material & critical machining developed as per new design in Germany- DI castings of 47 types developed in 40.3 grade, with higher tensile & impact

first time in India with PED approved foundry- SS investment castings of Ball integrated with stud, body, flanges & thin

handle developed & supplied- Achieved 25% to 60% saving- Total 102 castings developed
