Course structureThe one day course is designed to equip the general practitioner with the requisite knowledge in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and in the context of outpatient man-agement. The whole length and breadth of the discipline cannot be covered but the topics have been carefully chosen so as to cover those areas that he is either likely to encounter in his practice or that he is likely to be deficient in. Each topic will start with a mini interactive lecture and this will be followed with ample time given for discussions and questions. At the end of the course, there will be a clinical scenario based test to assess the practitioner’s knowledge. In addition there will be practical exercises such as insertion of Implanon rods, insertion of Mirena coils, endometrial sampling, etc. An impressive array of Faculty members with a wide experience have been selected to deliver these topics.At the end of the course the participant will realize firstly, how much he did not know and now knows and secondly, it has taken his practice to a different level.
