STEP ONE:
• Get an Appointment first.
• Introduce yourself (Briefly).
• Describe the purpose of the interview & Visit.
• Inform approximate time limit.

information
• Identify the cases you need to research or discuss to the doctor
• Identify the problem.
• Plan questions: you need to answer those;
How to prepare questions
STEP THREE:• Questions should relevant to the topic.• Questions should be concise & Clear.• Do not read the question.• Use the informal discussion to collect more
information for your research.• Use open ended questions to get detailed
information. • Make the discussion interesting &
informative.
How to fill up response categories
STEP FOUR:• Write down responses in points.
• Divide questions within group members and ask one by one.
• Listen the response carefully than write points.
• If two members were writing the responses other two will be attentive for further question.
• If any point not clear; discuss the problem again with example.
Organize your personality and time limit
STEP FIVE:• Take a Small Bag & a hard file with you: that will
helpful in moving & writing information).• Dress and tie your hairs neatly: lose hairs could
disturb during the work. • Practice to present the question & note down the
responses: In this way you will be confident and organized and get complete & sufficient information).
• Assess time limit: before getting an appointment assess your time limit.

Conclude the Interview & Visit session
• Conclude your session briefly
• Pay thanks to informant to give enough time.
• Pay thanks to the director or higher authorities.
• After returning back discuss & review the session within group.
• Conclude results of your formulated hypothesis.
