through the use of an additional board with microprocessor and wi-fi antenna can handle dimming LED lamp. The access to the board can be got locally, through wi-fi, with a tablet or smartphone with Android operating system, or through remote access to an internet portal that communicates with the lamps led through a router. Through remote control can be got the functionalities below: - Checking the battery charge - Real time control of lamp power consumption - Control consumption of the lamp - Checking the status of the lamp - Control malfunction of the LEDs - Mapping and geo-location of the lamps in the

portal such as Google Maps - Automatic SMS or E-mail in case of malfunctions

with indication of type of anomalies and geo-location of the not working lamp

- Programming the dimming of the lamp by the year, month, week and day

- Calculation of energy saving and CO2 emissions.

• Smart City functionality: the combined system with a router provides the ability to implement new public services such as video surveillance, traffic monitoring, fire alarms, speakers, information (social, weather, advertising), detecting environmental data, etc.

• Special features patented: the E2C group has

developed a patented system to produce electricity through solar panels and / or mini wind turbines mounted on existing lighting poles. The system allows to transform a public lighting in a renewable plant distributed in the city, using the existing power lines. The energy produced can be used by lamp and the excess energy produced enters the grid through an inverter station located near the main power board of lighting plant.
