A STORY WITHOUT AN END
Once upon a time there was a Persian prince who really loved
stories. But
he was bored to hear a story with an end. He wanted to hear a
different one- a
story without an end.
Prince : Why do all stories need have an end? I want hear
somethingdifferent, hmmm servant!
Servant : Yes your highness, is there something that I can
help?
Prince : Yeah, I want you to announce this *give a scroll of
paper* to all
people in Persia
Servant : Sure, your highness
The servant went to the village, he read the announcement that
the prince
asked to.
Servant : Attention! The prince have a news for you *clearing
throat*. Forthose who can tell the prince a story without an end,
the prince
will reward a half of his wealth and his beautiful daughter.
But, for
those who fail, the prince will put you in the prison
forever
Man1 : Hmm, story without an end I can tell that to prince, that
will be
easy
Man2 : Are you serious you want to tell the story to the
prince?
Man1 : Yeah, Ill be rich
Man2 : But, if you fail you will be put in the prisonMan1 : I
wont, btw if I can tell that Ill be rich man also I can be the
next
prince
Man2 : Ckckckck well I warn you
There were a few men who told the story to the prince but they
all failed .
Man1 : And they got married and live happily ever after and
hmm
Prince : You failed, servant!
Man1 : What? No,no I havent finish the story yet and and
they
nooooooo!
Since then, no one was brave enough to tell the story to the
prince. They
all scared to be put in the prison. Until one year later, there
was a young
handsome man who came to the palace and wanted to tell a story
to the prince.
Prince : So, youre brave enough to tell me a story without an
end, huh?
Young man : Yes, your highness *smiled*

Prince : Well, before you start I want to remind you if you fail
Ill put you
in the prison for all your life. So if you want to go back, Ill
let you
now before I change my mind
Young man : *smiled* May I start now, your highness?
Prince : Well, sure
Young man : Once upon a time there was a very rich king *the
king enters the
stage*. He built a large barn behind the palace and the large
barn
was filled by corns. One day, when he was looking at the barn,
he
saw a hole on the roof, suddenly there was a mouse came out
from
that hole. The mouse took one seed corn in the barn and back
to
the hole. Then there was the other, the other mouse took one
seed
corn in the barn and then it back to the hole. The king still
looked
at the hole, when there was a third mouse came out from the
hole.
The third took a seed corn and back to the hole
Prince : Wait!
Young man : Why your highness? I havent finished the story yet,
you dont
want to know what happened after the third mouse?
Prince : All right, continue the story!
Young man : after the third mouse back to the hole, there was
the fourth
mouse came out. The fourth mouse did the same like the others.
It
took a seed corn and back to the hole. And then there came out
the
fifth mouse
Prince : Stop!
Young man : Yes your highness?
Prince : So there wont be the end of the story
Young man : Yeah *smiled* looked exactly like you want your
highness
Prince : Clever, servant, please call my daughter!
Servant : Sure your highness
- A minute later princess came -
Princess : Yes father, you want to see me? Whats going on?
Prince : Meet this young man, honey
Princess : *looked confused* Oh, so youre the one who told my
father a
story without an end, right?
Young man : Yes, right princess

Princess : Well, nice to meet you *smiled to the young man*
Young man : Nice to meet you too princess
The young handsome man succeed to tell a story without an end to
the
prince. Like what he promised, the prince gave a half of his
wealth to the young
handsome man. Also, the young handsome man married to his
daughter. Andthey live happily ever after. But, this is not the end
of the story. The young man
and the princess had a son. Their son grew up, and he married a
Siberian
princess. They had a son, and when their son grew up, he married
a European
princess. They had a daughter, and
Someone : Stop!
Narrator : Why should I stop?
Someone : If you continue, this story will never have an
end!
Narrator : Thats why we call it a story without an end.
Someone : *thinking*
*smirked*
Right...
Narrator : So the story continued forever.
