A Word from the EditorPassing this along from a fellow SCI patient, Scott Lafleur who said this better than I ever could:

“A C3 Quadriplegic is lying in bed reading a book, turning the pages with a pencil in his mouth and is on a breathing machine to live. He says, if only I could breath on my own, I'd be happy. A C5 Quadriplegic is sitting in his electric wheelchair, can breath on his own, has limited arm movement and says, if only I could transfer

in and out of my chair by myself and could use my hands, I'd be happy. A paraplegic who has full use of his upper body, full use of his arms and hands, can push a manual chair all day and is fully independent says, if only I could walk with a walker, I'd be happy. Then there is a man who is perfectly healthy, can run, jump, work, pick up and hold his children, swim, and feel sand between his toes, who does nothing but complain about how bad his life is, how he hates his job, how his feet hurt and how unfair life is for whatever reason he comes up with. I ask all of you to be thankful for your health, stop complaining about ridiculous things, be nice to others and thank GOD for the blessings you have. I hope this opens the eyes or helps that person out there who takes life for granted or who takes harmful things like drugs that harm your body. Life can change in an instant so take care of yourself. Your situation could be much worse.”Scott Lafleur C6-7 Quadriplegic.

President’s MessageBy: Duane Norman

I find the times in which we are living to generate a multitude of different feelings and experiences. I find them to be challenging, exciting, producing incredible advances in technology, and yet at the same time

very troubling.

I was coming of age in my teen years during the 1960s. These times as well were very exciting and yet very troubling at the same time. In the 60s we experienced the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, civil rights activists Martin Luther King Jr. and Medgar Evers, and then the assassination of Robert F Kennedy. As all of this was going on we were immersed in an emerging civil rights movement which resulted in laws passing in the 60s under president Johnson in an initial attempt at addressing civil rights. While all of this was going on we found ourselves entering into the Vietnam War which would continue until the mid 70s resulting in the death of 50k plus service members and thousands more injured.

During that time, as a country, we endured race riots, protests against the war, protests on campuses dealing with both issues, civil rights and war, and all of this resulted in students being shot on campuses, rioting in the streets, and some burning of properties in cities. And yet, during all of this, I felt as a country we may have appeared divided but we were more united than divided. I do not remember our government being as segmented as it appears to be today. All of these issues required that the government function as one so that we as a country could continue to function.

Today I find myself facing the largest obstacle in the 69 years of my life… a pandemic which is wreaking havoc on our country. We are experiencing problems that we have not dealt with since the great plague of 1918 and 1919.

We have amazing technology today that was not available 100 years ago and yet for some reason as a country we seem to be failing in our response to this pandemic. In my mind these times are not that much different than the 1960s, we’re still dealing with civil rights issues which are resulting in protest marches, and once again rioting in the streets. We are trying to get out of a series of wars that once again have cost too many lives.

One of the things that I have always been proudest of as an American is our freedoms; freedom to speak, think, and worship as we choose. As a result of these freedoms we’ve been able to thrive and advance to a position in the world that has allowed us to do amazing things for countries and people less fortunate. As an American I grew up knowing then I could have an opinion and it may not agree with the other man’s opinion but it didn’t make it wrong. Today I fear that we are changing. It seems that everything has become political and common sense no longer that common.

It is my sincere hope that what I am feeling will not be the new norm. Regardless of the number of people that we have lost to this pandemic, it is too many.

We are currently in an election that is turning out to be extremely controversial, whatever the outcome I hope that we as a country can get back to that united body that has allowed us to grow and prosper.

Executive Director’s MessageBy: Peter Ballantyne

We are coming into a holiday season of Thanksgiving and good tidings. Let this also be a time to remember all the great people we have and those that shaped us. We are mostly done with a very crazy year. 2020 sure threw a few

curve balls at us. Just as we were ramping up to our springtime activities, the Coronavirus impacted our entire nation. Our chapter was moved off the hospital site, and we worked from home. We made our way back into the medical center in late April on a limited and restricted basis. Communications to our members increased, including a personal phone call to every member from our staff and Board of Directors members. I enjoyed talking with those of you who were on my list. We welcomed a SCI Center Director, Dr. York. And we held a handful of outdoor events with health safety measures in place

On the way in to work yesterday morning, a song played on the radio.  It was written in 1938 for a musical, ‘Right This Way.’ It was a universal song about the power of love transcending time and distance. In short time, it became an anthem for the Greatest Generation as they sent their loved ones to Europe and the South Pacific and off to war. “I’ll be seeing you in all the old familiar places” is the line most famous from this song. Bing Crosby had the most played version, with Billie Holliday and Frank Sinatra among the other singers to record this song.

