TUESDAYS 7.30 - 8.30 AMGLENUNGA HUB, GLENUNGALooking for interval training with structure, strength based activities and an excuse to work up a sweat. With Bootcamp you’ll get all this in bursts of intensity ensuring that your muscles are burning, your body is screaming and in the middle of it all you’ll be sure to be laughing!

WEDNESDAYS 9.30 - 10.30 AM*MILLER RESERVE, LINDEN PARKPilates helps strengthen our weak muscles and stretch the tight ones all while lubricating the spine and creating length through the body. The class includes low impact, slow and steady Pilates moves that make your muscles burn without leaving you sore and tight the next day. BYO mat.

THURSDAYS 11 AM - 12 NOONMILLER RESERVE, LINDEN PARKJoin in this Latin inspired dance fitness workout that incorporates international music and moves. It may entice you out of your normal comfort zone … along with everyone else in the class. Enjoy low impact moves to produce cardio benefits and toning of the arms, legs and core.

FRIDAYS 10 - 11 AM*NEWLAND PARK RESERVE, ERINDALEAn ancient classical form of ‘Hatha Yoga’ that is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. You will learn this unique science of flexibility, breath control and meditation to relax and rejuvenate. BYO mat.

SATURDAYS 7.30 - 8.30 AMGLENUNGA HUB, GLENUNGAJoin in a fun circuit based program that will get the heart rate up, the body moving and mind active. Using simple routines, you will be able to meet new people, rotate through activities for all parts of the body and at the end walk away feeling energised!
