cookie recipe. Each treat is intricately decorated by hand with our unique yogurt frosting which contains no

hydrogenated oils and fats! Best of all, these treats are not sensitive to the heat and are sure to make your customers

swoon! They come both packaged and bulk.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: First time minimum order is $100.00. Minimum re-order amount is $75.00. Orders under the minium will be subject to additional fees.

FIRST ORDERS: Credit card only, no C.O.D.’s until a business history is established.

ORDERING & LEAD TIME: Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. Since all of our treats are baked fresh to order, please allow 3-5 business days before your order is shipped.

RUSH ORDERS: Orders are processed as received. Rush orders are up-charged an additional 20% (minimum of $40), and expedited shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. During the holiday ordering season, lead times may reach 3-4 weeks, so please plan accordingly. Rush orders cannot be made via email, for orders needed prior to the standard turnaround time, please contact your sales representative.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Business Checks only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

DELIVERY: Delivery is available for those clients within a 20 mile radius of Rochester, NY 14580 for an additional charge. Please contact your sales representative for more information regarding delivery options or to schedule delivery time outside our normal business hours.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.

FRESHNESS: All products are baked and hand-decorated to order to ensure freshness. We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. If stored as recommended, retail shelf life is 6-8 months for harder biscuits, and 3-6 months for soft treats.

CREDIT: At this time, A Barkers Dozen™ does not offer credit terms.

RETURNS: Claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods. No unauthorized returns. Contact our office for a return form, which must accompany the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be repackaged in the same manner as it was shipped. A restocking fee of 25% applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