In 1975, the Kinks produced a song, “No More Looking Back”…"Just when I think you’re out of my head, I hear a song that you sang or see a book that you read, you’re in every bar and every cafe, you’re driving every car, I see you every day.”

While these lyrics are more about a relationship breaking up, I still think they apply to a broader sense of separation from a friend.

There may be times when we reflect on those we now miss—the times together, how much you trusted each other, dangling conversations, the gentle and positive influences of a great friend. Those things don’t go away; they linger on with us now. The flowing grace and ease of friendship shapes us forever. This gives us further insight into how anyone with dreams lives a great life. Someone to stand with you. To stay strong and keep focused.  With an appreciation of every day and your life ahead—it’s the inspiration we get from one another. Enjoy the moments you have with them, and look forward to those friends being with you.  And hold on to the dreams you shared.

We will not be able to hold our holiday parties this year. We will miss seeing you all. Yet, we look forward to the next time we are together to share stories and a laugh. Here’s wishing you all a healthy and happy season, and a better new year.

In Memory of LTJG Morgan Garrett & LT Rhiannon Ross

StopGap Spending BillPresident Donald Trump signed a funding short-term spending fix, H.R. 8337, that would avert a government shutdown. The bipartisan continuing resolution, will extend government funding through December 11, 2020 represents a remarkable turnaround

after negotiations fell apart late last week.

The measure includes an extension for the National Flood Insurance Program until Sept. 30, 2021. The flood insurance program was set to expire in a week on September 30.

VA COLAUnlike Social Security payments and federal pensions, VA’s disability and compensation programs require a special act of Congress in order to receive an annual increase. Recently, lawmakers approved legislation that will provide cost-of-living increases for wartime disability compensation; compensation for dependents; clothing allowance; dependency and indemnity compensation to surviving spouses; and dependency and indemnity compensation to children. The rate of next year’s COLA increase announced by the Bureau of Labor Statistics will be 1.3%. The higher rates will go into effect on December 1 and are payable in January 2021. Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act of 2019The passage of S. 785, the Commander John Scott Hannon Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act

of 2019, a $277 million veteran suicide prevention legislative package which is now on the President’s desk for signature. This comprehensive legislation includes provisions such as providing health care to all veterans for the year following their transition from the military, authorizing a grant program for organizations to provide suicide prevention services to veterans and their family members, reducing the shortage of VA mental health staff, and multiple studies and pilots aimed at specific populations of veterans.

Both Senate and House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairmen Jerry Moran and Mark Takano have promised that the passage of S. 785 does not mean the work on mental health is done. Chairman Moran has committed to considering House passed legislation focused on suicide prevention. They have also both promised to continue to work to bring legislation aimed at improving mental health care and resources for veterans in the 117th session of Congress.

PVA, Cal-Diego Board of Directors General Election 2020Board Candidate Statements

President - Duane NormanIt has been my pleasure to hold the position of President for the past 6 years. Due to the ongoing issues with coronavirus, I am asking for your consideration as I run for President again. At the time of the last election cycle, I was not planning to run; however, with the ongoing restrictions under which we are operating in regards to the spinal cord injury center, our office is currently running on restricted hours. Introducing new management within our Board of Directors at this time would be difficult.

With social distancing and additional restrictions due to this virus, I feel it is in everybody’s best interest to keep the officers in place that are currently serving on the Board. As we transition out of the restrictions, I look forward to the next generation of membership taking over the management of our Board to assure the future PVA, Cal-Diego. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to working on behalf of the membership as we move forward.

