – that I was neither a misogynist nor a terrorist nor a stalker nor a plagiarizer nor a computerhacker nor anything like the Secret Society women's portrayal of me – the TMU continued to have informants inside the Secret Society women's organization and train the detectives who were currently working on the women's case as to how to properly profile me and penetrate the women's lies and staged shows, ignoring the women's “victim confidentiality” altogether. This, so that the results of the detectives' investigation could be taken by the CIA into the ICJ to debunk Homeland Security's case – to confirm that the TMU's warning about the Secret Society women in terrorist databases was correct and to justify the Agency's earlier refusal to grant the French access to my online accounts. Meanwhile, the Russians andtheir French allies would be trying hard to avoid Homeland Security's charge of conspiracy with me. At

this beginning stage, they would thus be forced to side with the CIA, betting on TMU's warning as correct and trying to prove Homeland Security's warning as incorrect. Meanwhile, Homeland Security would get increasingly pernicious with the Russians. To support their claim that I was conspiring with the Russians and French, they would even forge evidences. For example, they would forge my banking transaction records to obtain “evidences” showing that I was receiving payment from the Russians and the FN. The Russians and their French allies would then have to poke holes in these forged evidences in every possible ways.

The Secret Society women spent two months (December 2015 and January 2016) making another thousand or so false reports about my website and my other online postings to their new law enforcement detectives. They must have been mystified by the fact that, even though the show they hadstaged (about my “online harassment” of them) was so realistic, the detectives, in the end, always seemed unconvinced and never did anything about my website. The detectives of course never revealedto them the fact that they had been ignoring their “victim confidentiality” and investigating their false reports. By the end of January, 2016, the Secret Society women were so frustrated that they appealed instead to the original personnel of my vandalism case (those dumb LAPD detectives who had handled my vandalism case) and succeeded in persuading them (with all the same demonic stories about me andmy website) to issue an order to all major ISPs to ban my website. However, these detectives had limited power and the order was only good for California. Once the Secret Society women discovered that my website was only banned in California, they asked their dumb detectives to retract the order in order to not arouse my suspicion any further. Then, in the early part of February, 2016, they got anotherchance. On FN's online forum, I began praising a certain “Madame Montford”, who, like FN, also belonged to the rightwing camp and who espoused a “new feminism” of conservative vein. The Russians and their FN allies grabbed onto the chance and changed their strategies in the ICJ trial: instead of siding with the CIA and denying the validity of Homeland Security's warning about me, theyaffirmed Homeland Security's warning as correct and notified Montford that this “terrorist cyberstalker of women” had become “obsessed with her” and would “target her”. This enabled FN and Montford to oblige the Interpol to open a case against me and, because the Secret Society women were listed on Homeland Security's warning as “witnesses”, the Interpol connected up with them as well. The Secret Society women therefore moved their false reporting enterprise to the Interpol. Meanwhile, because, when the Interpol accessed Homeland Security's warning about me in terrorist databases, they also saw TMU's warning about the Secret Society women, they also connected up with the TMU detectives, whowould then teach them how to see through the Secret Society women's staged shows and deception. The result is that, just like before, the Secret Society women couldn't get anywhere in their project to persuade the Interpol to ban my website.

It is at this juncture that the Russians and their French allies were able to completely defeat Homeland Security in the ICJ. This happened when, on 13 February, I noticed that there was an internal contradiction within the Homeland Security's, and so the Secret Society women's, false profile of me. (In fact, the Russians had noticed this days earlier, which was why they suddenly changed strategies when Montford's case was opened at the Interpol.) Namely, the Secret Society women's claim that I always hate whoever I love at the same time and so want to harm her. If so, how can Homeland Security point to my hatred for the United States (which they had controlled me to display by incessantly inflicting pain on me) and then my love for “Marine” as evidence for my “conspiracy” withher? By Homeland Security's own admission, so it goes, I would want to harm her, and the way I would harm her was precisely to entrap her into a “terrorist conspiracy” with me. In this way, Homeland Security – and its neocon backer in the State Department – was thus defeated and convicted of sending a terrorist to entrap the Russians and their allies as a way to falsely convict them of “conspiracy with a terrorist”. However, this can only mean that, when the Russians and their French allies requested that the ICJ issue a judgment ordering the culprits to compensate them for the harm they had inflicted upon them – which can only be that Homeland Security and its neocon backer in the State Department do what they can to enable FN to come to power in France in 2017, among other things! – the CIA must now break alliance with them because this was utterly against the interests of the United States, whether one considers it from the perspective of the neocons or from the perspective of the CIA and their cliques. Therefore, from this point on, began the second phase of this third International Court trial over me: the TMU/ CIA team vs the Russians and their French allies. The debate was the same as before, whether it was Homeland Security's profile of me or CIA's which accurately portrayed me. The TMU/ CIA team argued that, since I wasn't anything like Homeland Security's false profile of me, there should never have existed this warning about me as some “terrorist cyberstalker of women”, so that the whole case should be dismissed without compensation for the Russians and FN. Meanwhile, since the Russians and FN wanted their compensation, they now argued that I did conform to Homeland Security's false profile of me – had intended to harm them under Homeland Security's direction because I always wanted to harm whoever I loved. In other words, the Russian team had now taken over the enterprise which Homeland Security and the Secret Society women had set up to demonize me. Since Homeland Security had set up this enterprise to harm Russia and its friends in violation of international laws over terrorism, Russia and its friends had now the right to use this enterprise to benefit themselves. I'm tremendously simplifying the issue here: the Russian camp can only do this if I had, on 13 February, indeed intended harm toward them, and it is this intention to harm which the CIA would now have to deny. Thus, the result is that everything shall continue just as before: the Secret Society women shall continue to falsely report my website to the Interpol. While the Russians and FN would take these reports to the ICJ as evidences to support their case, the TMU/ CIA team would continue to teach the Interpol how to penetrate the women's staged

shows and lies and then take the results of this investigation to the ICJ as evidences to contradict the Russians' case. A stalemate inevitably ensued. The only good news for me is that, now that Homeland Security had fallen under Russian command, the Russians didn't see any further need to instruct the computer inside the control center to torture me as a way to induce me into antiAmerican rage. In fact,I would never have to suffer mindcontrol torture again. The severe chronic physical pain which I had been required to suffer since June 2012 had finally ended in February 2016 with the conviction of Homeland Security in the International Court of Justice. You must recall that 2016 is election year in the United States. By March, 2016, because I had signed up the volunteer list for Trump's campaign, I “flagged the system”, and the Secret Service, just like the French diplomatic service before them, was thus obliged to open another investigation on me. The Secret Service then followed the instruction on Homeland Security's warning and connected up with the Secret Society women. You can just imagine how excited the Secret Society women were – just when their case with the Interpol couldn't progress any further, they got another chance. After requesting “victim confidentiality” as usual, the women began feeding the Secret Service with the samehorror stories about me and my website, hoping that they could, this time, successfully dupe this new law enforcement authority into removing my website and imprisoning me. As can be expected, the Secret Service discovered at the same time the TMU warning about the Secret Society women and so connected up with the CIA/ TMU team as well. In this way, just like before, the CIA/ TMU team beganteaching the Secret Service how to properly profile me the “suspect” and investigate the supposed “victims”. The investigation was charged with political motives since the Russians and their French allies were now using the Secret Society women's false reports as evidences in the ICJ and, if these women could succeed in their enterprise, the United States would lose France as its ally. The Secret Service was thus trying very hard to investigate my case and to prove that the Secret Society women were a bunch of fearmongering pathological liars (“wannabe victims”) this, so that the CIA could then take the results of their investigation into the ICJ as evidences to prove that their warning about the Secret Society women was correct. You thus see that this “third ICJ trial” repeated the original ICJ trial also in its middle: while in the beginning of the trial the Russians had to deny that the demonic portrayal of me was correct, toward the middle they had to affirm that the demonic portrayal was indeed correct.

The Secret Society women did not know that their organization was full of law enforcement informantsand their communications were being monitored by the Secret Service. They never understood why the Secret Service never seemed to believe their demonic stories about me and my website and never took actions. The Secret Society women even tried to frame me for nefarious connections by finding people in wartorn regions in Iraq and Syria to visit my website, hoping that the Secret Service, while

monitoring my online activities, could pick this up and suspect me. But all the efforts came to naught. By the beginning of April, the Secret Service had completed its investigation of me demonstrating that the TMU's warning about the Secret Society women was correct (that they were pathological liars who liked to stage their own victimization in order to pretend to be victims) and that Homeland Security's profile of me was false (that I wasn't a terrorist and a stalker and a plagiarizer and so on). The CIA thentook the results of the investigation into the ICJ as evidences and, because the investigation was thorough and indisputable, the ICJ issued a judgment in favor of the CIA and dismissed the whole case.Meanwhile, the Secret Service notified the Secret Society women that they had decided that the women's claim about me – that I was becoming obsessed with Trump and, because I always wanted to hurt whoever I loved, was a danger to him – was bogus and that I didn't use my website to terrorize them. Specifically, the Secret Service asserted that, when I liked somebody, I wanted to benefit the person, so that, when I professed support for any politician, I was no danger to him or her.

You can just imagine how infuriated the Secret Society women were. All they ever wanted in life was to become the victims of a male sexual aggressor and claim expertise over his morbid criminal psychology, and yet they were completely invalidated by the authority. Their greatest desire now was to repeal the Secret Service's decision. The good news for them is that, this time, they had all those people from FN to help them. The FN, because they wanted an ICJ judgment requiring the United States to compensate them by bringing them to power in France, now did everything they could to help the Secret Society women repeal the Secret Service's decision – because, once the women should succeed in getting the American authority to validate their claims about me, it could be evidence in the ICJ to revive this third ICJ trial over me: new evidence that Homeland Security's profile of me might be correct after all.

In other words, the FN people would now volunteer to confirm the Secret Society women's demonic stories about me were all true and their profile of me was correct – even though they knew it was all lies. Then, since I had also become active on the Facebook of “Frauke”, her AfD also joined FN in helping the Secret Society women fulfill their greatest wish in life. By the middle of May, the Russians and their French and German allies were finally able to obtain some evidences hinting that I might afterall conform to Homeland Security's false profile of me. They introduced the evidences into the ICJ and the trial was revived. The CIA was once more debating with the Russian team about whether TMU's profile of me or Homeland Security's warning about me more accurately described me. You thus see that, here too, the third ICJ trial bore some vague resemblance to the original ICJ trial: both were, at one time, dismissed, but then revived.

In July, I had to take a trip to New York for an unrelated business. Since Trump lived in New York, the

Secret Service, under the CIA's direction, decided to investigate me again in order to settle the matter once and for all. They connected up with the Secret Society women in accordance with Homeland Security's warning about me and began receiving testimonies from them about my demonic personalityand demonic website. The Secret Society women were euphoric over another opportunity to show off their expertise on me and to request to ban my website. They were however unaware that they had fallen into a trap. The Secret Service was in fact running surveillance on me and monitoring the women's activities – completely ignoring their “victim confidentiality”. Consequently, by August, when I had returned to Los Angeles, the Secret Service concluded again that the Secret Society women's testimonies about me and my website were all false and that I was not dangerous, was not likewhat the women had claimed me to be, and was not using my website to terrorize women (both the Secret Society women and the famous women from France and Germany who were backing them). TheSecret Service had also eliminated Homeland Security's classification of the Secret Society women as victims of my “terrorism”.

