as you enter our realm of tranquillity, we ask you to keep noise to a minimum and respect the privacy of others. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check-in and enjoy the surroundings.
Before your massage, please inform your Spa angel of any areas that need to be avoided. during your treatment, please let your Spa angel know if you feel any discomfort or if you would like the pressure to be increased or decreased.
For your comfort and privacy, non-treated areas will be draped with a sheet. disposable underwear is provided.

KUi Spa is open everyday from 10am to 7pm with the last treatment finishing at 7pm. In Villa treatments are available everyday from 10am to 6pm with the last treatment finishing at 6pm.
advance bookings are recommended to ensure your preferred date and time of treatment is available. Walk-ins will be accommodated when possible.
CanCellaTIon PolICy
if you wish to reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellation of treatments or packages with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will apply for a ‘no show’.

a box for your valuables will be provided within the treatment pavilion. We recommend no jewellery to be worn or taken to the Spa. VoMo management and our Spa angels accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of money or valuables brought onto the premises.
