operators. The management reserves the right of admission and the

seat is female

11.If Management demands the Identity Proof, You have to produce the proof.

12. The Fare Prevailing on the journey date will be applicable, even if thetickets are booked in advance. The difference amount will be collected at the

time of journey

13.Cancellation:

i. (a) Before Journey Date - 15%, (b) 2 Hours before Departure of

bus on journey date-25% (c) Less than 2 hours before departure of

bus - 50% and (d) Less than 1 hour before departure of bus -

Cancellation Not Permitted. (e) No Refund after departure.

ii. E-Ticket Should be cancelled only through the website www.abtxtravels.com.

No cancellation is permittedat booking/Agent counter for E-Tickets.

iii. Refund against cancellation would be refunded back electronically to the

account used for booking.

iv. ABT Payment reconcillation team works on all working days and takes every

effort to refund within 3 working days. ABT offers no guarantee whatsoever for

the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers Card Bank

accounts on account of the multiplicity of organisations involved in the

processing online transactions.

14. E-Ticket passenger is permitted in the bus against a seat only when his

name appears in the trip sheet. Failing he can be treated as a passenger

travelling without ticket and dealt accordingly.
