She had to FIGHT (stand there with her hands crossed saying “I AM WAITING”) to become HEARD (quite down the class)!!!The kids were like a BIG GIGANTIC ROCK !!And it was BIGGER then her!!!NO BUT SHE STOOD HER GROUND AND FAUT THAT OBSTICLE BY SHOWING THEM WHO’S BOSS!!!!(really just showing them what she could do to there report cards!!!)

She spent one WHOLE YEAR with THEM!!!

And as time ticked away .. They changed with the time!That one pebble changed an entire classroom of abnormal kids!!!Of course they still weren’t the perfect class she always dreamed of , but they did change!And they were now in her eyes ….

And that’s when she realized all those days of losing her voice, not coming to school because she just couldn’t , having to “fight”, get injuries (BY ACCIDENT), continuously right the same comments on the bottom of the portfolio rubric and never have them applied, spending hours and nights planning for them, grading late assignments and LASTLY RECIVING ALL THOSE CARDS WITH SPELLING WORDS IN THEM THAT ARE SPELT WRONG!!!!!But then she realized that all those days were well spent because she , she just changed the Muslim Ummah, the Next generation, Muhammad (PBUH) teachings well taught, the Quran well applied and Br. Dawoud’s amazing ideas continued through the blood and veins of these children. The children she fed up with for a year.And she knew know she could call them her children!!!