The Secret Society women were absolutely infuriated. From August 2016 to January 2017, they continued to pester federal government agencies trying to repeal the Secret Service's decision. The climax was reached in this phase when, a few days after their electoral victory in November 2016, the Trump campaign, encouraged by the Russians and their allies, affirmed that Homeland Security's warning about me was correct and joined the Russian side in this third ICJ trial. While Trump did so because he wanted to help Russia help its French allies, he had tremendously alienated the CIA and the Secret Service. The Secret Service thus continued to investigate me in order to disprove the Secret Society women's claims about me. From this point on, the Secret Society women were in their endeavor backed not only by the Russians and their French and German allies but also by the Trump campaign while the CIA continued to take the results of the Secret Service's investigation to the ICJ as evidences proving that Homeland Security's warning was false and that TMU's profile of me and the Secret Society women was correct. If the Secret Society women could successfully repeal the Secret Service's decision, then this would be evidence in favor of the Russian side. Meanwhile, whichever agencies were working on my case in the US would continue to defend the Secret Service's decision because this would then be evidence in favor of the CIA. A stalemate thus resulted. The Secret Society women's case is that the Secret Service's investigation was unfair because it didn't respect their “victim confidentiality”. Namely, the Secret Service had reached their conclusion about me and my website by running surveillance on me and looking at my website, which the women had requested them not to do in order to protect their “privacy”.

This is where I am today, and why I have to write this summary to explain things. To explain why, in the domain of international legal discourse, there exists this cartoonish most disgusting misogynist and

racist “terrorist” and “cyberstalker” who is a plagiarizer and a charlatan on top of suffering from morbid psychology toward women and paranoia schizophrenia – and this cartoon character is supposedly me, right here. To explain also why, wherever I go in this world, there would be this group of women continually warning the people I meet and pestering law enforcement authority about banning my website and making false reports about it, describing how I have been terrorizing them andother famous women with some website. They would make the most outrageous claims about my website saying it is full of: plagiarized writings, stolen artworks, racist and misogynist rambling, their naked pictures, hacking malware, delusional conspiracy theories, portraits of famous women to terrorize them, etc. They would in their endeavor be backed by powerful figures in Europe and Russia while law enforcement authority would have to continue to investigate me in order to disprove their claims. And this process would presumably continue for as long as the Secret Society women live, turning myself into a “professional suspect”. Now a word on the complex question: who is really responsible for my awful fate? It has, all throughout the third ICJ trial, been exceedingly difficult for me to understand the precise relationship between this “third ICJ trial” and the original ICJ trial. At this point, I can be sure of this much. When the original ICJ trial had finally come to an end in September, 2015 – when I had “finished my mission” by committing crimes and getting myself arrested – another round of similar events, this “third ICJ trial”, would have to take place in order to permanently replace the entire episode of the previous ICJ trial – that is, the entire course of events from November 2007 to September 2015! When Homeland Security controlled me to commit crimes around town to get myself arrested, all this had become evidences to replace episodes from the original ICJ trial in order to clearly establish Russia as the “victim” of France's terrorist conspiracy in that original ICJ trial. Then, this establishment of a “clear conspiracy” became the legal ground on which the “third ICJ trial” can be (indirectly) orchestrated. The “third ICJ trial” is orchestrated both to replace evidences (one more time) and to obtain the effects which shall constitute the ICJ judgment from the previous ICJ trial. This means, first of all, that the purpose of the third ICJ trial is to produce an episode where I'm working against Russia'sinterests – since, by January 2017, I was clearly working hard not to conform to Secret Society women's false profile of me – which can then be taken backward in time to become evidence in the previous ICJ trial exonerating Russia of any charges that it had conspired with me. In this way, Russia would have secured a judgment from the previous ICJ trial whereby France is declared to have conspired with a terrorist (me) to harm Russia. The above statement means, secondly, that the current, third, ICJ trial will have resulted in a judgment which shall constitute the “compensation” for the victim (Russia) in the original ICJ trial. That is, both the trial over the Syrian scandal and the current, third, ICJ trial are “orchestrated” as substitutes for the original ICJ trial, one to enable the original ICJ trial to come to an end and the other to result in the judgment which Russia has been seeking since that

original ICJ trial. Now “orchestration” means: the “conspirators” from the previous ICJ trial (you knowwho they are in the French government; but this includes myself as well) are “chipped” (per the judgment from the previous ICJ trial) in order to be forced to perform certain actions at the right times which will cause others around them to react in such a way as to initiate, and carry on, the current ICJ trial in such wise as to result in the state of affairs which shall replace all the evidences from the previous ICJ trial and which shall result in an ICJ judgment which shall constitute the “compensation” which the victim from the previous ICJ trial is seeking. The actions which the “conspirators” are required to perform at set times are determined by a super version of Sentient World Simulation which has previously calculated the course of events which will result in the soughtafter state of affairs and the actions which the “conspirators” will have to perform to bring into being this desired course of events.

The most important “conspirator” who has been forced to perform actions to cause the desired reactions from others is – myself. When these Homeland Security thugs instructed the computer inside the control center to program me to do things (to commit crimes, for example), they never quite noticedthat the computer was only seemingly carrying out their instructions. The computer was in fact secretly carrying out its own program: to control me to behave in such a way that everybody else would react to my actions in such a way as to bring about this “third ICJ trial” with whatever results in the end. In other words, what the Russians had done to “orchestrate” the current course of events was to simply install a secret program (almost like a “trojan horse”) into the computer inside the control center which would covertly run Russia's program while seemingly running the program of whoever was using the computer. (In my story, I called this secret program the “filter”.) The computer was able to deceive the Homeland Security thugs by finding “congruence” between what it wanted me to do and what these Homeland Security thugs wanted me to do and thus hiding the former underneath the latter. Those Homeland Security thugs never figured out that their computer was running its own programs rather than theirs. In other words, they have been “set up” by the Russians, for it was the Russians who had determined the program which the computer was to carry out in secrecy. In the same way were the Secret Society women supposedly “set up”. It was all along the computer inside the control center which had controlled me to walk past G's residence several times and to blog about her and her companions. It was the computer inside the control center which had controlled me toprovoke them to go after me, in other words – all so that, eventually, they would connect up with Homeland Security to go after me together. The computer did all this because it wanted to bring about, in the end, the “third ICJ trial”, which would bring to Russia the results it was seeking for the original ICJ trial while at the same time so completely replacing that original trial that no more objections couldpossibly be entered in that case. In other words, while it is undoubtedly Homeland Security and the

Secret Society women who have been victimizing me in the past four years, the Russians have had a part in it too – in fact, the ultimate part: it is they who have set everybody up. I have been severely victimized by all of them: the Russians, the Secret Society women, and Homeland Security. And so, ultimately, it is because the Russians have wanted me to finish my 2010 “mission” that I have had to suffer all the calamities in the past five years – principally, being forced to commit crimes through chronic pain torture and getting arrested and becoming a felon and a terrorist in official records. And what exactly have the Russians obtained through my “mission”? For what, exactly, in other words, have I sacrificed myself? Will the National Front come to power in France in 2017 (or 2022) to enable Russia to gain a strategic partner in the middle of Western Europe? Since the result of this third ICJ trial is still unclear (at the time of this writing), this important question cannot be answered at the moment. It seems that Trump's presidency is the direct result of the previous ICJ trial. It seems also that the concessions which the United States has made to Russia in the negotiation over Syria in the summer of 2016 are the direct results of this third ICJ trial. Namely, the conviction in ICJ of Homeland Security and their backer in the State Department has supposedly required United States to negotiate certain concessions with Russia, even though the question of whether I have conspired with Homeland Security to harm FN has yet to be decided.4

What can so far be said for certain is this. After the United States has attempted to use me as a patsy to harm Russia, Russia has used me as a patsy to suffer for their benefits. My role as Russia's patsy, as you have seen, has been allowing Homeland Security to frame me for terrorism and then use me as a patsy to harm Russia. That is, more like a “bait”. However, despite the fact that Russia is the party ultimately responsible for my suffering, I lay the blame for my torture and the destruction of my life squarely on the Americans – principally those thugs inside Homeland Security and the Secret Society women – because they have done everything to me out of their own freewill. Their evil intent is indisputable, whereas Russia has only done things out of geopolitical calculation. Whatever may be said about how they were clandestinely accomplishing Russians' purpose without knowing, this is simply what Americans would do given the circumstances. The fact that these circumstances were purposely brought into being by the Russians has no bearing on their inherent evilness. What has happened to me since 2011 is nothing other than “full spectrum victimization”. When you reduce the modus operandi of the Secret Society women and their Homeland Security buddies to its template form, it is basically something like this. They stalk me, and yet try to convince the public and law enforcement officers that I have stalked them. (The name for this most sadistic form of victimization is “propaganda in the mirror”.) They have even created a Secret Facebook Group devoted to me, where

they advertise their madeup stories about how I have stalked them to the farthest corners of the earth and invite people from around the world to join in on my ridicule. This is “cybergangstalking” and “cyber bullying”. They have projected all their own negative qualities onto me and made everybody believe it, and then accused me of projecting onto them my own negative qualities. (“Propaganda in themirror.”) They have presented themselves as the victims of my supreme malice in order to gain the sympathy of people from around the world. They have attempted to use the criminal justice system to prosecute me for stalking them and sexually harassing them using my website. For this end they have forged evidences and gathered more than 20,000 people to make approximately 23,000 false reports about my website to law enforcement. Again, “cyber bullying”. To justify their lies, their Homeland Security buddies have installed electronic chips in my brain to control me to conform to these lies. In other words, when they falsely accuse me of crimes, it's my obligation not only to not do anything to disprove the allegations, but to do everything I can to commit the crimes I am falsely accused of in order to justify my false accusers. If law enforcement officers still refuse to believe their lies, or if I am so weak that I couldn't even be controlled to commit the crimes they wish me to commit, they would get angry at me and vow vengeance on me. Once they have managed to control me to commit some crimes, they would jump up and down in happiness and send investigators to film me committing these crimes and put these videos on their Secret Facebook Group and invite the world over to their private TV show about me. While everyone is laughing and cheering, they would then feel emboldened enough as to send their agent to assault me under the pretext of “protecting the neighborhood” and expect law enforcement to arrest, not their agent, but me, the victim of their assault. They desire to be my victim so much that they would resort to the tactic of planting electronic chips in my brain! Finally, on top of all this, they would make sure to keep their whole procedure as has been outlined above a secret from me: I am not supposed to know that I have become their private TV show for the world; I am not supposed to know that they have filed tens of thousands of false criminal complaints about me to various law enforcement agencies; I am not supposed to know that I no longer have my freewill and am being controlled to commit crimes; and I am not supposed to know that they have succeeded in classifying me as a “terrorist cyberstalker” in official records. Then, if I am somehow so smart as to be able to notice all this intrigue behind my back, and if I then talk about it online, then they reserve the right to discredit me with every possible dirty trick, to make everybody believe that I suffer schizophrenia and have imagined up the whole thing, and to persuade law enforcement authority to involuntarily commit me to the mental asylum – for they believe firmly that I have violated their “prviacy” by knowing, and talking about, how they have tried to harm me. Then, beyond myself, I am supposed to be the curse to any party whom I favor and bring them down the water with me. I am supposed to be the “AllAmerican scapegoat” that most disposable member of society on whom everybody may vent every possible malice – and the “AllAmerican Patsy”: after hurting me and destroying me, these people then feel entitled to use me to hurt and destroy their enemy by framing us

together.

