COMPANY PROFILE
A long time ago when the British ruled India, a small factory was set up in suburbs of Mumbai city to manufacturing sweets and toffees the year was 1829 and the market was dominated by famous international brands that were imported freely. Despite the odds and unusual competition. This company called Parle products survived and succeeds by adhering to high quality and improvising.
A deaden later, in 1939, Parle products began manufacturing biscuits, it addition to sweets and toffees. Having already establish a regulation for quality the Parle brands name grew in strength with this diversification Parle glucose and Monaco were the first brand on the to become leading names for grebe taste and quality.
Biscuit were very much luxury for India when Parle begun production in 1939 a part from glucose and Monaco biscuits, Parle did offer a wide variety of brands.
However during the second world were all domestic production was diverted to assist the Indian soldiers in India and the far fast a part from this, the shortage of wheat in those day, made Parle decide to conjecturable on the more popular brands, so that people could enjoy the price benefits.
Thankfully today, there is no death of ingredients. The demand for more premium brands is know the rise. That’s why we have a huge range of biscuits and mouth watering confectionaries to offer.

INTRODUCTION OF COMPAY
In 1991, Parle started his contract and manufacturing unity in Ahmedabad. This is known as Lao More biscuit Pvt Ltd. This factory is producing Parle – G biscuits and milk shakti biscuits about 172. People are working in this factory. All Parle products are manufacturing under the most hygienic condition.
Great care is exercised in the selection and quality controls of law material packing material and rigid quality standards are ensured at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Every branch of biscuits and confectioneries are thoroughly checked by expert staff, using the most modern equipment our efforts are driven towards maximizing customer satisfaction and this is in synergy with strive to provide consistently nutritious and quality food products to meet customer’s satisfaction by using quality materials and buy adopting appropriates process. The facilitate the above we will strive to continuously train our employed and to proved them an open and participative environment.
The secrete of the success of this company is hard work and grate care. Now a day Parle – G has found their why in to the hearts and homes of people all over the world. Parle biscuits continue to spread happiness and joy among people of ages. Today this company is become world largest biscuits selling company.
HISTORY OF PARLE – G
Parle – G has been a strong household name a cross India. The great test high nutrition and the international policy makes Parle – G a winner no wonder it is the undiscounted leader in the biscuit category for decades Parle – G is concerned by people in cities of n village while from have it for brake fast of in village while from have it for brake fast for some it is a complete wholesome meal.
Parle – G is the world’s largest selling brand of the biscuit launched in the year 1939 it was one of the fist brands of Parle product it was called Parle glucose biscuits. Mainly to us that it was a glucose biscuit. It was manufactures by Mumbai factory very fist time in India.
A decade later in 1939, Parle product begun manufacturing biscuit in addition to sweets and toffees. Having already established a reputation for quality, the Parle brand name grew in strength with this diversification. Parle glucose and Parle Monaco was the very fist brands of biscuits to be introduce which later went on to become leading names for taste and quality.
Today Parle product has one factory in at Mumbai that manufactures biscuits and confectioneries while another factory of Parle – G are at Bahadurghath in Hariyana, at Neemrana in Rajasthan and at Bangalore in Karnataka. The largest such manufacturing facilities in India Parle products also has 30 manufacturing units for biscuits on contract which are in

Above factories are located at proper location. The location at proper place is useful for output and easy distribution. Each factory has modern equipment for production and making for the outputs. Parle – G started 3 contractual manufacturing units in Nadiad, Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad.
In Ahmedabad Parle contractual manufacturing units is known as LAO MORE BUSCUITS PVT. LTD. The established this factory in Sep, 1991. In present time nearly 172 people are given their services for this factory.
Today the Parle brands have found their way in to the hearts and homes of people all over the world because it gives strength and power to people.
P LACE
Place refers to the set of decision that need to be taken in order to
make the product available. If the products are not made available to the
customers at the right place at the right time then customer would not be able to
buy them.
Place mix refers to important decisions related to physical
distribution of goods and services, transportation, coverage, margins, location.
Location issues:-
Lao More Parle Pvt .ltd is Located on the Naroda in Ahmedabad. It
can get cheap labours from this side. So it can get better raw materials as well as
transportation is also very fast so there is no fear of burglars & thieves.

Following is the manufacturing process of Parle biscuits. The
manufacturing process of Parle biscuits contains the raw materials such as
wheat, sugar, vitamins, milk, vanaspati, salt, minerals. Manufacture process in
the unit is very advanced and scientific in manner.

Parle biscuits are made in one big over of around 176 meter at 230 –
270 degree or upon 300 and this oven changes its degree according to the
temperature.
P RODUCT D ETAIL
Raw material is the basic development for production of any
products all the raw material is converted in module with the help of human
beings and without it the conduction mousse cannot take place. The raw
material of Parle products as under.
1. Raw material testing
After requires the raw material all the materials are testing in the
job.
2. Mixing
After testing the raw material all the raw material are mixing by
machine process.
3. Molding
When the process of mixing after this product molding in the die
for Parle-G.
4. Banking
When the process of molding after this biscuits own in the burner
machine. The machine is155 feet long with 6 burners.
5. Cooling
When the process of banking is over after this biscuits provide in
cooling zone this biscuits cooling in 3-minuts & 4-second.
6. Packing
When the products process are finish that they were arrange the
product and the all product are packing in the boxes.

In process of candy first liquid of glucose and sugar mix water

Hot Water:-
After the liquid, glucose, and sugar mix in stem and then hot liquid
syrup is flattered.
Classless Milk:-
After add the hot water include the classless milk and its mix.
Pitter Press:-
And then it is pressed in the pitter press machines after mixing and
grinding machines.
Candy Looking:-
And after the process of candying is done which include of
candies.
Wrapping:-
Then it is wrapped in a wrapper.
Packing:-
And after all the above process is completed and they are packed
in the box and ready to sell.
Qualities Control:-

farmers from village to big cities.

has been a great learning for me. The company proves to be a major leading
company in the industry of biscuit products such as, Parle –G, Monaco, magic
etc.
