To provide a framework for the regulation, development and management of national health system and set standards for rendering health services in the federation, and for related matters.

Establishment of the National Health

System which shall define and provide a

framework of standards and regulation

of public and private health service

providers. This will protect, promote and

fulfill the rights of the people of Nigeria

to have access to health care services.
