The Sunshine Castle is the ultimate venue for the celebration of a lifetime. You have the option of choosing an elegant white traditional wedding with your own prince charming and beautiful princess or a magnificent medieval feasting occasion including heralds, knights and serving wenches.
The Castle Wedding Venue Options We offer:
• Ceremony only (1.5 hours) $950 • Reception only (4 hours) $950 • Ceremony and Reception $1500 • Photographs (no booking) $350 • Elopement Package on request • Sunrise Breakfast Package on request • Professional Wedding Planner Package
We are able to cater for up to 85 guests with a sit down menu or up to 180 for cocktail style wedding. Due to opening hours for the public, weddings are available from 4pm onwards.
Catering: The Sunshine Castle has packages that it caters itself and other packages it outsources to caterers of choice.
Cocktail Packages $39 - $55 per person Alternate drop (up to 80 only) $45 - $85 per person Buffet or Banquet $75 - $95 per person Our menus are just being revised and you can speak to us about food wishes and details at your on site appointment.
The Sunshine Castle is fully licensed and has a permanent bar set up at the Café counter – satellite bars can be set up on request.
Bar must be sourced through the Castle. Cash Bar & Pre paid tabs are available. Drinks packages: Silver 4 hours $45 p/p 5 hours $55 p/p Gold – as quoted

Entertainment highlights – we encourage you to book one ore more of our great entertainment options to compliment the unique atmosphere at your wedding. Best booked entertainment options are:
• Heralds or MCs from $250 • Musicians/Bands and DJs from $350 • Firebreathing/Fire Shows from $299 • Belly Dancing from $200 • Wandering Minstrels from $200 • Magicians from $500 • DJs and Photobooths price on application • Opera from $1500
We do not have minimum numbers but do require a minimum spend of $5000 on Weekends and $3500 on Weekdays. We also ask for a 15% surcharge on weddings booked Sundays and Public Holidays. A $750 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to hold a date.
Incidental costs such as heaters, open fires, red carpet, extra decorations, satellite bars, cakeage and additional other wedding suppliers and entertainment will be charged as required. Your wedding coordinator can go through the different set up options and extras with you.
We encourage you to make an appointment with us and allow the magnificence and romance of our venue to speak for itself. We are also happy to take the time and put together a personal quote to suit your individual wishes and ideas.