“Full spectrum victimization”, like “full spectrum domination”, therefore means victimization in every possible respect and without the slightest possibility of defense and redress: (1) propaganda in the mirror: once they have victimized you, you are supposed to be known as having victimized them. (2) When they falsely accuse you, you are supposed to do everything in your power to conform to these false accusations in order to justify your false accusers. (3) You are not supposed to know how you have been victimized, falsely accused, and prosecuted, and you must be discredited if you do know, in order to protect the privacy of your victimizers and false accusers, i.e. in order to prevent any possible redress of your grievance. (4) After they have victimized you and slandered you in this way, if you darerush to their enemy for help, their enemy is supposed to victimize and slander you in the same way, so that you shall have no ally to turn to and no corner in the world to escape to. I would like for you to focus on this last aspect. This is another reason why I blame my American victimizers more than I blame the Russians. In the beginning, when the Americans demonized me and slandered me before the world, I counted on the Russians to come justify me. For this, the Russians were punished, by being forced to not only concede that my demonization was correct, but also to force me to become it, which has resulted in my being today a felon and a terrorist. Russia is covictim with me in this “full spectrumvictimization”.

If you then ask me to describe the changes which this entire (almost nineyear long) course of International Court trial has wrought in me, the first thing I would say would be my virulent hatred toward anything American. I feel no guilt in saying this partly because it is Homeland Security which has trained me, via the electronic chips inside my brain, to hate everything about the United States. They wanted me to hate the United States because they wanted to label me a “terrorist” and then use me as a patsy against Russia. Now that the game is over, I still hate the United States because the structural changes which they have wrought in my brain don't simply go away just because the “trainer” has stopped working. Furthermore, I feel tremendous sympathy for Russia, and for many of the Muslim “terrorists” as well, because they have suffered in similar ways at the hands of Americans.In the first place you can see that this “propaganda in the mirror” is exactly what the United States has done to Russia: the United States, after committing acts of aggression against Russia, is always fond of shaping global public opinion in such a way that Russia is generally known as the “aggressor”. In the same way, the Secret Society women, after stalking me and slandering me and forging evidences to frame me and sending their agent to physically assault me, are able to convince the approximately ten thousand people or so whom they have at one time or another been able to recruit into their enterprise against me that it is I who have harassed them or slandered them or stalked them or posed danger to them. Americans' most annoying bad habit is certainly this, making up bad stories about innocent

people (slandering) and then fearmongering about them. Many of the socalled “terrorists” (AlQuaedaor Taliban) who have been imprisoned in CIA's secret detention sites or in Guantanamo Bay have also suffered similarly as I did. Namely, they are innocent people who have never had anything to do with terrorism. Then the US authority came into their lives and made up all these horrendous stories about their evil intent and imprisoned them under the most restrictive conditions. The Secret Society women and Homeland Security have basically demonized me in the same way. The result is the creation of a sort of parallel universe: while I'm sitting here having no harmful intention and doing what everybody normally does, the world around me somehow believes that I am extremely evil and extremely dangerous. Many of the AlQuaeda “terrorists” (including Khalid Sheikh Muhammed) must have experienced the same “parallel universe” or “twilight zone”: while they have never planned or intendedany harm against the United States, everybody around them somehow talks about them as if they had lived a different life, i.e. everybody talks about how they have harbored such hatred toward the United States and carried out 911 attacks and so on. Another figure who has always come to my mind when I reflect on my experience of being slandered is the Russian Viktor Bout. Just like all the AlQuaeda terrorists, he has never trafficked any weapons. And yet the United States has framed him and, through sophisticated slandering and propaganda, made the world believe that he is an extremely evil man who has illegally sold tons of weapons to African warlords and has thereby been responsible for the death oftens of thousands of innocent people in Africa.5 Again, when he has read in news channels those horrorstories which the United States has made up about him, he must have experienced the same “parallel universe” which I have just described and which I have experienced: while he is sitting there by himself never having done anything bad and never intended any harm, the world around him somehow believes in a different reality in which he is extremely dangerous and one of the master devils. Most of you cannot truly appreciate what I'm talking about here because, given the United States', and Americans', generally good reputation, most of you do not know how fond Americans are of lying and slandering and fearmongering over nothing. Most of you will be utterly surprised to learn that most of the devilish stories about Russia, AlQuaeda, and Viktor Bout are fantasies which Americans have intentionally fabricated – just as most of you will be utterly surprised to learn that I am in fact not dangerous at all – and have never plagiarized, never hacked people's computers, never pretended to be intellectual, never harbored morbid love/ hate feelings toward white women, never hallucinated, etc.

What distinguishes my predicament from Russia, AlQuaeda terrorists, and Viktor Bout – what makes my situation even worse – is the fact that the Secret Society women, Homeland Security, and the US law enforcement agencies have tried their best to keep the bad stories which these women have made up about me a secret from me. Those AlQuaeda terrorists and Viktor Bout can at least learn what bad stories the world around them believes about them by accessing the news channels. I can't. Everything

is confidential for me. You must try to put yourself in my shoes. Because you don't have any harmful intents but are everyday only doing what everyone else does, you find it absolutely mysterious that, whenever you go somewhere online and are doing nothing particular, everyone will suddenly jump up and down getting totally alarmed and getting information and advices from the group of women who have been demonizing you about the extraordinary situation at hand. It will take a long time for you to understand how enormously dangerous everybody see you as, and why. Imagine yourself going into a sandwich shop thinking of nothing else than buying a sandwich, and the whole place just goes up in total alarm and everyone runs for his or her life. And nobody tells you why. You must look quite like a dummy – until one day you have finally figured out why. How unfair! Everybody knows you are an extremely dangerous terrorist cyberstalker of women; you are the only person in this world who doesn'tknow! And only after the most strenuous investigation do you find out that, oh, so you have been a terrorist terrorizing women and stalking them and harassing them. The most painful part of my victimization – that I am not allowed to know who have victimized me and how and why – is the directconsequence of the total intransparency of the American system. My case illustrates the fact that, in theUnited States, criminal suspects are often not afforded normal due processes. A suspect is often not allowed to know who has accused him of a crime and to see the evidences which have been secretly brought up against him. Often he is not even allowed to know that he has been considered a suspect at all. While everybody is aware that this kind of thing is happening with prisoners in Guantanamo Bay – many innocent people are held there indefinitely without charge or trial and without even knowing what evidences there exist against them – and with those people who have mysteriously ended up on “no fly lists” or other similar blacklists – those people are simply not allowed to know what exactly it isthat they have done which has caused them to become “blacklisted” my case demonstrates the fact that this kind of thing also happens in ordinary criminal cases in the United States. All this directly contradicts the image which Americans have projected to the world about their system: openness, transparency, and due process. Bush administration's use, since 911, of “security” as the pretext under which to introduce an increasing degree of opacity into the American system is a process which is also increasingly affecting the American criminal justice system. The result is that, when my victimizers – the Secret Society women and Homeland Security – decide to use the law enforcement and criminal justice system to victimize me, my situation has come to conform exactly to the usual patterns of gangstalking. As part of my “full spectrum victimization”, I have no evidences of any kind to demonstrate that I have even suffered harm.

“The intent of gangstalking is to (1) render the target, the victim, psychologically demoralized even to the point of committing suicide; (2) make the target appear to the larger community to be mentally unstable in order to discredit and psychologically demoralize the target and ensure that no one will believe the targets when they claim they

are being targeted; (3) alienate and marginalize the target from the larger community, evenfamily, making it easier to psychologically demoralize and discredit the target.

Gangstalking relies heavily on (1) the target becoming so psychologically demoralized that he/she believes there must be something wrong with him/her and is, therefore, afraid tosay anything for fear others will think him/her crazy; (2) the target will have no evidence beyond his/her word that the gangstalking is happening; (3) the target will have no detailed records or documentation showing what, when, where, and to what extent; (4) the target will not be able to find out who the perpetrators are or those involved in the gangstalking.”

This is taken from Lynn Stuter's description of “gangstalking” in “Are You Really Crazy, or Are You Being GangStalked?” (January, 2006). (Emphasis mine to highlight connections to my case.) Everything which I have recounted here is the result of my own, most strenuous, investigation, reconstruction, and induction. I have been able to reconstruct the whole course of events because I am agenius; and yet you will not know this but will simply assume I'm crazy when you don't see any documents or confessions from participants attesting to what I have recounted. While this deadly situation for me is expected when it comes to the original International Court trial – where the parties involved were intelligence agencies and their business because of me was all national security secrets –it is thanks to the opacity of American criminal justice system that such situation still holds even when the parties I am dealing with now are a bunch of uneducated ordinary women who are private citizens.

The second important effect which this International Court trial has caused in me is the strengthening of my conviction about the harmful effects of American feminism. I have always considered American feminism as some sort of fraud, an ideology of capitalism, consumerism, and globalization. This you read about in my “Feminist Ethics and the Spirit of Consumerism”, part of my Thermodynamic Interpretation of History. While the Secret Society women have grabbed onto this as evidence for my misogyny, it is really the inescapable conclusion whenever you hear women activists justifying giving women “rights” by touting how this will help develop a society's economy. By now, however, I have a personal taste, because of my encounter with the Secret Society women, of American feminism's harmful effect on women themselves, specifically the throng of worthless women whom feminism has created through its exaggerated emphasis on women as “victims”. The Secret Society women exemplify this new species of “worthless woman” in two stages. The first stage concerns the frequentlynoticed negative effect of prosperity and good fortune. Allow me to cite again, in this respect, the American sociologist Peter Berger's observation:

The “gentle revolution” has been conducive to the socialization of individuals used to beingtreated as uniquely valuable persons, accustomed to having their opinions respected by all significant persons around them, and generally unaccustomed to harshness, suffering or, forthat matter, any kind of intense frustration. Without intending the adjective to be pejorative,we may say that individuals produced by these socialization processes tend to be peculiarly“soft”... What might appear to people socialized under different conditions as perhaps mild irritation is experienced as intolerable oppression by these children of the “gentle revolution”. (The Homeless Mind, p. 194.)

