Team Challenge Rules: The Team Challenge will promptly start at 8:15 am and last for 75 minutes. Teams will have the same size table and equal amount of packaging equipment and material. Teams will be shown the “traditional packaging” process. Teams are allowed to reconfigure the

process to improve efficiency without compromising the quality of the finished bags and boxes. Substandard meals or packed boxes will be subtracted from the “team total” count.

Note: It is very important to use the right people in the right roles!!