Vice President - Justin AshbaughI am Justin Ashbaugh, raised in a small town in PA. As a boy I spent my time outside being active playing hockey, riding bikes, skiing and tearing apart anything I could get my hands on just to see how it worked. I was a Boy Scout from Tigers to Eagle… I learned a lot of great skills and trades that I still practice today. I spent a few years after high school working as a finish carpenter and fixing cars for fun before deciding to join the Marine Corps. I spent four years in the Corps as an airframe mechanic for Hueys and Cobras, when I broke my back in a mountain biking accident. I joined the PVA shortly after my injury and have been active with the chapter going to several of the events that we host and also most of the clinics and games.

I talk to our members on a regular basis to find out what struggles they may have or things that they enjoy doing. I enjoy working with newly injured veterans… helping them cope, overcoming the challenges of being injured, and helping them continue their life. I would appreciate your support again as Vice President so I can continue to be a great member for the Board.

Secretary - John SchultzI am a former USMC LCPL and I retired after working in Federal Service for over 31 years, mostly working in the field of substance abuse training. I contracted polio when I was four and a half in Chicago, my hometown. I was treated with the Salk vaccine prior to it being disbursed to the general public and this intervention probably lessened my symptoms. I was paralyzed in both legs and in the hospital for six months followed by extensive rehabilitation over the next 5-6 years. My recovery was nothing less than miraculous. I was able to continue my life to the point where I showed no effects of my virus. So complete was my recovery, I was drafted into the Marines in 1969. Like many veterans of my generation, I shunned services at the VA for nearly a decade. When I later went for services at the VA related to a hip replacement, I was diagnosed with Post-Polio Syndrome (PPS). It was my PPS that led me to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Cal-Diego Chapter (PVACD).

I have been a member since 2016. During my treatment at the Spinal Care Injury Center, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand many of my fellow veterans meeting the challenges caused by their injuries or disease and I am in awe of their resilience and determination. Their inspiration has led to my seeking to give back by volunteering at the in-unit recreation department, holiday events and PVA events. I was chosen to be a Fellow for PVA National. As part of that outreach effort, I was able to see the national operations first hand. With the help of our chapter, I ran for the Secretary position at PVA National. It was that experience that exposed me to just how big a job that was!

I have chosen to set my sights to my abilities and ask for your support to be our chapter Secretary. I believe the following skills necessary to be a good secretary: organized and detail oriented, following through with all tasks, represent the organization well and look out for the organization’s best interests. I know with any new undertaking there is a learning curve but I believe I have these core skills and will grow into the job. The bottom line for me is that I am honored to be part of this organization and love to help my fellow veterans in any way that I can especially in these current stressful times.

He graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1995 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marine Transportation, a commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy and a Coast Guard Third Mates Unlimited Tonnage License. CDR DeLaney reported onboard USS CLEVELAND (LPD-7) in March 1996 serving as Propulsion Division Officer and later First Division Officer and deployed to the Arabian Gulf, receiving the Battle E. His second tour was onboard USNS TIPPECANOE (TAO-199) as the Military Detachment Officer-in-Charge. The ship conducted well over 300 Underway Replenishments and supported OPERATION DESERT FOX. CDR DeLaney’s shore duty has included the Naval Postgraduate School, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Transportation Management, and as Current Operations Officer at Commander, Naval Surface Forces in San Diego, CA. While at SURFOR, he was responsible for writing the Pacific Fleet Deployment Plan out seven years in advance. After SURFOR, CDR DeLaney volunteered for a tour in Iraq in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. He spent one year on the Multi-National Forces-Iraq staff as the Oil Operations Officer, responsible to General Patreaus for all oil related issues throughout Iraq. He reported onboard USS GERMANTOWN (LSD-42) as Executive Officer in September of 2009, including a mission providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief for the people of Japan. Afterward GERMANTOWN conducted a hull swap with USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD-49). CDR Delaney took Command of HARPERS FERRY in May 2011 departing in November 2012 after a motorcycle accident left him paralyzed. He served the rest of his career as the Surface Warfare Officer School N79, and retired from Active Duty in August 2015. Brian volunteered to be the PVA, Cal-Diego Chapter’s Sports and Recreation Director immediately after retirement. In early 2016 Brian was appointed to the PVA Board of Directors to fill a vacancy and later officially elected to the Board. In 2018 he was elected as Treasurer and has served as that and Sports and Recreation Director since. Understanding the difficulties of a Spinal Cord Injury, he has mentored several younger service members in adjusting to life and transitioning out of the military.

