Updates Regarding District Coordination Committees of BBSYDP:

BBSYDP has its proactive representation at the District level through District Coordination Committees (DCCs) headed by Deputy Commissioner of the district while

District Monitoring Coordinator acts as Secretary to the Committee. A typical DCC is comprised of the following officers/officials and ToRs:

Deputy Commissioner (DC)

Assistant Commissioner – HRM

Two Members from Civil Society

(to be nominated by concerned DC

District Monitoring Coordinator (DMC)

To hold meeting, as and when required at least once in a month and members will submit progress report to the Deputy Commissioner and copy thereof of PCU-

BBSYDP.

The District Monitoring Coordinator will record the minutes of the meeting and disseminate to all the concerned quarters and monitor the progress as per decision

of the meeting.
