RULES FOR CLASSES 33 THROUGH 42

1. All classes are open to people of any age.

2. Entry fee is $3 per person, unlimited items. See additional rules for Special

Exhibits.

3. All entries other than antiques must be made/grown by exhibitor.

4. No perishable food items. No pies with eggs, cream cheese or other perishable

items in filling or toppings. No items with custard texture.

5. Exhibits must be entered in Floral Hall Friday, July 12 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. or

Saturday, July 13 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

6. Advanced entry is encouraged in all classes and can be made to Purdue

Extension Noble County, 2090 N. State Rd. 9, Albion, IN 46701, by 3:30 p.m.

Friday, June 28, 2019. Email entries are acceptable to [email protected].

Call at 260-636-2111 or 1-800-601-5826 with questions.

7. All class entries are the decision of the exhibitor and are final.

8. Exhibitors will be completing their own identification tags. Use of address

labels is encouraged.

9. Closed Judging will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 13 and all decisions

of the judges will be final.

10. On Saturday, July 13 after 3:30 pm Class 35 Prepared Foods will be offered for

sale in Floral Hall. Silent bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July

20 for Class 34 Preserved Foods. Proceeds go to Floral Hall.

11. All entries must remain on exhibit until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20. Failure to

do so will result in the forfeiture of your winnings.

12. Exhibits must be picked up Saturday, July 20, between 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. or on

Sunday, July 21, between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.

13. Exhibitors must show their entry tickets in order to redeem their exhibits.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR THE ART SHOW

Division A: Ages 8 thru 13

Division B: Ages 14 to 19

Division C: Ages 20 and Up

1. All paintings, drawings and prints must be appropriately framed and ready for

hanging. No glued hangers, pop tabs or other.

2. The Photography entry may be a single photo or a group of 2 to 5 photos. All

photos should be mounted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR SPECIAL EXHIBITS

1. A fee of $3 will be charged for special exhibits per person, unlimited items.

2. Best of Show Awards will be given only when there are at least five entries for

each special exhibit class.

The Open Class Committee and the Noble County Community Fair Corporation

are not responsible if exhibits are lost, damaged or not claimed at the designat-

ed times. Unclaimed items must be redeemed at the Purdue Extension Noble

County in Albion by August 5th or they will be discarded.

The Open Class Committee reserves the right to refuse to exhibit articles

deemed inappropriate for display or not fitting a listed category.
