ABOUT US We offer daycare, special needs care and
customised curriculum based learning
services for children from 6 months to 7 years,
for full and part-time basis in Greater Toronto
area, Canada and Dhaka, Bangladesh.
WeeLearn Ltd. provides home-based setting
with Home based providers in an exclusive
child day care centre in Bangladesh, under the
auspice of the WeeLearn Program, practised
throughout Canada.
Our Managing Director, Ms. Jamila Haq,
introduced the Wee Learn program in
Bangladesh. She has extensive
international experience and knowledge
about child development and day care
system. She is striving for further
developing an early childcare education
system in Bangladesh.

Encourages children to
observe, think, take decision and solve problems.
1. Fine motor
skills - the use of the smaller muscle of the hands, like using pencil or spoon, lego & puzzles, doing buttons, tying shoelaces, opening lunch boxes.
2. Gross motor
skills- everyday activities such as walking and running, playground skills, sporting skills and sitting upright at the table.
3. Language- ability
to interact, understand and communicate with environment through self expression, rereading, creative expression (story telling or imaginative stories, rhymes ).
4. Activities like
manners, cooperation, self-help ( clean up, music game, group play) results in the transition from infant state of hopelessness to the ideal adult state of sensible conformity together with independent creativity.
5.Children develop
cognitively, as their play moves from simple make-believe to plots involving more characters and scenarios, games with sophisticated rules, etc.
6.We stress on the
expansion of the creative skills in the areas of literacy, math, science, music, art and language development.

OUR CENTREOur centre at Niketon is 2400 square feet in area with 7 rooms used for the following purposes:-2 activity rooms-toddler & preschooler sleeping area-Sleeping area for infants- breast feeding section-Lunch room- Parents’ waiting roomIncluding a kitchen, 2 baby washroom and 1 bathroom.
1 separate room is dedicated for administrative /management
purposes.
We maintain a daily routine including:
-Welcome parents
-Morning circle
-Free fun time

Our services also include:1. Child psychologist for special needs kids

Feeding time table:
•Infants - as per parent’s information in written will be strictly followed
•Toddlers and preschoolers - according to daycare time table(4 hours interval ).

9. Organize parents meetings 3 times in a year.
10. Arrange one to one session with parents as
per requirement.
11. Maintain a yearly calendar for
learning activities and celebrate
the events.
Safety , Security & Hygiene▪We established sufficient safety , security and hygiene for both our children and employees.
▪Television and any other electrical utility are placed safely on a stable surface, out of reach of children.
▪We keep hazardous items out of reach of children.
▪We maintain weekly hygiene and cleanliness sheet.

Currently there are 40 permanent employees and 45 in reserve. All of our operational staff are women.
Management & Training
We provide all training internally.
❑All recruited staffs will undergo 2 months of training for:
❑Foundation in Child care
❑Early childhood learning
❑ Kids curriculum (including the child oriented safe and
hygienic environment such as non-toxic toys, crayons, play dough, etc.)
❑Child abuse
❑Serious occurrence
❑First Aid training
❑Fire exiting training etc.
❑We have regular mentoring programs to develop and maintain our team stander . We also provide student the opportunity to learn and observe an active day care facility.
❑Training by Canadian certified Early childhood Educator is provided once a year.