Peter Berger is referring here to the American children born from 1960s onward. This echoes Ortega y Gasset's observation in La Rebellion de las Masas, that modern people are like children spoiled by democracy, prosperity, and all the conveniences made possible by technological progress. In the newer essays which I have written in response to my battles with the Secret Society women, I have bemoaned the same process which I have observed among American women, especially American white women in the liberal states (“blue states”). Since 1970s the feminists have successfully convinced the public that women have superior talents but that men and society have maliciously victimized them in every domain in order to prevent them from contributing their superior talents. The result is that a new society has been created where everyone tries to cater to women's every wish and constantly showers them with praises, while at the same time maintaining the outdated notion that society continues to victimize women and suppress the expression of their potentials. The feminists are able to continue to perpetuate the notion that women suffer intolerable disadvantages in American society by selectively pointing to areas (especially the upper echelons of American society) where women have not yet achieved equality with men while selectively neglecting to mention areas where women have already excelled men (especially in the middle echelons of American society). In the process, American women(especially white women in liberal states) have grown up quite spoiled. Having no tolerance for the slightest frustration while continuing to be firmly convinced that society favors men at their expense, they interpret the slightest discomfort or inconvenience as society's “sexism” against them while completely neglecting the harm they have inflicted on others or, in general, the disadvantages which other groups (including white males) have experienced in comparison to the good fortunes they now enjoy. The Secret Society women exemplify this. The Secret Society women are firmly convinced that they have suffered gravely at the hand of a “misogynist terrorist” (me), and, by “misogynist terrorism”, they mean no more than the few annoying things I have done to them from years ago, i.e. that I have walked past G's home six or seven times in a twoyear period (2013 and 2014), that I have insulted them, or that I have talked online about their false reports about my website to law enforcement agencies. For them, “justice” is not had – and they will pursue me to the end of time – until I go to jail as a “terrorist” and my website is permanently removed because of these few minor offenses against

them (my violation of their “privacy”). Meanwhile, what they have done to me (sending investigators and agents to follow me and assault me, making me into their private TV show on Facebook, using lawenforcement officers to assassinate me, placing me in terrorist databases by falsely reporting me as a terrorist, falsely reporting my lifework as plagiarized, slandering me to more than 20,000 people around the world) is not factored into their consideration. The Secret Society women, because they have been brainwashed by feminist ideology that women are “victims” of men and society, will always assume that they have been victims of a “misogynist terrorist” no matter how minor the things are which the “terrorist” has done to offend them and no matter what grave and evil things they have done to victimize their “terrorist”. Spoiled by a society which caters to their every wish and victim of feminist brainwashing, the Secret Society women have a false sense of their superiority and an overly inflated notion of their importance in the world, and are uncompromisingly selfcentered in their view on the world. If they visit my websites and I identify their visits, then I have “stalked” them. If they want me dead and I fail to die, I have violated their “rights”. If they lie to police and police catches them lying, the police has violated their “victim confidentiality”. The result of their absolute “victim status” is thus that they have identified “women's rights” as simply whatever women want – regardless of whether what women want is reasonable or violates other people's rights. This is not an isolated phenomenon. If you survey the opinions of feministminded women in the Englishspeaking world, you will notice that this is indeed a “general trend”. And yet, given our womencatering social climate, this is something practically unspeakable, with the result that “the Queen will never notice she is naked”.

The second stage on which the Secret Society women exemplify the American feminist culture concerns the allure of “victimhood” which characterizes our postmodern age. The Secret Society women seem to be suffering from a serious mental disorder – a pathological desire to become known asvictims of “violence against women” which the psychiatric authority has never named. The Secret Society women have worked tirelessly for four years to become known as my “victims”. (J, for instance, has spent approximately 8,000 hours in the past four years trying to become known as my “victim” while G has spent approximately 11,000 hours during this period.) Their greatest goal in life isto become my “victim”. They have no interest in becoming somebody by doing something amazing andpositive. All they ever want in life is to become “victim of my misogynist terrorism”. And not the victim of any other guy, but me. They have developed an obsession with me. They will never rest until,one day, all law enforcement authorities and everybody have affirmed that I have conducted “terrorism” on them by obsessing over them, vandalizing properties that are vaguely related to them, and harassing them online by talking about them. I will never be able to get rid of them. I’m absolutely terrified of them, because they will never stop wanting to be “victim of my terrorism”. The reason for this strange aspiration is that American feminists' excessive and exaggerated conception of women as

“victims” has tremendously resonated with American women. Most women are, like most men, ordinary people without any special talents, and, so, as our world increasingly glorifies victims, becoming a victim has become most women's only avenue to becoming somebody in society. (Being victimized is a passive act which requires no special talents, no college degrees, if you have noticed. It is the easiest thing in the world.) Whenever a law enforcement agency notified the Secret Society women, after much investigation, that I wasn't found to be a danger to them or bothering them, these women would go into shock as if their whole world had just collapsed. If there is no male monster harassing them and stalking them and wanting to eat them for breakfast, what are they doing in this world? This is what I'm talking about: American feminism has bred a whole generation of “worthless women” (garbage) who, other than digesting food and then complaining about nothing, are good for nothing else – and yet who are selfcentered and selfimportant in the most bizarre fashion.

Hopefully you can develop an idea of the place which the Secret Society women have secured for themselves in world history while pursuing their life goal of becoming a victim of “violence against women”. While I have broken all Guinness world records as the most falsely complained about person in the history of humankind, the Secret Society women have set their own Guinness world record as thegreatest false complainers in the entire history of womankind. By the end of August, 2016, the Secret Society women have made approximately 23,000 false criminal complaints about me to various domestic and international law enforcement agencies, international human rights organizations, webhosting companies, major search engines, political parties here in the US and there in Europe. Approximately 19,000 of these false complaints are to falsely accuse me of plagiarism or violating other people's intellectual properties rights. While accusations of plagiarism might not seem particularly detrimental to most people, they are a death sentence to an aspiring author. I have worked as my whole life as an artist and a writer. Before the geninus and originality of my works are even recognized, I have already become the most widely accused plagiarizer in the history of humankind.

The third change which my experience has wrought in me is the rekindling of my concern for postmodernity – of which the United States is, just as in the case of “full spectrum victimization” and feminism, the unique originator. Here I shall come back to the topic with which I have begun this summary. The persistent problem which I have had to struggle throughout my experience is other people's inability to understand me because I am a more complex person than most of the people around me. Again, the problem of the increasing simplification of the human mind: I'm lost in such environment. When the reality is complex whereas the representation of reality in most people's mind is simpler, they cannot but persistently misunderstand reality and yet without the ability to “wake up”. In my writings in the Secret History, I have used the analogy with color system. Whereas reality might be “blue”, “purple”, “red”, “orange”, “yellow” but you can only think of “blue”, “red”, and “yellow”

and are unable to comprehend the nuances between them, when you see “purple” you will say “red” and when you see “orange” you will say “yellow”. You cannot even know that you have misconceived things. In my story you will see the Secret Society women, because they are particularly dumb women and can't comprehend nuances with their simple mind, persistently analyze me as “red” whereas I am “purple”. In my story you will see this happen to me almost everywhere I go and with everybody I meet. American society looks more and more like a society of monkeys among whom I am the only human being remaining: the “Planet of the Apes”.

Related to this “simplification of the mind” is the “simplification of procedures” (McDonaldization) which Americans, in their pursuit for increasing rationalization (bureaucratization), have been promoting. I have been a persistent victim of this in both the criminal justice system and the mental health system. In my story you will see how predisposed the personnel in American criminal justice system are to judge people guilty or innocent solely on the basis of their race and gender. Normally people call this “racism”; they don't see the role which “simplification of procedures” has played in such prejudice prevalent in the American criminal justice system. (Since nobody has time to investigateanything, everybody just resorts to such superficial characteristics as race and gender in the determination of somebody's guilt or innocence. It's much faster.) Under such condition, I, as a nonwhite male, am fatally disadvantaged in the criminal justice system when faced with the Secret Society women, who, as white females, enjoy the greatest advantages among all ethnic and gender groups.

In my story you will also see how, under the pressure of “simplification of procedures”, mental health professionals in America increasingly resort to the most superficial characteristics (such as the literal wording of the patient's speech) in the determination of the patient's sanity. You will see how easily mental health professional dump me away as “insane” simply because my speech contains words like “A group of women is going after me”. In my writings you will see what “mental insanity” really consists in and how often I get mistaken for “insane” by looking “insane” without actually being “insane” (the phenomenon of “convergence”). Most people – including trained mental health professionals – are shallow and simpleminded nowadays and don't understand anything about human psychology – because they themselves are too simple – and so readily dismiss me as “insane” when they can't understand my genius – what would surely happen to Einstein if he ends up in a little peasantvillage where nobody has even heard of Newton. In my story you will repeatedly see lawyers, police officers, and mental health professionals suffering mental confusion when trying to digest my narratives but then, unaware of their own confusion, accusing me of suffering mental confusions. America has truly become “Planet of the Apes” for me as everyone's mind deteriorates while I remain unaffected.

You should see the relationship of what is going on here with the criminal justice system and the mental health system (“McDonaldization”) with the earlier concern about the human mind with which Ihave begun this summary. Many university professors have begun bemoaning the atrophy of the mind of the newer generations under the conditions of digitalization of culture – how the newer generation ofstudents are losing the capacity to reason and pay attention. I have here also witnessed the decline of the quality of judgment of mental health professionals in the past two decades. 20 years ago, psychologists and psychiatrists could correctly diagnose me as suffering from some form of personalitydisorder (Borderline or Schizotypal) by spending time talking to me and paying attention to me and trying to understand what was going on inside me. Psychiatrists and psychologists nowadays can no longer correctly diagnose me because they are only interested in brief and superficial interaction with their patients and are used to producing a diagnosis in the most cavalier manner on the basis of some superficial characteristics (most usually the literal wording of their patients' speech without regard for what might be going on in their interior). Like the newer generation of college students, the newer generation of mental health professionals is increasingly uninterested in exercising their brain and paying attention.6 This fits in with the increasingly cavalier manner in which American society in general judges its deviant members as “insane”: it is increasingly fashionable to perceive criminals whohave committed crimes to be mentally deranged rather than exercising their freewill in an act of rebellion. There is a tremendous overdiagnosis of mental disorders in America due to increasing simplification of understanding through stereotyping. These phenomena are facets of a single tendency of postmodern America: our postmodern life is increasingly shallow, cavalier, and simple “apish” under the twin assault of rationalization and digitalization. As one of the few remaining human beings amidst this increasingly apish society, I cannot but hate America. Insofar as the United States is exporting to the rest of the world its feminism and its postmodern, “apish”, simplified way of life, I regard the United States as a deadly virus here to poison humanity.7

I have talked about how the Secret Society women's Homeland Security friends have planted various electronic chips inside my brain to control me. Solanas was a fanatical, and talented, writer, and I too. Solanas was persistently plagued by her paranoia over Maurice Girodias', and the Mob's, theft of her intellectual property, and I too have to constantly worry about the Secret Society women's frequent duplication of my writings to create alternative “plagiarized versions”. Most interestingly, Solanas was frequently homeless just as I. This is why most people of shallow intellect and without understanding of human psychology frequently mistake me for a “typical nut”: many details of my life are recurrent elements in the typical life of a typical nut. And yet, the resemblance is merely superficial, the result of a superficial examination of the literal content of these details.

