ENVISON ANCHORAGEWhat is Collective Impact?• A process that seeks to solve a specific, often complex social problem•It involves a centralized infrastructure, supported by dedicated staff•It must have the commitment of important actors from different sectors•It involves the adoption of a common agenda on how to solve the problem•It involves shared measurement across organizations, continuous communication, and mutually reinforcing activities
