Purchasing your season tickets for the 2017 Los Angeles Rams season will be an online processthat puts you in control to select your seat location.
A few important notes before you start your seat selection process:• Seats CANNOT be purchased through your phone or tablet. The purchasing portal is only supported
through a desktop computer or laptop.
• To access the season ticket portal, you must log on using your Account Manager credentials. To update your information and reset your password you must log on to Account Manager.
A) An account was created for you when you placed your deposit last year. To log on now, you may use the Account ID sent to you then or the email address used to place your deposit.
B) If you do not know your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” to reset. You must establish a new permanent password in Account Manager before logging in to the season ticket portal.
• Season ticket payments must be paid at the time of purchase either in full or through a two-installment payment plan.

STEP 1Log On to the Season Ticket PortalPlease use your account ID and password to log on to the season ticket portal. You must log on through a desktop computer or laptop. If you have any issues logging into your account, please contact our Member Service Team at (818) 338-0011.
STEP 2Choose Your SeatsWhen your purchase window begins, you will have access to view open seats and select your 2017 Los Angeles Rams season tickets. You will be able to interact with available seats through the virtual venue seat map. Once you choose your season tickets, click “Add to cart” (you will need to repeat this process for each individual seat). Available inventory is live and can disappear quickly.
STEP 3CheckoutAfter adding your seat locations to your cart, click “Checkout” on the right hand side, then click “Hold Seats.” Once you review your seat selection, click “Continue” to proceed to payment.
STEP 4Make Your PaymentSeason ticket payment and a $15 service fee for your order will need to be paid at the time of purchase. There are two payment options available; pay in full or two-installment payment plan. When choosing the two-installment payment plan, your first payment for half the balance is due at the time of purchase and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance next month.

SEAT SELECTION PROCESS What happens next?After purchasing your 2017 Los Angeles Rams season tickets, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Your account is valid for a single transaction only. Once your purchase is finalized, you will not be able to log on again in to make additional season ticket purchases.
Your tickets will be mailed this summer to the address on file.
What if I do not purchase season tickets? If you do not purchase your season tickets, you can opt to keep the deposit on your account to maintain your spot on the waitlist and retain your priority of purchasing tickets at the L.A. Stadium at Hollywood Park. In addition to keeping your deposit on file, you will receive the following benefits:
• Priority access to Rams single-game tickets and available ticket packages before the general public
• Priority access to 2017 Rams playoff tickets before the general public, if available
• Priority access to Rams season tickets during the 2018 season, if available
• Priority access to official Rams team events, content and giveaways
You can also request to receive a refund of your deposit, however, this will remove you from our waitlist to purchase season tickets at the L.A. Stadium at Hollywood Park as well as the benefits listed above.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhat does my GA# mean?Every deposit holder has a GA# associated with their order. The GA# is not an indication of your spot in line. The GA# has no bearing on your dedicated purchase window, as the order is based on a timestamp of when you placed your deposit.
When is my payment due?Payment is due at time of purchase. You have two options for purchasing your season tickets:
• Pay in full • Two-installment payment plan: Your 1st payment for half the balance is due at the time of
purchase and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance next month.
Am I able to make a purchase using multiple credit cards?Yes. Please contact the Los Angeles Rams Member Services Team at 818-338-0011. Please have all cards and billing information ready.
Why are there only 9 home games?As part of the agreement for the Rams to move to Los Angeles, we will play the Arizona Cardinals in an international game during the 2017 regular season at Twickenham Stadium located in greater London. As a Season Ticket Member you are not being charged for this game. The season ticket pricing is for our 9 home games in 2017.
Will I have an opportunity to purchase tickets for the International Series?There will be a presale later this summer for Season Ticket Members to purchase tickets to the 2017 International game vs. the Arizona Cardinals at Twickenham Stadium.
Can I have more than one account?No, each person is only permitted one account.
How do I purchase ADA tickets?The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. We encourage anyone needing assistance with ADA seating to contact a Member Services Consultant.
Can I sit next to friends/family in the Coliseum?The best opportunity to sit near friends and family will be to log on as close to one another as your time slots allow and confirm with each other the location you will be selecting.
Can I transfer my season tickets to a friend or family member?No transfers will be permitted for the 2017 season. The season ticket member on the account will be responsible for the tickets.
Does my child need a ticket?Children who are two years of age and under are admitted free as long as they are held in a lap and do not interfere with other guests’ view of the event.
What does the L and the H in the section stand for?The L in the section number stands for the lower number seats and the H stands for the higher number seats within the section. When standing in a Coliseum tunnel and looking at the field, the low seat number (1, 2, 3 etc.) will always be to the left, and the high seat numbers (101, 102, 103, etc.) will always be to the right. Please note that two sections may meet within a row of seats with one section L directly next to another section H with no aisle in the middle. For example, Section 5L row 10 seat 17 and Section 6H row 10 seat 117 will be directly next to each other with no aisle between them.
Which sections in the Coliseum have bleacher seating?Sections 1L, 2H, 27L and 28H all have wooden bench seating.
Will I own these seats for the 2018 season at the Coliseum?Due to planned construction at the Coliseum, or for other reasons solely in the discretion of the Los Angeles Rams, purchase of 2017 season tickets does not provide the purchaser rights to purchase or remain in the same seat location for the 2018 season.
