Samsung SF310 Free Webcam Offer Terms and Conditions 1. This Promotion is only open to UK, Isle Of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18 or over. 2. Consumers who purchase a new Samsung SF310 (either the NP-SF310-S02UK or the NP-SF310-S03UK) are entitled to a free Microsoft LifeCam Cinema H5D-00003 that has a SRP of £59.99. Samsung SF310 Computers must be purchased brand new, in their original, unopened boxes. Ex display and reconditioned or other pre-owned computers do NOT qualify. Qualifying computers can be purchased from any reputable, authorised Samsung UK retailer who sells to the general public (not, for the avoidance of doubt, a reseller or distributor). Claims sent in by third parties (ie retailer on behalf of consumer) and from consumers who have purchased the computer for the purpose of resale will also not be accepted. 3. Free webcams are either available in store if you purchase from one of the stores listed above or via redemption if you purchase from any other authorised retailer. Please note, if you purchase your Samsung SF310 from one of the stores above, you can only claim your free webcam at point of purchase, you may not redeem retrospectively, except in exceptional circumstances.Redemption at Point of Purchase.4. To be eligible to claim your webcam you must purchase your qualifying Samsung SF310 between 1st November 2010 and 31st January 2011 inclusive from one of the stores above: You can claim one free webcam per qualifying computer purchased, at the point of sale. 5. To be eligible to claim your webcam you must have purchased your qualifying Samsung SF310 between 1st November 2010 and 31st January 2011 inclusive from a store NOT on the list above. All claims must be received no later than 28th February 2011. The purchase date is taken as the date on the VAT invoice / receipt that is supplied as proof of purchase, NOT the date on the order confi rmation. 7. To claim your webcam you must send in a fully completed claim form and a copy of your VAT invoice / receipt as proof of purchase. You must fully, legibly, complete the claim form by inserting your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, model and serial number of the machine purchased, the date and place of purchase. Forms that are incomplete, illegible or without the correct serial and model number entered on them will be invalid and may not be processed. 8. The ONLY valid proof of purchase that will be accepted is a VAT invoice / receipt or lease/hire purchase agreement in the name of the person claiming the webcam. The invoice should detail the qualifying product purchased, the retailer’s name, address and telephone number, the date of purchase and the price paid. Where there is a consumer address on the invoice it must match that on the claim form. Please only send in copy invoices as we are not able to return originals. 9. Incomplete forms (including those with invalid serial numbers), those claims which do not include a copy of the original invoice or claims received after the 28th February 2011 will be invalid and will not be processed. The person whose name is on the claim form must complete the form and there are two ways to send in entries: i. Via web. Please allow 30 days for delivery of webcams applied for, not received as part of the bundle deal. 15. In the event that a qualifying computer is returned to the store for a refund, the webcam must also be returned, to the store if obtained as part of a bundle deal or back to the address it was sent from if applied for by post. 16. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any shortage of stocks of qualifying computers or the related webcams held by retailers. 17. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verifi cation as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verifi cation as to their qualifying purchase. The decision of the Promoter is fi nal. 18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualifi ed by Promoter and not processed. 19.
