Conclusion

In conclusion, our proposed VTM formula proved robust for culture-based analyses provided the
inoculated VTM was stored at 4 °C, BUT It showed prolonged preservation time even for 2 weeks in
RT.
Based on obtained Ct values of spiking experiments, it was found that our VTM supported highly
consistent amplification of the SARS-CoV-2 target.
