Gain support for the Communities of PeaceTM garden and farmers market development from neighborhood residents and city and institutional leaders

Secure an appropriate site for the Communities of Peace garden and farmers market development

Acquire financial support to develop and operate the Communities of Peace garden and farmers market

C. Improve both perceptions and realities regarding area safety and security along the Peace Corridor (Salem Avenue)

Explore and implement initiatives such as Weed and Seed and Community Policing

Increase engagement of residents and businesses in collaborative efforts with the Dayton Police Department

D. Develop and implement a sustainable beautification plan that improves the Corridor’s aesthetic appeal and unifies the Salem Avenue streetscape
