A Home Makeover on a Tight Budget Change is inevitable. People always need something new—something fresh —in their lives. This may range from some new clothes to a new cell phone, a new car and perhaps, even a new home. People may need some more space at home or sometimes just a new look; or their family has a new member and there is one more reason for some more space. Sometimes you get tired and fed up of that same old boring apartment. Maybe then it’s time you had a home makeover. But you happen to be on a tight budget because you’re planning a grand vacation later this year. So what do you do? How do you change the look of your apartment without spending too much? Here are a couple of solutions: You could begin by changing the placement of the furniture in your rooms. May be it’s time that the couch left its side of the hall and became independent in the middle of the hall; or that old study table which is no longer used needs to disposed off. Making space is easy. All you need to know is what to keep and what to let go. Once that is decided and you have made up your mind, its time you called in the movers and got rid of all the useless extras. Changing the arrangement of furniture in your room and getting rid of the few extras, will give you that additional space and will change the look of your entire room as well. For the best new set-ups, I’d recommend buying a home interiors magazine to get an idea about what needs to be kept where? And which piece of furniture is most functional in which corner of your room or apartment. After moving some furniture around, your will be surprised to see the change and the space savings that just this much effort can bring about—and you haven’t spent a penny yet!

A Home Makeover on a Tight BudgetChange is inevitable. People always need something new—something fresh—in their lives.

Here are a couple of solutions:

You could begin by changing the placement of the furniture in your rooms.

Next best thing you could do is hire a handyman and modify the remaining furniture that you need to get rid off to serve another purpose. Like the wooden planks of a study table could be utilized to make a neat yet simple bookshelf which could be done with minimal labor. Reusing old furniture is a great way to lengthen their use and save the environment as well. This is often referred to as ‘upcycling’.

Again if you still have loads of furniture left and feel that you can utilize the wood sometime soon in the near future, you could store them in a personal storage unit in Dubai. Contact a local storage facility in your neighborhood or a well-known one who would offer a van on hire to their facility and get them stored out there in a rented personal storage space. Storage companies in Dubai provide a lot of features and added benefits and will function like an extension of your home adding some extra storage space in Dubai for you when you need it.
