Asian Fusion Restaurant of Louisville IF you are looking for a quaint restaurant with tastiful Asian cuisine and a calming atmosphere, Bendoya is the place to spend your lunch. They are a family owned restaurant that was taken over in December 2010, converting from strictly su-shi, to asian fusion. The owners are Cambodian natives that thrive to introduce a new flavor to the restaurant industry and seek a successful business while gaining friend-ships in the process. Owners, Thea Prak and Paul Pel are family friends that have turned this “hole in the wall” sushi joint into an nice place to stop in, in Downtown Louisville. One customer that was dining there said, “There’s such a friendly atmo-sphere and it’s a great place to try different foods!”

Bendoya offers a diverse menu ranging from Vietnamese dishes, to au-thentic Thai delicacies. “The Pad-Thai noodles is one of my favorite dishes, minus the shrimp of course because I’m vegan” one man said. This restau-rant thrives on making sure that their customers are satisfied and will go to any length to ensure that their “tastebuds are agreeing with their bellies”. I spoke with Paul and he said that their customers “are more than just cus-tomers, but some have become closest friends of ours!”
