INTRODUCTION

Tirisano ya Bakwena HR and Labour Consultants is a 100% black owned and managed organization.

Tirisano ya Bakwena HR and Labour Consultants, through its parent company Bokgoni Training and Development (Centre), is a fully Accredited Training Provider with the Construction Sectoral Education and Training Authority (SETA) (S.A), incompliance with South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) regulations (CETA Accreditation no: 9P4469), also accredited with the National Department of Labour (DOL )(NSF no: 03).

Fundamentally it is built on more than 20 years of its members’, associates and partners’ combined experience in the Human Resources, Labour Relations and Training fields.

Robert has been in the HR industry for more than 8 years. He has gained vast experience in all disciplines of the human resources management field.

He holds both a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (previously known as Technikon Peninsula) as well as a B Tech degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa.

Mr Tshekedi DisekoLabour Relations Consultant

Tshekedi, “Mr Argument” as he is affectionately known for his ability to argue a case out of no case. He is a qualified Arbitration Commissioner practicing with the GPSSBC on behalf of the National Department of Home Affairs as well as the Department of Public Works.

He holds a B Tech degree in Labour Relations Management from the University of South Africa as well as a National Diploma in Labour Relations Management from the Vaal University of Technology.

His responsibilities vary from: Presiding in internal Disciplinary Cases, Representing high profile Companies in Disciplinary cases, Conciliations and Arbitrations at different Bargaining Councils,

including the CCMA, Drafting of case tide misconduct charge sheets, Negotiating with Unions on behalf of Client/Employer, Develop and Implement strategies and plans to ensure proper governance and legislative compliance, Provide advice to clients on Labour Relations issues, Provide Labour Relations trainings to Managers and Staff.

Hellouise has recently joint the company as a Training Co-ordinator, responsible for co-ordinating all Skills Development trainings for our Clients.

She is a qualified Educator holding a B Ed degree from the University of Potchefstroom. She brings along a very diversified teaching and training experience having worked as both an Educator and Trainer in both the Government and Private sector.

Ms Nombulelo YakoSkills Development Facilitator

Nombulelo is an expert in the field of Skills Development. She is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Moderator as well as Assessor who gained more than 8 years experience working in the training field for both government and big private companies and corporations. She holds a National Diploma and a B Tech degree in Human Resources Management from Technikon South Africa.
