A little romantic comedy with a message Legally Blonde promises to be an extremely entertaining and engaging musical on stage at SSS starting next week.

Sardis Secondary Performing Arts is proud to present its latest production, Legally Blonde - The Musical, kicking off on November 26 to November 30, with evening shows and a Saturday matinée.

Based on a novel by Amanda Brown, and the hugely popular motion picture by MGM starring the talented Reese Witherspoon, the show that has simply delighted audiences for years is coming to the SSS stage by special arrangement.

"Our new musical Legally Blonde is a lighthearted romantic comedy with a little message about plotting your path in life," says director Alison Guy.

Performing Arts and Music students have been rehearsing in earnest for this year's live performance.

Music and lyrics to Legally Blonde are by Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin, and book by Heather Hach.

Legally Blonde - The Musical, Nov. 26-30 Doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 26, and the Nov. 30 show is a 2 p.m. matinee.
