Carefully harvested and stored over the years, The Verandah Bar houses a cellar of rare Japanese whiskies travelling the world from the legendary origins of Yamazaki. Renowned as spiritual, delicate and deep, the Yamazaki 18-Year-Old and Hakushu 18-Year-Old shine as our two highly praised malts. Award-winning and Commonwealth darlings, superb Australian whisky Sullivans Cove from Tasmania may be found alongside Old Pulteney Vintage 1989 from Scotland.
