CUTTING REQUIREMENTSPlease read instructions first before cutting.

Green MainFussy cut 1 strip 36½" x WOF. Cut the strip into 1 rectangle

36½" x 40½" (10" at the bottom will be covered by the pocket).

Red StripeCut 2 strips of red plaid 3½" x LOF. Cut the strip into 2

rectangles 3½" x 40½".Fussy cut dolls and accessories as desired for the pocket

and adhere to the Peltex following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Blue Clothes, Red Clothes, Blue Tossed, Cream Tossed, and Green Tossed

Fussy cut 2 squares 3½" x 3½" from each print.

Blue PlaidCut 1 strip 20½" x WOF. Cut the strip into 1 rectangle

20½" x 40½".

Pina Colada SolidCut 4 strips 2½" x WOF. Cut the strips into 4 rectangles

2½" x 40½".Cut 2 strips 3½" x WOF. Cut the strips into 8 rectangles

3½" x 4¾" and 4 rectangles 3½" x 4½".

QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Pieced RowSew 5 assorted print fussy cut 3½" squares and 4 pina colada solid 3½" x 4¾" rectangles together to make Unit A.

Sew a pina colada solid 3½" x 4½" rectangle to each end of Unit A to complete the Inside Section.

Sew a pina colada solid 2½" x 40½" rectangle to the top and bottom of the Inside Section to complete the Pieced Row. Repeat to make 2 Pieced Rows.

Pocket RowPress the blue plaid 20½” x 40½” rectangle in half lengthwise with wrong sides together. This will create the 10¼” x 40½” pocket. With the folded edge of the pocket at the top, line up the bottom of the pocket with the bottom of the green main 36½” x 40½” rectangle. Pin in place until the rows are sewn together. It will be left as a loose flap until the quilt top has been quilted. After the quilt top has been quilted, top stitch the pocket about 13½” in from each side to create the pockets as shown in the quilt photo. The edges will be finished when the binding is added.

Quilt Center AssemblyReferring to the quilt photo for placement of the red plaid 4½" x 40½" rectangles, the Pieced Rows, and the Pocket Row, sew the rows together to complete the quilt center.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Penny Rose fabric from the Paper Dolls “On the Road” Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