He has volunteered to speak at several safety-related functions to explain what life is like as a paraplegic and the challenges he faces every day. Brian has been able to take up several activities he enjoyed prior to joining the military as well as try some new sports. He is an active member of the PVA, Cal-Diego Bowling League, regular attendee at the monthly sailing events with the Challenged Sailors, began recently learning to fly remote control aircraft, and enjoys crashing RC Cars with the Chapter's RC Club. One thing he especially enjoys is attending all area shooting events to include air pistol, air rifle, high power pistol, high power rifle, and trap shooting. Having been an avid shooter since he was 5 years old, he is very happy to be able to participate once again and is working on becoming a certified instructor for pistol, rifle, and shotgun. He also is a supporter and attendee at the annual National Veterans Wheelchair Games.

Board Member - Buddy WachtstetterI became a C-6 quad in May 1970 while in the Air Force. Playing sports had always been a big part of my life. In 1990, I started the Buccaneers Wheelchair Rugby Team, and was the Team Captain until I stopped traveling in 2005. In 1994 the USQRA ask me to represent Quad Rugby by becoming a Board Member on the USA Para Olympic committee. I was happy to accept the responsibility, and very proud to represent the USQRA, and be a part of its acceptance as a Para Olympic Sport. I attended UC Riverside from 1974-76 for computer science and received a Computer Science Certificate. I was recruited by San Diego VARO to become a Veterans Benefits Counselor in 1976. I worked at UCR, Cal Baptist College, Riverside City College, and Loma Linda VA until 1984. When the outreach program was discontinued, I moved to Vista, and I started a computer business. I’m now retired, still living in Vista volunteering for Love on a Leash, Canine Companions for Independence, and PVA, Cal Diego Chapter. I was asked to join the Board in 2014, and have been serving PVA, Cal-Diego as a Board Member ever since. As a Board Member, I helped with the computer programming and website. Currently I’m in charge of the PVACD Radio Controlled Vehicles Program that has outings for in and out-patients. I would like to continue my service on the Board if reelected.

Board Candidate Qualifications Continued from Page 12…

I was very motivated, active and energetic before my injury and if I can, I would like to continue getting out and getting involved as much as I can. I served in the United States Navy for about 8 years and my primary job title was Logistics Specialist. Due to my accident I was medically retired as a 2nd Class Petty Officer. Over the last year since my injury I have participated in many of events and also seen what PVA does throughout the communities. It is very hard getting adjusted to a new lifestyle with a spinal cord injury and I feel like PVA does great in making sure veterans are taken care of. There are many benefits and resources they can use to help us make a better transition back to our normal lives in whatever way we choose to pursue. I would like to continue the movement and give a helping hand to my fellow brothers and sisters who also served. By taking this step, I don't know where this road will take me but I'm sure it will be in a positive direction in helping others. Thanks a lot!

Board Member - David SmithCurrently 59 years old I am a medically retired Navy Electronics Technician Chief as a result of an off-road vehicle accident in October 1994. The resulting spinal cord injury is labeled as "C4 complete" which pretty much means I'm paralyzed from the shoulders down. I spent just over 2 months on life support with the ventilator breathing for me and wore a halo which basically means I had my head bolted to my shoulders for approximately 7 months. At that time, my communications were limited to blinking my eyes since there was no mobility and being intubated no ability to talk. Through powers that I do not yet understand (I say God) my sister and I developed a communication system using the alphabet written on 6 lines and I would blink yes, one blink, or no 2 blinks, to each line and then each character so that we could spell out words. To say slow and cumbersome would be a huge complement compared to what we were used to. Being raised with what I call "farm like mentality" meaning we used what we had to do what was necessary. I immediately recognized that there must be a better way which pretty much meant that I must be the person that had been provided the opportunity (necessity is the mother of invention) to help others with disabilities who were not blessed with my mechanical/technical background.

