Terms and Conditions: The non-refundable deposit of £20 per person, is payable 14 days after a booking is made; a definite booking now exists between the two parties. If a deposit is not received within the 14 days, your booking will automatically be released. Whilst a booking is being held provisionally, we reserve the right to contact you for confirmation should we receive another enquiry for the same date. Please submit cheque payments on ONE cheque only. All balances must be paid by 17th November 2017. For bookings made after this date, full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. (Cheque payments cannot be accepted less than four weeks prior to the event). This payment is non-refundable. Please bring the deposit terms and conditions, to the attention of all persons in your party. It is regretted that definite table arrangements or any increase to numbers cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to comply with your wishes. If our minimum number requirements are not met, we reserve the right to move a party or if necessary amalgamate with another party/Table or cancel. For Christmas residential and New Year’s Eve a booking confirmation deposit of £100 per person, non-refundable is required. Cannot be used in conjunction withany other offers. The hotel reserves the right to change the entertainment on any particular date. All menu choices should be returned to the hotel four weeks prior to the event. Vegetarians and any other special dietary requirements must be notified at the same time. Account bars can be arranged with prior notice, but pre-payment of the account bar amount must be received by the hotel prior to the event date. It is not permitted for any of your guests, to bring in any of their own drink or for any extra guests to join the party after the meal. Speeches or raffles are only permitted at private functions, so as not to interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Early Bird Offer – Offer is subject to availability and valid for all new bookings made before the 31st August 2017 and for arrivals up until the 22nd December 2017. Blackout dates may apply.
