A compatible 3G/4G capable device is recommended. Wi-Fi Only devices can only be used when
connected to Wi-Fi or mobile hot spot. Any Offline Transactions that fail to complete will be your
responsibility. Please do not process any sales while not connected to 3G/4G or Wi-Fi.
•Step 1 (For NEW Users)
•Open the email you received
directly from PayAnwhere and
click the link to set up the
user account password
After you set it up, it will direct you to the
merchant portal log in screen in your web
browser. If you attempt to log in there you will
receive a message indicating you cannot access
the portal.
However, the password you created WILL
work to log into the APP on your phone
**Returning users with an existing
profile will receive an email stating
that you have been added to the
account with a link to reset your
password if you have forgotten it.
•Step 2
•Uninstall the
PayAnywhere App and it’s
data if you used it last year
to avoid any confusion
•Step 3
•Install the PayAnywhere
App from the iTunes Store
or Google Play Store
•Step 4
•Enter your email address
and password that you set
up and press the green
arrow button to log in

Create Unlock pin Start on the settings menu

MAKING A SALE Insert the Card Reader into the
headphone Jack, and turn the
headphone volume all the way up.
•Select Sell
•You can choose either
Express Sale or Manual
Item
•Express Sale will
allow you to enter the
TOTAL sale amount.
•Manual Item will
allow you to add multiple
items with individual
descriptions and prices
into the cart.
•Review sale details and charge amount. •Click green arrow button
•Select CREDIT as checkout method
Swipe card when prompted
•It will notify you if the charge is
approved or declined
•Have the customer sign
It is recommended that you always email a
receipt to the customer.
•Enter the customer’s email address in the field
•Click send via email.
•Then click done
Viewing transactions
•Select Reports > all transactions to view individual transactions •Click on any transaction to see details.
Once you open the transaction
from report menu, you can:
•View transaction details
•Resend transaction receipts
•VOID or RREFUND a sale