Knowing that I wanted to design new interface options for people with restricted mobility, i.e. help myself, I started a degree at San Marcos Community College in electromechanical drafting and design (that's a lot of fancy words for AutoCAD and understanding of drawing out an idea) my only problem is that it was looking at a computer screen rather than holding up a piece of metal or lumber maybe wire, plastic… It all had to be already designed in your head and I just don't work that way. I changed my major to financial services at San Diego State University (SDSU) with the idea that I could afford to put a driver on staff and go back to doing things pretty much the way I had in the past. While attending SDSU, my disabled services counselor (Barbara, long since retired) continuously encouraged me to take the general studies class –“Disabilities in Society”- but I was interested in my finance studies and put it off until the last semester saying that I did not need a class on being disabled, I lived it. As we went through class on the first day, my response to the instructors question about which disability you would prefer to have I could not help myself but say I would like to be a para because that would be like getting halfback. At that point, Mendy stopped the class and came and told me that if I would present to her class she would give me credit for my public service hours. I have presented to the GS 420 class every semester since. Given that my "specialty" was assistive technology, I had the opportunity to present on the same day as Dr. Caren Sax and after seeing my presentation she invited me to present in the upper division Assistive Technologies class. Wanting to help I became involved with the Cal-Diego Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America. I have just stepped down from VP of that organization in order to let someone much younger and more willing to travel to be groomed for our next president. I appreciate your consideration of reelecting me to the Board. I worked as the Assistive Technologies Advocate for Access to Independence for a couple of years reporting directly to Louis Frick and definitely hope I can have as much impact on the disabled community as he, Caren, and some of the other mentors that I have been lucky enough to interact with along the way.

Board Member - Bill Palmer It has been my pleasure to serve on Cal-Diego’s BOD for over 27 years. I have served as your President, Vice President, Chapter Secretary, and Membership Officer. I am currently serving as your Membership Officer. Please reelect me to PVA, Cal-Diego's Board of Directors.

BEACHCOMBER NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 202016

On 30 September 2020, members of the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Cal-Diego Chapter embarked on the Daily Double for another relaxing deep sea fishing trip with a typical San Diego morning marine layer. With face masks and positive attitudes, just over a dozen of us headed out to sea… some hoping to catch “The Big One” while others hoped to catch any one.

As we sailed through San Diego harbor, the crew kept us well fed with breakfast burritos, hamburgers, and the ever important coffee.

When the lines went over the side, it was like nothing I had ever experienced. It seemed like as soon as a baited line was put in the water, a fish would jump on it. The crew of the Daily Double was kept busy pulling fish off lines and putting new bait on hooks.

The boat had found a large school of bonito and they were all too happy to eat our bait. Throughout the day we tried several different spots and it seemed like we couldn’t miss. In addition to bonito, we also managed to catch two sea gulls (both successfully released).

As usual there were a couple sea lions following us around and one lucky fellow snatched a fish before it could be pulled into the boat. The fishing line was still attached to the fish which was in the mouth of the sea

lion. So I guess you could say we caught a sea lion too…at least for a short time. At the end of the day the final fish count was over 50! By far the most fish caught since I’ve been going on these trips. Everyone on board caught at least one, with several catching almost double digits! Bonito fight you when they are caught. Not as much as tuna or bigger prize fish, but it is still a fun challenge.

The highlight in my mind was master fisherman John Pou fighting a huge bonito for about 15 minutes before bringing it into the boat. It was an impressive fight to watch! Afterward the bonito proved to be as fun to eat as they were to catch!

The next deep sea fishing trip will be early next year. After this fun and successful trip, I cannot give a higher recommendation to any would-be angler in the future.Even if you are not much of a fisherman, it is still relaxing and enjoyable to spend a morning out on the water with friends. The crew is helpful and the mood is relaxed.

With all the craziness these days, it’s nice to find a quiet peaceful spot on the Pacific where you can just relax and forget all your problems for a couple hours. Come on out next time… I think you’re going to love it!

NSO News - VA Beneficiary Travel Self Service SystemBy: Robert Kamei, Senior National Service Officer - San Diego

In 2020, the VA Beneficiary Travel Program offers eligible Veterans, caregivers, and other beneficiaries’ greater peace of mind and ease of submitting travel reimbursement claims through a new online claims reimbursement tool called the Beneficiary Travel Self Service System (BTSSS).

