Happy New Year to ALL! The Directors would like to thank the New Age Services Inc. teams for all their efforts in planning and participating in all of the Christmas/New Year celebrations of 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our celebrations and the participation of all to keep the season festive. We are looking forward to the New Year – 2019. January is a time of planning, setting goals and anticipation for the unknown. We continue to work on the Software System. ShareVision, will be implemented in a couple of homes in February, which means training begins in January. Our IT team has almost completed setting up all of our individuals and staff into this system, which is a huge task in itself. Ceridian, which supports our time, attendance and payroll, development has begun by having weekly meetings with Ceridian implementation teams and providing information for set up. Our Accounting Team is working extra hard in ensuring we get this software implemented within a timeline set by Ceridian. These new software implements are going to be impactful and supportive to the daily work we all do along with supporting the Programs we provide. We will continue to do Intake with new individuals looking for services and we look forward to them starting with New Age Services Inc. in 2019. The PDD Review consultation has now ended and we look forward to hearing what the recommendations are and how our government will respond. We are excited to hear that AISH has increased beginning January 1, 2019. This is long over due and is greatly appreciated amongst those who receive this benefit. As stated previously, we continue to summarize how our last three years have gone and will be moving forward with a different strategic plan. We will keep our NAS network informed as we go through this process over the next year. “Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be.” Karen Ravn Wishing You All A Healthy And Prosperous 2019!
