Environmental compliance and management are of key importance to the Eurofeu Group, as reflected in its commitment to continuous improvement via the implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS).This has resulted in the Group being certified to ISO 14001. Through this Environmental Management System, Eurofeu has been able to significantly reduce the impact of its activity on the environment, while also preventing incidents and setting up an action plan to improve environmental performance.

Established since 1972 in Senonches, in the Eure-et-Loir department, the Eurofeu Group is today one of the leading companies on the French fire safety market.

The Group is ISO 9001 certified for the design, manufacture, sales, distribution and maintenance of fire extinguishers, firefighting equipment and components, and training in fire prevention and emergency response.

THE production unit in Senonches is highly specialised in all fire extinguisher manufacturing processes, from deep drawing, welding, painting and assembly, to quality control.

These fire extinguishers meet all of the requirements of the NF and EN 3-7 standards, as well as marine equipment and EC directives.

The new products designed by the Group's Research & Development Department are regularly adapted on the basis of customer feedback.

Fire extinguishers meet all of the requirements of the NF and EN 3-7 standards, as well as marine equipment and EC directives.The NF mark is a guarantee of quality.It involves the regular inspection of the production site, products and services and the supply of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after an extinguisher ceases to be produced.It also guarantees compliance with quality criteria corresponding to customers' needs.

The purpose of the Origine France Garantie label is to highlight the fact that Eurofeu fire extinguishers are made in France and to give customers clear information concerning the origin of the products.

EUROFEUEUROFEU

The FIRETREX© is a simple system which detects and automatically extinguishes outbreaks of fire.

• It is completely autonomous and requires no external energy to operate. It is therefore ideal to meet the requirements of ATEX zones.

• Each valve is fitted with a dry contact which can override a part of the system (e.g. cut off the power, shut down the machine, ventilation, etc.)

This system includes a tank of extinguishing agent fitted with a special valve and a flexible detection tube. In the event of a temperature rise or flames, the pressurised Firetrex© tube acts as a pneumatic detector.

As soon as there is an outbreak of fire, the Firetrex© tube activates the tank valve by causing a pressure imbalance, instantly projecting the extinguishing agent over the source of the fire.
