How do I opt in to receive leads?

1. Log in to your Representative account

and select My Profile. Then click

Preferences2. Select the tick box ‘I would like to receiveleads from the customer leads programme’.Select the information you would like displayed to

Customers.

Am I eligible? Growing your business

From 1 February we are changing our systems to allow more Representatives to be

eligible for online leads. From this date, to be eligible for customer leads you must:

• Be registered on the Avon Representative web site and be registered with Avon Connects

• Have been with Avon for more than 4 campaigns

• Have no overdue outstanding balance• Have placed a minimum of 2 orders in the last 3 campaigns

• Have award sales of at least £156 in last 3 campaigns ie: £52 per campaign for 3

campaigns

How do customers find a Representative?

Customers all search for their local

Representative via Avon Connects by -

How do customers find me?

1. The customer is guided to register

with Avon Connects

2. The customer is asked to search for

their current Representative or uses their

postcode to find a local Representative

3. The customer selects their

chosen Representative4. The Representative appears

on the customer’s Avon

How can I make sure more customers can connect with me?

1. First make sure you are eligible for customer leads (see guidelines above)

2. Then check your profile on Avon Connects is up to date

3. Add a picture of yourself to your Connects profile. Customers choosing from a range of Representative are more likely to choose a Representative who has a friendly photo.

4. Add details about yourself on your Avon Connects profile, including your contact details, to make it easier for your new customer to get in touch.

5. Add a few personal touches! Your likes, dislikes and your favourite Avon products will all help customers choose YOU.

6. Make sure you use your real name as your user name. This will help your existing customers find you.

How do I receive my new lead?

There are several ways in which you are notified

Make sure you get in touch ASAP with your new customer

• You will be told about a new lead on your Representative website under My Orders. Click the drop-down menu to go to My Customers. The eCustomer

indicator appears next to a customer who has found you via Connects

Are there other ways my new customer will be in touch?

• You will also receive an automated email requesting you to log in and connect with your new customer

• Your new customer is also automatically added to your personal group on Connects. You can send them an email or a private message to arrange to deliver a brochure to their door
