Appel Farm celebrates regional artists, musicians and wineries on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are partnering with regional wineries to produce this special wine festival celebrating the Vintage Atlantic Wine Region’s new wine trail collaboration of six unique wine trails spanning New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. With an anticipated audience attendance spanning throughout the Delaware Valley, patrons will...

• Sample specialty vintage wines from 15 wineries

• Converse with the master winemakers in the VIP tent sampling limited edition wines

• Listen to acclaimed musicians from the Delaware Valley Region

• Create mosaics, natural made papers, sculpting and painted murals with regional professional artists at the Discover Your Arts tent

• View demonstrations by professional craft artisans and shop for gifts for family and friends

• Enjoy food from local culinary artists

• Play in a Kids Zone full of hands-on arts activities, games and live entertainment for the little ones

• Enjoy a SJ cycling tour of our region’s countryside including featured wineries

• Stay overnight for a special dinner, private concert, and dessert wine pairing with s’mores around the campfire and breakfast the next morning

About Appel Farm Help us reach our $50,000 goal for arts programming.Located in picturesque South Jersey, our nonprofit transforms lives through the arts by engaging audiences in meaningful arts

programs. Through outreach in the schools, partnerships with community centers, activities at summer arts camp and on-

site arts programming including events like the Music & Wine Festival, Appel Farm impacts over 25,000 people annually. Proceeds from this event will support Appel Farm’s many

diverse public programs for underserved audiences including the Rising Young Artist Scholarship program which provides

inner city youth in Philadelphia, Camden, Newark and all across South Jersey to attend summer camp.

With the marketing support of over 50+ wineries and vineyards as well as Visit South Jersey the event is sure to be a success!

Festival Sponsorship Levels

PRESENTING SPONSOR - $25,000 Join Appel Farm as the Presenting Sponsor and reap the benefits of being promoted in all media sources with the event billing: Music & Wine Festival presented by XYZ. Inclusion on all promotional materials including your logo on the event’s wine glasses, center stage for promotion before and during the event, and prime exposure through all social media, radio, online and print advertising. Presenting Sponsor will have prime placement in the Tasting Book, event signage, emcee promotion from the main stage, 6 VIP Tickets, 6 Overnight Tickets, and 15 General Admission Tickets.

PREMIER SPONSOR - $10,000Premier Sponsors will present one key part of programming for the event (choices below), while also enjoying the benefits of being included on all promotional materials through print, social media and on the day of the event. Premier Sponsors will be included in additional media and radio promotion, emcee mention from the main stage, have the option of operating an event booth, and have 4 VIP Tickets, 4 Overnight Tickets, and 10 General Admission Tickets.

VIP Hospitality Tent: Meet the WinemakersVIP Ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet, discuss and sample limited edition wines with the winemakers in the comfort of a shaded tent with seating. As the sponsor, you will be able to display banners and distribute materials in the VIP bags. VIPs will also receive a unique lanyard to hold their wine glass, which will have your logo displayed.

Discover Your Arts Tent: Sponsor the hands-on arts tent for the whole family to engage in fine art making activities learning from professional artists, including making mosaics, creating natural made papers, sculpting and painting murals.

Overnight Experience: Sponsor the Overnight Experience for patrons and families to enjoy a private concert by an acclaimed musician, homecooked dinner, a s’mores dessert wine pairing, campfire and Continental breakfast.

Festival Sponsorship Levels

PARTICIPATING SPONSOR - $5,000Participating Sponsors will have the choice of sponsoring a specific aspect of our event. Choices are described below.

Culinary Arts Grove: Sponsor our culinary arts picnic grove area, which allows patrons to relax comfortably while enjoying the delicious works of regional culinary artists. Sponsorship will cover the costs for a comfort tent rental, tables, chairs, and recycling receptacles, all credited to the sponsor. Your company will also have the option of inviting your employees to take advantage of the hospitality tent with a reserved company table.

Parking Sponsor:Support the convenience of VIP Parking, including Valet Parking for our event. Sponsorship covers the costs associated with hired parking lot attendants, tow-truck service for vehicles in need, and VIP priority parking.

Cycle South Jersey Ride: Sponsor our cycling ride around South Jersey! Cyclists will receive identifying logo to be worn while riding around South Jersey. Riders will receive materials with Sponsorship logos and will receive complimentary water. Sponsorship funds will support the planning, execution and marketing efforts of the ride.

Children’s Village: Sponsor our Children’s Village area complete with hands-on arts activities, inflatable fun houses, games, and kids live entertainment.

Festival Sponsorship Levels

FRIEND SPONSOR - $2,000Wine Tent - Will Call Pickup Sponsor Sponsor the tent that allows patrons the convenience of purchasing cases of wine to pick-up on the way out. Sponsorship will cover the costs for golf-cart transportation of wine purchases from the wineries to the will-call tent and assistance for patrons. Sponsor will be credited by signage on the golf cart cruising around the event all day and on the tent that all patrons will pass at the exit.

Designated Driver Tent SponsorSponsor the tent for the responsible and sober friends of our wine drinkers. Designated drivers will receive wristbands, crediting the sponsor, and will enjoy the benefits of the comfort tent supplying non-alcoholic beverages for the day.

Hydration Station SponsorSponsor the hydration station for the event, which will allow patrons to access fresh water all day for free. Sponsorship will cover the costs for rental of equipment and water for the day.

Wristband SponsorSponsor the wristbands for ticket holders and patrons wishing to taste wine. Logo placement on all wristbands will allow for great exposure to our patrons.

6 Bottle Bag SponsorHave your logo on our special 6 Bottle Bags that patrons will receive when purchasing wines throughout the day.

SUPPORTING SPONSOR - $500Looking for an on-site presence? Become a supporting sponsor and place your 10’ x 10’ information tent on the site. Supporting sponsors will be listed in the program tasting book and receive 2 general admission tickets.

EMPLOYEE TENT SPONSOR - $800 Is your company looking for a fun and different kind of employee summer activity? Then invite your employees to relax and enjoy the day at the Festival. Sponsorship includes a 20’ x 20’ employee hospitality tent, (1) 6’ table for refreshments, (1) round table and 6 chairs. Company coordinates their own caterer. Separate ticket purchase required. BONUS: For each General Admission Adult ticket purchased for your employees, Appel Farm will provide one FREE companion ticket.
