With 24/7 training, subscribers use it when they need it
Organizations provide Pluralsight training so employees have access during work hours to learn new skills and find answers to problems.
Interestingly, Pluralsight subscribers actually access the training outside of work more often than at work, and 40% even access Pluralsight during
breaks or downtime at the office. This suggests that employers get an additional benefit, as employees learn new skills on their own time.

Employees prefer learning options that deliver immediate answers
When questions or challenges arise on a project, tech pros need to
find or create the right solutions immediately. So it’s no surprise that
these employees prefer on-demand learning by a wide margin over
classroom-based training, which can also help people skill up but
doesn’t provide a just-in-time solution for problem solving.
Pluralsight training is immediately applicable
84% of Pluralsight users report that they use the skills they learn with
Pluralsight within six weeks (55% use their new skills within the first
week). The other 15% expect to be able to use their new skills at some
point further into the future.