Eligible Veterans and caregivers receive mileage reimbursement for travel to and from VA health care, or VA authorized non-VA health care. Veterans and Caregivers can submit claims and supporting documentation for reimbursement of costs incurred from use of a privately-owned vehicle (POV), common carrier, pre-approved meals and/or lodging, and other travel related expenses such as tolls, parking, and luggage.

BTSSS implementation began on July 2020 and will be expanded across the country in three subsequent phases through November 2020. With deployment of BTSSS, veterans can submit and track beneficiary travel reimbursement claims online from a computer or mobile device 24/7, 365 days a year through the secure, AccessVA website.

AccessVA can be accessed at https://access.va.gov/accessva/, using a DS Logon Level 2 account or VA PIV card to authenticate the identity of the user.

A DS Logon is an ID issued by DoD that allows veterans and caregivers to access many VA and DoD sites with one user username and password.

BTSSS ensures timely processing and payment of travel reimbursements and reduces manual intervention and improper claim payments through automated features and it replaces the kiosk method and reduces the need for completing hard copy claim and in-person claim submissions.

For questions, you can visit https://www.va.gov/health-care/get-reimbursed-for-travel-pay/, reach out to your local VA Travel Department or the Paralyzed Veterans of America National Service Office in your area.

A Heartfelt Thank YouBy: Duane Norman

PVA, Cal-Diego Chapter has had the benefit of some outstanding individuals serving on the Board of Directors throughout our history. One of those key individuals has been Richard Johnson, who has been helping to shape the direction and focus of our chapter since its inception.

Richard has been a guiding force throughout his tenure as a member of our Board of Directors. His voice is one of knowledge, experience, and challenge to help us always keep the primary goal in focus, improving the lives of our members.

Richard has not only been a guiding force for our chapter but also a voice that has helped to shape and guide Paralyzed Veterans of America at a national level. Richard served as our National President From August 1992 to September 1994, and has continued to serve on many advisory levels since that time, most recently serving as the chapter’s National Representative with the passing of Jim Russell.

If you haven't already, you soon will receive the ballots for our election with the names of individuals seeking your support to serve on the Board of Directors. One notable name that will be missing is that of Richard Johnson.

I've had the pleasure of being involved with this chapter on multiple different levels since the early 1990s. It has also been my pleasure to work with Richard during that time and to get to know him as a friend. He has helped to guide me in my levels of awareness on issues concerning our chapter as I've served in different capacities as a Board Member.

Richard has decided not to run for reelection to our Board of Directors, and he will be missed. He will continue to serve as our National Representative through the next national election cycle.

On behalf of our members, our staff, our Board of Directors, and myself, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Richard and his family for all that they have done to help make and keep Cal-Diego Chapter as one of the premier chapters of Paralyzed Veterans of America.

Access to CareBy: DeMarlon Pollard - NSO San Diego

When comparing Veteran Service Organizations, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) leads the way not only by assisting Veterans with

Compensation and Pension benefits, but also in ensuring that all SCI/D Veterans are receiving timely and proper medical care within the VA Spinal Cord Injury/Disease System of Care.

With that being said, PVA is requesting feedback from our members in regards to any access to care issues you may be having.

We would like to hear from you if you are experiencing any restrictions to receiving access to care at the SCI/D Center of SCI/D Clinic.

This would include issues such as your ability to receive timely quality health care, delays in obtaining an appointment, delays in appointments for a particular procedure, delays in obtaining specific prosthetic

equipment and supplies, delays that resulted in you having to use the Choice Act, and /or denial of care from the VA facility.

If you are experiencing any of the following issues please contact your local PVA National Service Officer (NSO) or Veterans Health & Benefits Specialist, who is compiling a database of reported issues and working to resolve them on your behalf.

Please be ready to give specific details about your experience such as the time, date, request that was made, and person you spoke with if possible.

We thank you for your time and involvement with this matter. You can reach your local service officer at [email protected] (858) 552-7519.

O’side Kitchen Collaborative

PVA, Cal-Diego Chapter wishes to thank the O’side Kitchen Collaborative for donating boxes of produce to help our paralyzed veterans and their caregivers get through these challenging days. The amazingly fresh and delicious farm-to-table fruits and vegetables will provide healthy meals to our members in need and we are so appreciative to be included in this program.