The only positive change which my experience with this ICJ trial has wrought in me is my growing sympathy for the typical way in which American, and Western, democracy functions, i.e. democracy on the surface but totalitarianism underneath. When the United States decided to invade Afghanistan, itwould not bother to explain to its people why it needed to do so. Instead, it orchestrated a terrorist attack on itself. Its modus operandi is: since people are stupid and can't understand what's in their, or in their nation's, interest, it's government's task to make up fairy tales as a way to dupe them onto the rightpath. This is not just a neoconservative thing, but the modus operandi of all government cliques in the Western world. Before I thought it cruel; only gradually did I come to understand that it really is the only possible way because people are really, really, very stupid and yet have no awareness of their stupidity. I have experience of this everyday when I hear ordinary people talking about politics. This again brings us back to the initial warning with which I have begun this summary: why you cannot understand my story. Well, because my story is about national security business and politics and intelligence agencies and you don't have any awareness that you don't understand these things.

My story, the story of my life, i.e. The Secret History, as you have seen, is nothing less than an indictment of the United States, a chronicle of the evils which United States has perpetrated on me and on China and Russia, and then of the grotesque stupidity, brutality, hypocrisy, and selfishness to which ordinary Americans, in the privileged form of white females, have degenerated. In my experience, United States is nothing other than the latest version of Nazi Germany. And yet I know that, when I shall attempt to share my story with the rest of humanity, I will find myself utterly incompatible with the majority of them because this is not the common experience of America and Americans in most parts of the world (outside Russia and North Korea, for example). How should this be accounted for? Am I wrong? Am I a deviant? To clarify what is going on here, I have been thinking of writing a novel on the model of George Orwell's Animal Farm and Hannah Arendt's Eichmann in Jerusalem. Imagine that animals have effected a revolution and overthrown those human beings who have hitherto had dominion over them. Now imagine them putting human beings on trial for the crimes the latter have ever committed against them. Some animals will come to the stand to give horrifying testimonies about

When you examine the matter more deeply, i.e. examine the surrounding circumstances and the corresponding subjective experiences, you will see that, underneath, Valerie and I are completely different creatures – to say nothing about the references to complex geopolitics and intelligence agencies in my narratives. (Being mistaken as “crazy” is indeed the most common experience of a “targeted individual”, and yet I, as a “real targeted individual”, have nothing in common with most“targeted individuals”, who are “fake”.) In fact, if anything, I am the exact inverse of Valerie Solanas: she was female and I am male; she was a paranoid schizophrenic (delusional about a “transmitter” and the “Mob”) whereas I really do have chips planted inside my brain and there really is a group of women going after me; she wrote manhating feminist tracts while I write antiwhite women, antifeminist tracts. Also, Valerie Solanas has been thoroughly compensated in her life (her frequent crossing path with leading Radical Feminists like TGrace Atkinson, Shulamith Firestone, and Jo Freeman; the support she has intermittently received from many people, including Andy Warhol; and the fame her writings have since enjoyed) whereas I have been universally ignored when not trashed and gangstalked.

the evils which human beings have perpetrated against them: how human beings have encapsulated animals in test tubes for life and purposely injured them to test the safety of consumer products; how human beings have imprisoned animals in cages for life and physically abused them while training them for circus shows; how human beings have raised animals for food, imprisoning them in severely overcrowding conditions and hurting them and then killing them in the most gruesome fashions: factory killing; how human beings have, with their industrial way of life, caused the extinction of millions of species, etc. But then some animals will come to the stand to paint an opposite picture of human beings. These animals are former pets of human beings. They tell stories about how human beings have loved them and taken care of them and indulged them as if they were their own children. Then stories also emerge about some human beings' effort to prevent other human beings from torturing and exploiting animals in laboratories and factory farms. (Those animal rights activists.) As you can imagine, a public debate would certainly ensue among the liberated animals as to what human beings really are given such contradictory testimonies. Are human beings evil or good? Or maybe both?

Of course the answer is that human beings are both evil and good. Some are good, others are evil, and many are sometimes good and sometimes evil. You must think of Americans in the same way. Many ofyou have a good impression of Americans and the American system because you have only seen their, and its, good sides: you are like the former pets in the above imaginary scenario. Meanwhile, I have seen their, and its, bad sides: I'm like those animals who have been liberated from the laboratories and factory farms. My “Secret History” is an account of the dark side of Americans and their system.

If you have at once absorbed the substance of my “Secret History” you who have a good impression of the United States, that is – you will then probably ask: how can this nation be good in one respect or at one time (such as when you experience it) and so bad in another respect or at another time (such as when I experience it)? I have already thought through the matter. The answer I shall give you is this. Whenever a nation or a people develop in one direction, they will also develop in the opposite direction. Like Newton's law of motion: every action generates a reaction of equal force. This means that, when a culture or a people has reached the height of its development, it will automatically selfdestruct. Germany during the first half of the twentieth century is the prefect illustrating example. Before the Nazis came to power, Germany was the intellectual center of the world. In every domain of human inquiry – in every branch of physical sciences and in every branch of human sciences – you findthat the best work was done in German. In a nation, you should ask, where human intelligence has reached an unprecedented level of development – how can a bunch of rabbles (the Nazis) just suddenly seize control of everything? How can the general population in the most intelligent nation on earth be so stupid? Yes, they can, because every action creates an equal amount of reaction. When a portion of

the nation's population is becoming the most intelligent, the rest is also becoming the most stupid. This then entails the selfdestruction of the nation since the portion that is stupid by necessity (as a matter of the “Bell curve”) outnumbers the portion that is intelligent and so will come to dominate the whole nation. Thus the nation on the whole will actually become the most stupid and do the most stupid thing to destroy itself. This is clearly what has happened to Germany in the 1930s. In the previous case of “human beings on trial”, it's also clearly what has happened. The human race has been developing in opposite directions at the same time: while some among them have become incredibly cruel toward animals, others have become their saints. Now I invite you to consider that the United States is currently in the same situation. While the United States has come to lead the whole humanity in scienceand technology, the majority of its population has become dangerously stupid – and its political elites are concocting ever more evil ways to harm people in the world over. In other words, the United States is currently going through the same phase as Germany was during World War II – with two differenceswhich I have always noted elsewhere. First, the same process, when it happens in the United States, is always slower, and so barely noticeable. Secondly, because power and the reproduction of power are concentrated more and more in the machines and less and less in human intelligence, the United States may never die one day in the way in which Germany has died at the end of World War II. In the end, the United States might jut end up being a superpower made up of “robots” when human intelligence has at last disappeared completely from among the American people.

At the very end, I would like to come back to the title of this summary. I have often imagined the day of justice for me when I finally get to go in front of the United Nations to expose the evils which some unit in the US Department of Homeland Security has perpetrated against me. However, despite my seeming forgiveness toward Russia which I have expressed above, this is not forgetting that I have suffered the unspeakable in the past five years – the loss of freewill, the requirement for me to commit crimes, the need for me to conform to a badtothebone and most disgusting profile, the gangstalking, the slandering, and the mislabeling – all because the Russians have needed to protect a single piece of evidence from February 2010 in an International Court of Justice trial. They have almost lost that piece of evidence through no fault of mine but entirely through their own fault. And yet I have been the one who has paid for their mistakes. They have made me pay for their mistakes completely legally, i.e. theiractions have been authorized by the International Court of Justice in accordance with UN Resolution 1373. The “justice” in this bizarre instance of injustice lies in the thinking that, if the United States and France have used me as a patsy against the Russians, justice is served only when the Russians get to use me as a patsy against the United States and France. But what about me? The International Court of Justice has not recognized that I must suffer injustice in order for justice to be served for Russia. I have become a “true targeted individual” and have been enslaved – to commit crimes and suffer chronic painwhile producing the “right evidences”, without being paid at all in order for Russia to obtain justice

via the International Court of Justice. I thus demand justice for me from the International Court of Justice. Slavery and torture are prohibited in all international human rights conventions. While Russia might have been covictim with me in my “fullspectrum victimization”, this is not to say that Russia has no obligation to compensate me. The International Court of Justice should issue a judgment demanding Russia to do so.

“Being gangstalked by a group of women”November, 2015

The following is a short summary of the formation and operations of the “Secret Society women” (sometimes called “Kiersten's Secret Society” in the Secret History). It is only partially complete: it summarizes the affair from its inception until early November 2015. It was originally destined for online forum posting. Hence the format. It’s slightly redacted here for reposting on my website.

Note that this summary omits the background of the original International Court of Justice trial where the affair was entered as evidences. It also omits the role played by the US Department of Homeland Security clandestine operation division in helping, coordinating, and directing the gangstalking operations of these women on me. Consequently, it makes no mention of the fact that, by September, 2015, when I was released from jail, I was already listed in government databases for known terrorists.

Hi,

I need advice for my very, very particular situation. My situation of dealing with a legal system in California that is so biased toward women and against me, a simple guy. I have been gangstalked and gone after by a group of women for more than three years. Their Modus Operandi is to manipulate law enforcement and the legal system through false reporting hoping to imprison me for prolonged periods and remove my website, and all this, so that I can never talk about what they have done to me anywhere online. This is a story about the most organized campaign ever in history of falsely reporting somebody to law enforcement. Now that I have to face them in court, I’m in serious need of exposing their lies and what they have done to me, and yet this is virtually impossible because the entire law enforcement and legal system is biased toward them.

I obviously need to give you all a summary of this story first, so that you can all be familiar with it. Keep in mind that this is a very prolonged battle, spanning more than three years, with roots going back

8 years. Please be patient and spend 30 minutes to read through the following very carefully. Please also excuse me for any errors and omissions, as a large portion of the following is the product of investigation and, also, because I still have to go to court, I necessarily have to omit a few details. Keepin mind, lastly, that the following happened in Los Angeles.

In 2008, I had a conflict with this female friend of mine, K, and she threw me out of her social groups and obtained a restraining order against me. That was that. In 2010, I had another conflict with another female (no relationship this time), let’s call her G, and she threw me out of her work place, and that was that. Two months later, she filed a restraining order against me, but the judge dismissed it. Then, between 2011 and 2013, I wrote two stories documenting what happened between me and these two women and put them on my website. I’m a writer and artist. My website is there to host all the writings and artworks I have ever done. These two stories are just two among a hundred essays and stories which populate my website.

In the story I wrote about K, I did mention her by her real first name. There are also pictures on there showing me in her social groups. In the story I wrote about G, however, I used a nickname to designateher, and didn’t give much clue about who she was. However, in mid2012, I wrote about this G in several blog posts on my blog, where I did mention her by name.

In April 2012, I had an argument with a third female friend, J, whom I tremendously disliked. I simply ignored her. After our argument, she emailed me repeatedly and left numerous comments on my blog, hoping that I would return to her. I ignored them all. I did not respond to her in any way. She was the most disgusting woman I have ever met in my life.

This J was very upset that I had ignored her. She began to slander me to her friends. Then, in July 2012, after my nonresponse to her repeated emails and comments on my blog, she created a private Facebook group devoted to me. Let’s call that the “Secret Facebook Group”. In that humble beginning, there was hardly anybody joining her “Secret Facebook Group”. Nobody was interested in the business between me and her. Within two years, however, it would all change.

By November 2012, J was seriously discontent with the fact that nobody cared about the business between me and her. To compensate, she began investigating me. She went to the court house and found that two women in the past had filed restraining orders against me. She saw that both women accused me of stalking and harassing them, but that one woman’s restraining order was granted while another woman’s was dismissed. J now had an idea. She actually went to find the two women, K and G, just because they had known me before. That’s how obsessed J was with me. However, only K agreed to meet her.

