NCW is one regional family…everyone has a role to play

•Okanogan County CHNA Steering Committee in development– Okanogan Public Health and Mid Valley Hospital are leading the efforts– Other partners are coming onboard

•Grant County is already in the process of completing a Community Health Needs Assessment and we look forward to collaborating in future efforts

•With the right incentive in place, we can make NCW a healthier and thriving region
