3. Test Method
Proposal
For next edition of IEC 61800-9, and IEC 60034-2-3, to measure active power between CDM and motor, • 3 wattmeter is recommended, 2 wattmeter is also accepted • Floating Ground (FG) of CDM and motor frame shall be connected by cable
(4 cores cable) • Power meter should not be floating • Virtual neutral point by R-C filter should not be set between CDM and motor • Shielded cable should be used, and 15 m is recommended in the case of 2 wattmeter (9-
2 specifies minimum 15 m, and 2-3 specifies below 100 m.)

5. Conclusion
For next IEC 61800-9, and IEC 60034-2-3, to measure active power between CDM and motor, • 3 wattmeter is recommended, 2 wattmeter is also accepted • Floating Ground (FG) of CDM and motor frame shall be connected by cable

wattmeter (9-2 specifies minimum 15 m, and 2-3 specifies below 100 m.) Japanese data campaign consist of PDS and instrument manufacturers
IEC 61800-9-2 and IEC 60034-2-3 make the test setup example in an informative annex
To keep repeatability and correctness of input output test Japan would like to contribute the IEC standardization for energy saving