K met her because K had noticed, since mid2011, my website and the story I wrote about her. She wasincensed. She went to the police about the matter, but the police didn’t see any cause to take action. Shewas disappointed. This is the cause of the whole bizarre affair I’m about to tell you. I should however note that, up until this day, this K has never actually communicated to me her desire to not see any

story about her on the Internet. She regards me as so inferior that I am simply unworthy of any verbal communication from her. (Her restraining order against me had expired in late 2011.) I would not knowthat she was bothered by this story until years later.

When K met with J in November 2012, she lied to her saying that all the stuff I had written about her was lies, the product of my insane schizophrenic mind. J believed her. J had never read what I actually wrote in any case. K also told J the story of how I “stalked her” after she threw me out of her social groups. This got J really excited. She now began lying to her friends saying I had been stalking her. Because no guys liked her and she had to stalk me and investigate me, she thought this was how she could compensate herself, by claiming just the opposite, that I was stalking her! This is perfect: becauseK had it on official record that I had stalked her, if J told everybody that I stalked her, everybody wouldbelieve it. Nobody could imagine that it might be J who had stalked the supposed “stalker”. She now got everybody’s attention. She was now happy because she was unattractive and, by making people believe that she was a victim of a guy’s stalking and obsession, she could make herself look attractive to her friends.

It would turn out that G’s parents’ house was located across the street from the hospital where I met regularly with my medical doctor. This caused me to pass by her parents’ house once a month or so. Conflict ensued, and G filed a second restraining order against me. Her claim, this time, was that I oncethrew a bottle into her parents’ house’s backyard while walking past. This was in February 2013. Now that she had a TRO case going against me, she Googled her name and discovered that I had written a few blog posts about her. This apparently bothered her a lot more than the bottle in her backyard. She now contacted J, and, from now on, became close friends with K and J. The three new friends were now united by a common enemy, me, and a common cause: to forbid me from talking about them online.

Now, the police had granted G a TRO on the basis of her claim that I threw a bottle into her parents’ house’s backyard. However, during the TRO hearing (March 2013), she suddenly changed her claim. She now wanted the judge to forbid me from talking about her online. To support her claim, she brought in a printout which she claimed to be my website. But it was not actually my current website at all! It was my other, old website from 2010 when it was under construction – and this old website had gone offline for two years. Moreover, seeing that G was now focusing her attention on my website,I had removed the three blog posts about her. The judge therefore dismissed her TRO.

However, the story I wrote about G in which she was only designated by a nickname was still on my website, and that still bothered her. G, J, and K therefore went to various lawyers in search of a legal ground on which to forbid me from talking about them on my website. For these three women, talking about women online without their consent constituted “stalking”. However, every lawyer they had asked decided that it was not illegal to write a story about somebody and put it online. Moreover, even though G had moved out of her parents’ house to a different house nearby, I continued to pass by her parents’ house once a month during my monthly meeting with my doctor. Each time G’s sister would call security services and the police, but, since G’s TRO was never granted and I was only walking

past, there wasn’t cause to stop me. (Because of my enormous hatred for G, I never bothered to inconvenience myself by taking detours while going to the hospital.) Frustrated, G’s family hired a stateoftheart private investigating company to follow me around. I need to emphasize to you that G came from a rich and prominent family connected with the political classes in another country, and so she was willing to spend enormous sum of cash just because of some website. (I estimated the cost to her to be at least 100,000 dollars in this initial period.) These investigators were charged with investigating my character in order to see if there was cause to consider as “stalking” my passing by G’s parents’ house and putting up a story about her online. Moreover, the three women found a computerhacker in Hong Kong to befriend me online. They hoped that I might accept his friendship and confess to him that I wrote the two stories about K and G specifically to embarrass them online, so that the women could then obtain evidence to argue in court that my website indeed constituted “stalking”. Well, I kept my two stories on my website because they were literary masterpieces documenting my suffering (especially, the victimization I had suffered in K’s hands), not because I intended to embarrass anybody. Besides, I immediately noticed that this “Hong Kong hacker” was an associate of K, G, and J. I had, by this time, become aware that the three women had met up behind myback to go after me together because they persistently visited my website. I therefore pretty much ignored this “HK hacker”.

Neither were the investigators able to build a solid case of “stalking” out of my passing by G’s parents’house. By the end of summer 2013, it all seems that the little project of K, G, and J had run out of steam. However, by earlier September, they obtained an important break. They were able to secure the help of a psychologist whom I had seen for therapy for three months in late 2012 and who terminated my therapy in October 2012. Let’s call her “Dr P”. Now I need to rewind my narrative a little bit and bring up a hitherto unrelated matter which happened long before I ever met K, G, and J.

In 2003 I was seeing a therapist (an intern) who was rather unprofessional. Let’s call her “CH”. We hadsensual, physical contacts inside the therapy room during every session for several months. Although it’s not sexual, she began fearing that she might not be able to obtain her license because of this (violation of ethical codes). She thus lied, said she needed to take a long leave, terminated my therapy, and sent me to one of her colleagues. She hoped I would forget about her in a few months so that the whole affair might be forgotten. Angry over the abandonment, I hired an investigator to investigate her instead. She found out about it, and went to the specialized stalking crime unit of the city police department (the Threat Management Unit, “TMU”) to file a stalking claim against me. The TMU detectives bugged my therapy session trying to intercept me confessing my investigation (or “stalking”)of CH. I noticed it, and so instead confessed that my investigation of CH had revealed that she was having a romantic relationship with another patient of hers. In fact, she had all sorts of relationships with her patients. Originally, she had claimed to her supervisor and the police that the physical contact between me and her during therapy sessions was “special therapeutic technique to deal with transference”. But now it turned out that she had relationships with her patients all the time. She knew that, if we went to court, she would lose the trial because she had grossly violated professional ethical codes, in which case her patients, because they were under her influence, would be judged innocent. She therefore made the request to the TMU that she wished to withdraw her stalking claim against me.

Instead, as she was being fired from her clinic at the same time for violation of ethical codes, she took vengeance on me by asking the clinic to send out an alert to the entire therapeutic and psychiatric community warning everybody that this patient had the habit of “stalking” (investigating) his therapists. To cover herself, CH portrayed me in this warning as so enormously dangerous that she felt she had to withdraw her charges against me at the TMU “because she feared my retaliation”. What’s most important is that the TMU detectives agreed to put their stamp on this warning to legitimize it. Let’s call this TMU warning “the CH warning”. Because of this “CH warning”, I would, from 2003 onward, have tremendous difficulty finding therapists. Whenever I found one, after a few sessions the therapist would discover somewhere this warning about me, think me dangerous, and summarily terminate my therapy sessions. This “Dr P” was no exception.

In any case, when K, G, and J contacted Dr P, the latter supplied them with this “CH warning”. Because there was TMU’s stamp on it, the three women were now able to go to the TMU to file a stalking claim against me. The TMU had to accept it. You see, under normal circumstances, there would be no stalking case with walking past a woman’s house and talking about her online. But, in this case, because the warning portrayed me as so enormously dangerous, the TMU was obliged to open a case on me. The women were jubilant: they now had a chance to get law enforcement to remove my website.

The most important feature about this “CH warning”, however, was its inclusion of a special provision for “victim confidentiality”. Because, in the previous case (the “CH case”), during the course of TMU’sinvestigation, the TMU detectives had intercepted the stalking suspect confessing the illegal conducts of the stalking victim causing her whole case to become invalid, CH’s lawyer was able to argue to the TMU saying that the stalking suspect was so versed in violating women’s privacy that, whenever the TMU should investigate him, they shall not be allowed to conduct actual surveillance on him, but shall rely solely on the victim’s testimonies about him. At the time, the TMU agreed, rather foolishly. Now, for K, G, and J, this provision was their absolute salvation. When they went to the TMU, they made useof this provision to oblige the detectives in the following way: they shall report to the detectives saying their suspect had this website on which he displays confidential information about these three women, and the detectives shall be forbidden to look at the suspect’s website for fear of violating these women’s privacy. The TMU was obliged to agree. This provision for “victim confidentiality” would become these women’s most important weapon against me, for they were now free to make up all sorts of horror stories about my website to the police without the latter having the legal right to verify these reports. They began reporting to TMU detectives saying not only that I displayed these women’s confidential information on my website, but also that I made threats against them, slandered them with all sorts of bizarre scenarios which my schizophrenic mind had concocted, threatened to hurt myself and others, showed off pornographic contents, engaged myself in misogynist and racist rambling, hosted hacking software and malware, advertised the most outlandish conspiracy theories, and bragged about all sorts of criminal conducts (sexual harassment, rape, theft, stalking, “PeepingTom”, etc.). In order to convince the detectives that these bizarre reports about me were correct, they contacted everybody they knew asking them to help make the same false reports about my website to the TMU. The women thought that, if everybody reports seeing the same thing on my website, the TMU must

accept the reports as valid no matter how outlandish they were, even though they weren’t allowed to verify them by checking out my website for themselves. This is the beginning of the main theme of thisstory, an organized (highly coordinated) campaign to falsely report somebody to law enforcement. All the people who were involved in the campaign would coordinate their false reporting activities on J’s special Secret Facebook Group devoted to me. While everybody has heard of a woman taking vengeance on a guy by falsely accusing him of rape and so on to law enforcement in order to use law enforcement to take care of him, few have heard of this particular kind of case, where a group of women recruit ten, then a hundred, and eventually a thousand people to falsely report a guy to law enforcement in order to use law enforcement to take care of him. The women’s method was to email to everyone they knew this “CH warning” and then tell everyone their madeup story about how this guy had stalked them and put their private information on his website. Because the “CH warning” had portrayed me as so enormously dangerous, the story they had made up about me became all the more believable to everyone. Everyone would then be so incensed, and have so much sympathy for the groupof women, that they would be more than willing to make false reports about my website to law enforcement in order to oblige law enforcement to take it down. Even though lying to law enforcement is illegal, nobody worried about being busted because “victim confidentiality” had guaranteed that law enforcement would never verify the veracity of their claims.

Please note that the most disgusting part about this falsely reporting me to law enforcement with complete immunity is J’s involvement. She obsessed over me, stalked me, and then investigated me, but, now, because of her association with K and G, was able to get the TMU to accept her as my “stalking victim” as well. The “stalker” had made herself the “victim of stalking” using the legal system and by riding on another woman’s back.

