CENTRALIZED APPROACH

PaxOcean Group centralizes the strategic functions, from Marketing and Commercial, Procurement, Engineering and Technology development, to Corporate matters. In doing so, the PaxOcean Group successfully optimizes resources to drive growth of the six shipyards.

The centralized in-house Engineering division is capable of carrying out design engineering, detailed engineering and is a crucial factor in the yards’ capability in carrying out high quality building and outfitting successfully.

PAXOCEAN SINGAPORE1PaxOcean Singapore yard is equipped with three floating docks of up to 187.5m x 36.5m and berthing space totalling 1,600m; capable of offering quick turnaround docking of up to Handymax-sized vessels and afloat repairs for up to Panamax-sized vessels. With three building berths, PaxOcean Singapore yard offers a wide range of custom-designed vessels to meet clients’ needs, having successfully delivered a long track record of newbuilding vessels over 23 years. PaxOcean Singapore is a leading shipyard in the region with a wealth of experience in complex newbuilding, repair and conversion projects in the marine and offshore sectors.

PAXOCEAN ZHUHAI

PAXOCEAN PERTAMA PAXOCEAN ZHOUSHAN PaxOcean Zhoushan is well-equipped with two ultra-large graving docks, and a pier berth of 576m with 12m water depth and other supporting infrastructure.

The docks have been built to accommodate all types of ULCC, VLOC, OBO, Suezmax, FPSO and can accommodate vessels of up to 400,000 dwt, and large container ships up to 16,000 TEUs. The hull, mechanical, electrical, piping, and painting workshops are set to be expanded to 146,000m² in the next phase of development.

PAXOCEAN GRAHA

PaxOcean Graha is a specialist rig and offshore construction yard with the ability to construct high specification jack-ups and liftboats. It successfully penetrated the high-technology rig construction market in 2009 to become the first facility of its kind in Indonesia.

Possessing the largest crawler crane available in Indonesia at 1,250T, Graha has the capability and resources to undertake turnkey projects for any offshore requirement.The current capacity is able to support the delivery of up to five rigs per year and the yard is currently undergoing significant expansion to accommodate two additional building berths.

PAXOCEAN NANINDAH

PaxOcean Nanindah specialises in construction of vessels supporting the offshore oil and gas market.

Operating on 570,000m² of land with 15 building berths, the yard is capable of 15 concurrent newbuilding projects.

Since 2007, PaxOcean Nanindah has successfully completed construction of high-technology specialty vessels such as DP3 compact semi-submersibles, high specification platform supply vessels and freezer fishing trawlers.

PaxOcean Pertama is a premier ship repair and conversion yard in Batam that offers docking of Panamax-sized vessels and afloat repairs of VLCC-sized vessels to the marine and offshore sector.

Developed in 2007 with a fully-optimized layout of facilities, PaxOcean Zhuhai is one of few shipyards that enable a vessel to be built from start to completion in covered all-weather fabrication workshops. There are three launchways up to 35m wide and vessels are control-launched through employment of a floating dock. The yard has repeatedly delivered fuel-efficient, environmentally-friendly and DNV comfort class specification offshore and marine vessels ranging from 5,00BHP ASD tugs to 16,000BHP AHTS, Diesel-electric LCVs to purpose-built Supply/Safety Standby vessels to global offshore clients.
