in London since 1998
• Now moved to a “blended learning” approach
• Target audience – 300 trainee probation officers
• Home Office funded
• Diverse group
Facts About Our Students• Ages ranges from 21 - 55
• 5% have some sort of learning disability
• 95% don’t have any previous e-learning experience
• 40% don’t know what browser version they are using
