We at CJ Wildlife would love to help you with this by using fallen petals to decorate an insect house – fun, creativity and helping wildlife – what’s not to love?! WE LOVE TO SEE YOUR CREATIONS. SHARE THEM WITH US ON FACEBOOK OR TWITTER! > One National Trust insect house (or similar) > Some fallen petals > Some wildlife-friendly glue and varnish to seal them on to (all available from craft stores) You will need: Collect fallen blossom petals. Add some wildlife-friendly adhesive to your insect house. Arrange your petals in whatever way you want, cover your insect house, or make different shapes with the petals. Seal your final creation with waterproof and wildlife-friendly varnish. When dry, hang your insect house in the garden for insects to enjoy and make their home. Close to pollinating plants is ideal. If you don’t have or want an insect house you can still use the fallen petals to create useful and attractive items such as decorative candle holders, scrapbooks and photo-frames. * This code is valid until 31st May 2021.
