Maker Space Expectations

• Tools and devices remain in the Library Media Center : Many belong to Ms. Rhae, please respect the chance to use them.

• Conserve materials and supplies: Only use what is needed for the project, appreciate that there is no cost to you, but it does cost.

• Ask for assistance: We will help you get started with the correct tools and materials for your project.

• Clean up after yourself: Put items away and leave a clean space, there are places provided to leave unfinished projects.

• Respect others: Look, but don’t touch, the projects of others. Be kind and share.

• Collaborate: We encourage students to help each other brainstorm ideas and solve problems.

• Fail beautifully: Be brave in your creative endeavor and KEEP TRYING!

Green Lantern’s Lantern by Zane M, 9th grade, a beginner designer using Tinkercad.com. Printed on

Deltamaker using 47.39m dark green PLA filament. This 3rd attempt was sliced high density with

support and took 15:49:39 hours to print. Supports will break away. He plans to insert lights.
