It is the sixth smallest nation in Europe. It’s neighbours are Spain and France, it is

also landlocked. It has a population of 85,000. Less than

Havant. La Vella, their capital city, at a height of

1023m above sea level makes it the highest capital city in Europe.

2 cups dry white beans rinsed 1 small ham bone 1 marrow bone (veal or beef) 2 chicken breasts on the bone with skin 6 pork sausages 2 slices prosciutto

Andorra has the huge Pyrenees mountains on one side of the country.

It also has lots of hills. This is a bad thing because there are no

airports mainly because of the mountains. There is also no train system and no ferries

because it is landlocked. This means the only way in and out is by

road.