This is September and October 2013. While waiting for the TMU to take actions on me, G fled Los Angeles to take refuge at my cousin’s house up in Sacramento, and, then, when I found out (because she persistently visited my website from my cousin’s house), fled to Mexico. She would then visit my website from her location in Mexico, tipping me off as to her latest whereabouts, so that she would thenflee to a different location in Mexico while complaining about my “cyberstalking” of her. However, things then went wrong for these women. Now, what exactly happened during the next episode – how things had gone wrong – I am, even today, not entirely sure of. The “victim confidentiality” granted by the TMU to this group of women of course forbade them to ever reveal to me that these women had filed stalking claims against me and that I was now under investigation and surveillance. Moreover, myfriends and acquaintances who had been recruited by law enforcement as informants on me were also forbidden by “victim confidentiality” to ever reveal anything to me. I have come to know everything that I’m telling you here mostly through my own investigations, and sometimes through the “hints” given to me by my friends and acquaintances. Quite often, those people around me desired to warn me about the danger I was facing, but, in order not to violate “victim confidentiality”, could only tell me things in roundabout ways, via strange “hints”, which I would then have to decipher on my own. Thereare therefore many episodes in this story of which I’m never sure. In such cases I shall note it to you. What happened in November 2013 is one such episode. I have some idea based on hints and leads, but have not yet been able to confirm it beyond doubt. So please take as merely preliminary hypothesis

pending further verification what I’m going to recount in the rest of this paragraph. It seems that these women, in order to further magnify my demonic character, began reporting to the authority saying I was planning terrorist activities in connection to foreign governments. This caused federal agencies to become involved and then eventually to arrest all the women on charges of making false reports about terrorism. That was the beginning of November, 2013. However, because of political reasons, the government dropped the charges and released the women within three weeks. Again, I’m so far unable to confirm for sure that this is really what has happened.

What I am sure of is what happened afterwards. The women were so incensed about their failure to get me taken down as their “stalker” that they immediately resumed complaining about my website. They blamed me for their failures to get me. Throughout December 2013 and earlier January 2014 they continued to gather hundreds of people to make false reports about my website to the TMU. This time, however, because of whatever had happened in October and November 2013, the TMU had become resistant to responding to them. In order to recruit an ever increasing number of people to make false reports about my website, the women asked the people they had already recruited to pass on to every person anyone possibly knew the “CH warning” and their madeup stories about me, in order to galvanize these complete strangers to join their campaign to take down the criminal website of this one “most horrifying stalker”. Because their demonic portrayal of me fit the prevalent gender stereotypes (“monster guy haunting, stalking, and harassing innocent women”), nobody ever bothered to ask if the information on the “CH warning” was actually true; nobody ever bothered to explore my website to seeif there actually existed any private information at all about these women; and nobody ever bothered to wonder why, if this guy was so bad, stalking and harassing women and committing all the other heinous crimes, he had up till now had no criminal history. Nobody will certainly believe that, in some cases, like in the case of J, it’s actually the “woman victim” who was stalking the supposed “stalker”. Instead, everybody got so fired up against me and was incensed that the police could be so sexist that they would let this superdangerous stalker continue to walk freely and write anything he liked on the Internet. I have learned from this episode that the easiest way to motivate and galvanize people is to tellthem a most horrifying story of “violence against women”. All the people will then lose their head and never bother to check whether the story is actually true.

By midJanuary 2014, because I was always investigating what had happened in November 2013, I looked at J’s Facebook page. This enabled J to insist to the TMU that cyberstalking had indeed occurred. Again, normally, looking at somebody’s Facebook page would never constitute any “stalking” at all. But the “CH warning” had obliged the TMU to accept the claim and open up another case on me. This time, however, they were planning something else. It seems that the TMU had recruited moles inside the women’s online group to gather evidences about their false reporting. Something seemed to have happened in early February which had completely terminated their latest complaint. Past midnight on 7 February, the women were able to get me to break a window at a building and get me detained by the security guards while lying to the detectives that I threatened to commit violent crimes on my blog. They hoped that, in this way, I would be imprisoned for a long timewhile the TMU would be obliged to remove my website. When the police officers came, however, theysimply let me go without even writing me a ticket. It appears that the TMU was so incensed by the

women's dirty trick that they instructed the officers who came for me to dismiss me and then dismissed the women's claim without explanation. Again, because the “CH warning” had made me a “suspect”, the TMU would never divulge to me what exactly had happened which put an end to these two stalkingclaims against me.

In any case, the women were ever more incensed that they had failed again to take me down as their “stalker” and remove my website. By March, they had fully resumed their campaign of making false reports about my website to the TMU. But, again, the TMU ignored all the false reports. As the womencontinued to advertise, to anyone who would listen, the slander about what a monstrous stalker and cyberstalker I was and how American police had perpetrated injustice on them by letting the stalker go free on the streets and online, more and more people from an increasing number of countries around theworld would join their campaign and follow their instructions to make false complaints about my website to the TMU, hoping to persuade law enforcement to reopen a stalking case on me for the third time. (An increasing number of false reports would now come to an American law enforcement agencythrough emails from around the world.) By now the people who had joined the campaign at one time oranother had almost reached a thousand, and they continued to coordinate their activities on J’s Secret Facebook Group devoted to me. J must be so euphoric over the fact that the little Facebook Group she had created to talk about me had, from its humble beginning when nobody cared, by now grown into one of the largest and most heavily used groups on Facebook. Nobody knew that the big story about this monstrous “stalker” was a big lie.

By April 2014, K, G, and J were able to recruit another woman to join their group. This woman, whom I shall simply call “M”, will become a key member of the group, which I shall now call “the Secret Society”: a “secret society” whose sole purpose was the removal of my website and my conviction as a “stalker”. M had joined the “Secret Society” in October 2013; it seems that she was at the time not hostile toward me, but had joined it as a law enforcement informant, although I can’t be totally sure of this. I met this “M” two times in 2013, and that’s the extent of my contact with her. In March 2014 I wrote a few blog posts about her, where I didn’t refer to her by name, but, again, by a nickname. (I wasfond of her during this early stage not having known what a sicko she was, and so wrote about how I imagined her to be a Bodhisattva, etc.) In early April, K, desperate to persuade the TMU to open another stalking case on me, pointed out to her that I had written those few blog posts. “M” was absolutely shocked, and was immediately persuaded to file a stalking claim against me. “M” actually lived in a different city in California, but, once again, the TMU was obliged to accept the claim becauseof the “CH warning”.

This “M” was an absolute nightmare; I expressed my fondness for her in March and April only becauseI didn’t know what she was about. She claimed to be a victim of organized “community gangstalking”,where every person in her city was engaged in coordinated stalking and harassment of her. She also claimed that police, firefighters, and ambulance technicians, etc., were all participants in this coordinated stalking and harassment as well. She was very delusional, had been laughed out of FBI for trying to report this “community gangstalking”, and had had a long history of making false reports to law enforcement to ruin those people she didn’t like. On her blog she talked about how she once

reported her exboyfriend to the FBI for connection with terrorism, which caused him to be blacklisted and completely ruined. This woman was a professional false complainer. You can just imagine why K, G, and J needed her service.

However, the TMU had a different intention in accepting the third stalking claim against me from thesewomen. This time they decided to run a thorough investigation of me in order to compose a more accurate profile of me with which to replace the “CH warning” – since it was all because of this warning that they were continually obliged to respond to a group of women’s frivolous complaints about some website. Now that M had become the most active member of the Secret Society, the false reports they made to the TMU about my website became increasingly elaborated. They felt that the earlier profile they had composed about me, or rather about my website (threats to hurt myself and others; women’s private information; hacking contents; pornography; racist and misogynist rambling), wasn’t demonic enough. Because the majority of the contents on my website consisted of philosophic and scientific writings and pictures of my drawings and paintings – none of which had anything to do with them – they now wanted to add the false portrayal of me as a plagiarizer as well. They instructed all their new recruits to visit these academic and artistic pages on my website and then make false testimonies to the TMU saying I had plagiarized all my essays and stolen other people’s artworks to claim them as my own. (Because some of my drawings were so realistic as to look like photographs, they also reported saying I used photographs to pose as my own drawings.) Although the TMU was technically speaking not allowed to look at my website to disprove all these new false claims about my plagiarism, these new claims were so ridiculous that the TMU proceeded to dismiss the entirety of the women’s stalking case against me on the ground that their portrayal of me as a plagiarizer demonstrated that these women and all the people they had found were not credible witnesses. In response, the women would recruit more people to look at my academic writings and protest to the TMU saying I did plagiarize. They thought that law enforcement can’t possibly say all two thousand people were not credible witnesses. From May 2014 onward to the end of the year, the entire dispute between the Secret Society women and the TMU had come to revolve around the question of whether I had plagiarized or not – even though plagiarism had nothing whatever to do with “stalking”.

To strengthen their false claims that I did plagiarize all my philosophical and scientific theories, these women were able to convince a vast number of people from the most diverse locations around the world to make the necessary false reports: North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Dagestan, Azerbaijan, Albania, Iraq, Iran, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Mauritius, Georgia, Bangladesh, Nepal… Eventually, there was virtually not a single country on earth from which visits had not come to my website. The women were then able to convince a vast number of people from the most respectable institutions around the world to make the necessary false reports about my plagiarism, thinking that, if scientists or government officials also reported that I had plagiarized, then the TMU couldn’t possibly deny it. My little personal website would now get visits from: the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry; the Spanish Ministry of Defense; the French government’s nuclear research institute; Italy’s National Institute of Nuclear Physics; the US National Institute of Health; UK’s National Institute for Medical Research; all sorts of church and religious organizations in the US and Canada; high tech corporations like Boeing, Microsoft, Yahoo, and HewlettPackard; the US Department of Veteran Affairs; all sorts

of health, banking, and real estate companies in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia; the Afghani government; the US Navy; the US Department of Energy; the US Department of Defense; almost one hundred UK city governments, US city and state governments, US state government agencies (like the “Kentucky Department of Education”), and Canadian city and provincial governments. Thinking that ifeducated people also reported that I had plagiarized, then the TMU couldn’t possibly deny the claim, the group of women also recruited false complainers from hundreds of universities all around the world, from small colleges to Ivy League universities in the US to all sorts of private and national universities and technology colleges even in the most unlikely countries, like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia; and from hundreds of public schools in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. One time my website even got a visit from the US State Department, but that’s because the women were falsely reporting me to the State Department saying I was cyberstalking some prominent official inside the UN. My website must have broken all Guinness World Records in this respect. (I have been running my website since 1998; I have never before seen an English language personal website getting so many visits from so many important institutions around the world and from so many countries wheremost people don’t speak English.) Again, the fact that this group of women could have galvanized thousands of people from all these respectable institutions around the world to make false reports to an American law enforcement agency for their sake just confirms what I have just told you: as soon as yougive people a story that fits the prevalent gender stereotypes (a monstrous and delusional ugly male stalking and coveting some pretty white women) everybody will lose her or his head and be willing to do the most outrageous things for the women without ever pausing to wonder if the story is actually true.

None of these women’s effort had worked, however. Every time when the TMU accepted a new stalking claim against me from this group of women, they would investigate the claim for a month or so, and then dismiss it on the ground that the women’s claims were not credible. The group of women would then scramble to find more reasons to refile their stalking claim against me, and within weeks, they usually would be able to do so – such as when I walked past G’s house again. Then the TMU would investigate their claim for another month, debate with the women about whether I had plagiarized all my theories, and dismiss it again. This pattern would continue from April until late December 2014, between which period the group of women would file a total of 4 stalking claims (3 April; 11 June; 6 September; and 9 November). After each investigation, the TMU would recompose my profile, stating explicitly that I was not physically dangerous to women such as the “CH warning” had falsely portrayed me, in order to deprive the women of any legal ground to harass them in regard tomy case. This had so enormously incensed these women. For them, when law enforcement changed its story about the suspect after reinvestigation, saying they had been wrong about the danger he posed, they were being “sexist” by finding excuses to avoid protecting poor women victims.

