How changes happens:

Traditionally change management is a process that involves unfreezing, moving and refreezing of values and practices within organizations.
The process of unfreezing includes the creation of discrepancy between existing and desired state of the organization.
Moving refers to the changes made to achieve the desired state.
Refreezing refers to the achievement of a state of equilibrium when organization is in harmony with the change that has been made.

and yes we are using „conventional“ development instruments, as we need to mix the traditional leadership behaviors (guiding) with the current successful ones (disruptive)
we are utilizing assessment as a starting point and evolve from there
helping leaders to evolve people unfreezing change and not freezing again
applying coaching for executives as these are key to articulate a compelling vision of the future using stories and symbols and express confidence that goals will be achieved
desire for change and awareness of continuitiy at the same time
