The typical workflow Software is mostly created for im-

These DDPs allow management scanning and easy loading of hundreds of thousands of HR records from any cor-
porate department or branch, or can be sent remotely by applicants, candidates or employees.
The HR DDP is a private flow process that allows access to HR staff and corporate management only.
DDP access can be shared with those users designated by the HR department or by the System Administrator.
The contents of any file are documents provided by private sources and only authorized users can view and in-
spect the documents.

“Mailroom” DDP
Among the document flows developed by NEXTECH FL high priority was given to the "Communications" or
"Mailroom" DDP, which responded to the concern of senior business executives who stated that:
They would like to eliminate the distribution of paper documents to assign tasks to employees,
avoiding being forced to produce countless photocopies when they do.
