Firstly, effects of enotion basically influence one's per-
sonality ard dispositioh. The positive emotion is good to forn a
god personality and disposition while the bad one always forms abad personality and creates oore bad people in societies that musf,

tical neans in the Hrmanistic Approach ard in the Buddhisb Doctrine
by the co-ordination of all related organizations for the sake ofthe well-being of the country and the population.
This study can be'used for human development arxl counselliqg.
Hopefully, it will be useful for the nodern Thai society as it con-
prises Western and Eastern concepts of culture.
Ihe. process of this study is conducted throrgh ari interdis-ciplinary r*ay between Buddhist psychology and r{estern psychology.
ThEt is, to adopt the techniques and neans of the knowledge frontbe two inportant scbools and lntegrate then together. .
Besides, this study will be the beginning of the encourage-
nent of the integrated study by the synthesis of l{estern and Eastern
sciences. The practical benefit, then, will be fruitful to Thai so-
ciety in particular and could, rmdoubuedly, be adapted for the
benefit of nankird as a whole.o
