E Co has now estaolished a crossing at the bend of the river. Their covering force is on the south side of the river. G 6 called and says that there is a house in their sector definitely booby-trapned. Request the AP men to come up and clear the house. Called that Blue would like to send a patrol up throup;h the G Co sector as a ' strongpGint. Have White 3 call back and let Blue know as to the decision. 3 Notified. White 2 left for G Co. Lt McColl at the CP after the parol reports. Notified all cos to bring back alll the Bazilian officers and NCO's to the CP by 0800. Called in re to their proposed patrol through the G Co sector. 2 officers from the 349th at CP. 4 nquirei about their patrols. Called to send 6 jeeps at the Bn CP. A guide will take them up the road to G Co. Brazilian officers at CP. Left to join up with their Unit. Re~tl comdr at CP. Gordon line is now out. Reported that the patrol lineis not in contact with the BN CP. Checking on the cause of the trouble now. Regtl ~omdr left the CP. .Jordon line in. Have White 4 call up and submit the ammo report. dhite 4 notified. Reported that they now occupy the town of Il oodo. Called in re~ard to their patrols. were to p;o to the Bn Ai4 Station. We called them and were informed that the patrol had already left for Red. Red notified. Reports that the civilians are cutting the wires. Six placesj are reported to have been cut.
