T S Suneeth Kumar – Director & CEOSuneeth Kumar’s experience in construction span over 25 years and has held various key portfolios in his career. He has personally designed and executed more than 160 green filed projects, some as large as the Suzlon Manufacturing facility at Mangalore, rated as one of the world’s largest wind mill manufacturing facilities. His major part of work experience was in the Middle East where he was exposed to modern construction technologies including pre-casting systems. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd between 2008 and 2011.

Kumar Nadig – DirectorKumar Nadig is a veteran of the industry with over 30+ years of experience in design, construction and product development. He completed his graduate degree in Design from IIT Powai and further studies at Cranbrook Academy of Art, USA and MBA from university of Toronto, Canada. He started Leubin Constructions in the year 1990 and later amalgamated this with Arnav Developers to form Sycon Constructions in the year 2003. He is a biking enthusiastic and flying airplane is his hobby.

Anil Bagalwadi – DirectorAnil is a graduate in Commerce and a multifaceted businessman with over 20 years experience in managing real estate operations. He has successfully managed diverse businesses in the building industry. An entrepreneur at heart, he has independently developed budget housing and has completed many multi-dwelling projects under the brand Arnav Developers. Anil has valuable operations and people handling skills. An avid Aviation enthusiast, Anil took up to flying as a hobby, which turned into a successful business of manufacturing and assembly of Micro light aircrafts for the Ministry of Defense.

SYCON INFRASTRUCTURE is an integrated full spectrum EPC Construction Company. The Company is part of the Sycon Group head quartered in Bangalore with a strong experience in construction and property development planning over 20 years. The group has also diversified into hospitality field with Sycon Hospitality, as a natural extension of its core business in property development.

Sycon Infrastructure was established with a firm vision to bring about sweeping changes in the construction methods using proven modern technologies like pre-casting and other modern construction technologies. Our vision is to provide a one stop design and build solution in all kinds of projects by combining the vast knowledge of the shareholders of the Company and international technology partner.

Sycon Construction, the parent Company was established in the year 2003 by the amalgamation of Leubin Constructions and Arnav Developers. Sycon Infrastructure was formed in the year 2011 a partnership between Kumar Nadig, Anil Bagalwadi and T S Suneeth Kumar. All three have rich experience spanning local, national and international geographies. They are regarded as highly professional, committed and focused in their business and ideas. Some of the landmark projects executed is Sycon Polaris, Sycon One, Sycon Heritage etc.