Another important episode of which I am to this day not sure concerns the fifth stalking claim which the group of women filed against me in September 2014. Something very spectacular seems to have happened. It seems that the daughter of a prominent politician from a nation unfriendly to the United States had got wind of the stalking scandal around me and joined the group of women’s complaint. Herlegal ground was that I had collected her pictures from online sources and posted them on my blog – I

did that because I noticed that many of her pictures online were fake and so created a blog post to discuss the issue – which, again, was enough justification for “stalking” because of the “CH warning”. (I must mention that, in 2007, because I was writing letters to a certain foreign diplomatic service, the Department of Homeland Security had provided information about me to that diplomatic service which included the “CH warning”. From then onward, this “CH warning” would circulate in diplomatic channels whenever I traveled oversea, so that the daughter of this foreign politician was given a copy through regular diplomatic procedures.) Let’s call the daughter of this foreign politician “EK”. Since “EK” was here really for political purposes (she obviously didn’t really care about her pictures showingup thousands of miles away in some unknown person’s blog which nobody visited anyway), this caused the TMU a lot of problems. This episode, if I have correctly recounted it, lasted until late October.

In any case, whatever had really happened in September and October 2014, it had convinced the TMU that they could no longer permit this group of women to file stalking claims against me. They accepted the last stalking claim from these women in November 2014, only because, after investigation and finding me not stalking and posing danger to any of these women, they could then definitively prohibit them from ever complaining about me again.

What happened then I shall only cover very briefly because, like the strange episode in September and October 2014, I have only a vague understanding of it. I have not yet had the time to seriously investigate the more recent episodes. What is known is that, after the TMU had banned this group of women from their case load, the women, furious, turned to the hate crime units in city’s police department to open a confidential hate crime case against me. They employed the same technique: by portraying me as so monstrous and themselves as being under so much threat from me, they were able to persuade the detectives to grant them the same sort of “victim confidentiality” which was attached tothe CH case. They then made all sorts of false complaints about me and my websites to the detectives hoping to persuade them to arrest me and then remove my website. This lasted all January and February 2015. However, for reasons I still don’t understand, the detectives never bought the women’s complaints. The group of women, consequently, then turned to elsewhere to complain about me and mywebsite. I’m not sure where. They seemed to be appealing to some international organization to complain about the nonresponse of American law enforcement to their complaints. This lasted from March to April, 2015. Again, I have not yet found out what has exactly happened during this period, so don’t take my words for it.

By May, just when the group of women had run out of options, they suddenly got a break. A small workout business suffered a few vandalisms (graffiti, etc.) and the owner was on the local news asking for anyone to identify the suspect in the surveillance video. (The person’s face was covered in the video.) G, along with the rest of the group, immediately claimed to the police saying she identified the person in the video as me. Consequently, I was jailed. G, as the witness in the case, then obstructed the settlement process (paying restitution for property damages) in order to keep me in jail. This resulted inmy website going offline since I wasn’t around to pay for its renewal. Just when it seemed that the group of women had finally achieved their objective, I used the money originally intended for

restitution to bail myself out. This was September, 2015.

As soon as I got out, I put up my website again, which caused the group of women to resume going after me. Because of the vandalism case in which she was a witness, G was able to open another confidential stalking case against me at the TMU. Then the false complaints about my website started again. G’s greatest wish in life remained being validated as “victim of my stalking”, the removal of my website, and the prohibition for me to ever talk about her and the rest of the women gang online. However, since I had never had any interests in bothering these women – although I had to diligently track their activities on my website everyday – their new case at the TMU soon ran out of steam. Now, besides this vandalism case, G was involved in another minor court case with me. In January 2015, she and the group of women sent a guy to assault me, believing that, because they had fed the hate crime detectives with so many horror stories about me, the police, when they came, would arrest me rather than their agent. Instead, the police arrested the guy they had sent to assault me. Let’s call this guy R. After I was out of jail, R’s case was also going to trial, and he was destined to be convicted of assault because I had recorded the whole episode. R was so angry and upset that he threatened to spill out everything about the “Secret Society” – the largest private citizen gangstalking and false complaint organization ever formed in history – so G and all the women had to help him prepare a defense without revealing that he was sent by somebody else to assault me. G, K, and M planned to stage a show in the court room to accuse me of criminal conducts so that R could look like he was merely trying to protect the neighborhood. The women’s ultimate goal was to bring the issue about my websiteinto the court room and demonize it into a criminal website. The plan only had 50 percent chance of success, however, because the women’s demonic portrayal of me contradicted the recording of the assault, which was the main piece of evidence here. R therefore chickened out and took a plea bargain with the DA without ever going to trial. The group of women, having lost a precious opportunity to demonize me and my website in court, then went back to their lameduck stalking case at the TMU. But the TMU was planning something drastic. They granted the group of women’s request to run a series of sting operations on me, which culminated in sending G herself to appear in front of me at the bus station in order to verify whether G’s claim about my demonic danger was correct and whether her terrible fear of me was not feigned. Of course the sting operation failed, just as the TMU had expected. Why I would ever bother G while she and I were still involved in a court battle? Especially when the judge had ordered a “stayaway” from the witness? And so I passed by her without saying a word, which enabled the TMU to completely dismiss her case and declare me not stalking her and not being adanger to her at all. This had completely humiliated her, especially since she had already convinced thevictims in the vandalism case of my supremely demonic character and absolute danger to womankind. And now she was discredited in front of everybody. It turns out that, when she cries about being in grave danger for years because of this monstrous and insane stalker obsessed with her and dreaming of eating her for breakfast, she is just being a frivolous whining queen! So furious, G, along with the rest of the women gang, now turned to the remaining vandalism case and was determined to use this case toexterminate me and my website altogether.

From early November onward G, K, and M have been working hard to transform my vandalism case into a stalking case and, from then on, make my website into the central issue of the trial. It’s always

about my website, whether in a trial about vandalism or about stalking. G, it seems, was going to falsely claim to the DA, and to the court, that I was stalking her at the bus station, which would then be a violation of the condition of my bonds. She would then falsely claim to the DA, and to the court, that my “stalking” is motivated by my schizophrenic delusion about her, from which I can’t be dissuaded, so that I should immediately be taken back into custody without bail, and then sent for mental evaluation. My website would be proof of my absolute insanity beyond repair. The group of women’s strategy is to find every possible pretext to deny me bail and then use the mental health system to entrap me. They have regretted terribly that I was able to bail myself out the last time. This would be their strategy when, soon, my vandalism case should enter trial phase. I am thus in tremendous danger. Because G’s case at the TMU is confidential, I cannot simply summon the TMU detectives to testify onmy behalf, that the truth is that it is G who, knowing where I was going to show up, then showed up in front of me, and that I had never bothered her at all, and was in fact terrified of her. She’s the one who was stalking me, but, because of the nature of the legal system and law enforcement mechanisms, she can turn her stalking of me into my stalking of her, and thus get me dragged away as a stalker after she has stalked me. Moreover, I’m only beginning to learn just how enormously biased the whole American legal system is toward females, especially white females, and how enormously biased it is against males, especially a nonwhite male like me. The whole American system is just so sexist against males, especially nonwhite males. Everybody in the court system, from the judge to the detectives involved in the vandalism case to the DA and even my very public defender, is already convinced that G – just because she is a white female – is absolutely innocent and always telling the truth, even though she is a pathological liar and a professional false complainer, like K, M, and J. Moreover, everybody is already convinced that I – just because I am a guy – must be absolutely demonic when a few white women say I’m so. My public defender won’t even talk to me, and would defend G whenever I try to point out that this woman is a pathological liar. The only people who know what G and her friends are really made of are the detectives in the TMU, who have had long experiencewith this group of women’s pathological lying, and yet they are obliged by “victim confidentiality” to never reveal anything about the 7 stalking claims which the group of women have filed against me since September 2013. Besides that, just because the TMU doesn’t like this group of women and has always sought to dismiss their stalking claims, this doesn’t mean that they’d like me at all. It’s all because they have been so eager to discredit G and her gang that I am now in serious troubles. They know fully well that, whenever they humiliate G’s group, these women will take vengeance on me. And yet they never give a crap. Like everybody else inside law enforcement and the legal system, they are sexist against males. Males are completely disposable in everybody’s eyes.

The most pernicious aspect of the whole trouble I’m facing is that, now that I have begun, through my own investigation, to understand better this “Secret Society’s” past actions against me and talk about it online, silencing me has become the most important goal of G, K, J, and M. This is why they are determined to exterminate me using the legal system. They do not want anybody to hear about the largest private citizen gangstalking enterprise and most coordinated false reporting campaign ever in history which they have perpetrated against me, and they certainly don’t want the several thousand people who have at one time or another passed through their campaign and Secret Facebook Group to ever know that all the horror stories they have told about my stalking these women and slandering them

and putting their private information online are madeup bullshit. They have begun portraying me to everybody in the legal system as suffering from severe paranoia schizophrenia, due to which I have imagined out of my head this bizarre scenario that the women I have known in the past have gathered together to form a secret organization with the express purpose of exterminating me and my website through falsereporting to law enforcement. And they have been doing this with great success, since, because they are women, everybody is already biased toward them, and, secondly, “There are people going after me” – when you put the matter that simply, it indeed sounds like the guy saying it is all but nuts.

The problem I’m facing is therefore this. In my upcoming trial, the only way to survive it – to escape prolonged imprisonment and entrapment in the mental health system inside the criminal justice system – is to find legal ways to oblige the TMU to break “victim confidentiality” to testify about what has really happened, and moreover to do this for somebody they have never really liked. (Even though I have never been sure of what happened in September and October last year, it seems that the TMU has always suspected that I was responsible for it, that I have purposely put up on my blog the pictures of the daughter of that foreign government official so that she can come screw with them. In this way, the TMU sees me as a troublemaker.)

After you guys have read this bizarre story, assuming that everything is told correctly here, can anybody think of any help for me? Are there probono Men’s Rights lawyers who can deal with this kind of case? To fight for the rights of a simple guy in face of a legal system that is so blatantly in favorof women?

I wish I could galvanize people with my story: that women in this society can make any false reports about any guy they don’t like completely riskfree. While the police might not believe their lies, nothing will ever happen to them – simply because they are women, especially white women. This group of women have so far made more than ten thousand false reports about me (mostly about my website) to a dozen county, national, and international agencies, and nothing is deterring them at the moment. Meanwhile, the guy is not even allowed to know who is charging him with what crimes. If he finds out, that’s called “stalking” or “violation of women’s privacy”. Just as long as women don’t makefalse reports about terrorism, that is, for, when national security is involved, the federal agencies don’t so much care if you are a woman. But M has even got away with making false reports about terrorism at one time. Okay, but I don’t suppose this will really galvanize anybody at all. I can never get thousands of people to come to my side if I am a darklooking guy complaining about being gangstalked and bullied by a group of white women. It doesn’t fit the prevalent gender stereotype, and so nobody cares.
