We develop products to accelerate, facilitate, and refine the construction and measurement of our racking systems.
We have also been developing our own measuring system. In addition, we are always looking for ways to improve racking measurement methods, particularly through the use of a digital measurement system offered by nearly all of our total stations and levelling instrumentation.
We have implemented it for the measurement of all our constructed shuttle systems in 2017, including one in Dubai.

MEET ARTURWe have engineered our own unique technological robot which allows accurate rack measurement and data evaluation within seconds.
Our development of this tool started in 2014, and we have been evaluating client installations and structure tolerances with it ever since.
MORE ABOUT ARTUR• Measures rail accuracy in racking systems, e.g., whether the tested parameters are within tolerance.
• The third generation of ARTUR (Evo III) is the latest version.
• Is developed in-house by our own research specialist team.

The installation of a multishuttle system in Dubai was one of the largest projects in the world involving this type of system, and is also the largest project our company has completed to date. This project took 250,000 man-hours.

The footprint of this project was small, but what was fascinating was that it measured almost 42 meters in height when complete, making it the tallest building in Spain built by our team.

Four identical projects of giant shelf racking systems were installed across Germany, Poland, and Italy.Each project took 1 year, 150,000 man-hours, and 100 employees to complete.

The first shuttle silo in the world. There are very high demands on measurements for this type of construction. Altogether it took 22 workers and 19,550 man-hours.
